test: reproduce passive jumper pin role warnings

Summary

• render real Jumper and SolderJumper components beside an ordinary Chip control
• reproduce underspecified, no-power, and no-ground warnings on both passive parts
• verify the active chip produces the same three warnings as a control
• add a visual schematic snapshot listing all nine current diagnostics

Verification

• bun test (175 pass, 6 snapshots)
• bun run build
• bunx biome format tests/lib/check-passive-interchangeable-chip-pin-specification.test.tsx
• reproduction snapshot rendered and visually inspected
