Using the ["new"](https://github.com/NixOS/nixfmt) formatter
this fixes [serokell#328](serokell#328), thanks I missed that one
When running this example I could not deploy it with the error of the boot partition missing, this is fixed now. As well as added wheel to trusted-users, so we dont need to sign the nars and can remove the keys.
