Keep output and capture streams owned, restore masters by runtime identity before observation, generate escaped config, and preserve store corruption and explicit empty definitions. Guard native setup in Flatpak. Co-authored-by: Zedwil <nylegarcia01@gmail.com>

Runtime scenarios were exercised on the integrated stack. Hardware-facing tests do not imply physical USB/phantom-power certification.
