Mixed mono and dual input chains currently select HPF/LPF elision inside frame loops. This change selects each channel’s shape once per block and preserves exact arithmetic, signed-zero placement, reports and retained state across scalar, W4 and W8 execution. It makes no timing or speedup claim.

The preserved source implementation is integrated onto current main. Its changed Wasm artifact is pinned and qualified; the browser matrix changes only source/digest lineage.

Validation: independent Astra XHIGH source/evidence review; focused debug and release-unwind tests; preserved discriminating mutation and 288 allocation-free kernel calls; static artifact and native/browser resource parity; 188 SDK tests and package gate; Chromium, Firefox and WebKit qualification. Exact commands and evidence locations are recorded in the #710 spec.

Refs #710. Closure follows successful post-merge qualification and issue synchronization.
