# Audit #349 lane A: render, DSP, SIMD and math Companion: #560 (https://github.com/misofm/engine/issues/560). Handoff branch: `codex/audit-349-priority-handoff`. ## Takeover checkpoint — 2026-09-10 Current restart authority; older sections are historical. Astra LOW implements; Astra XHIGH scopes/verifies. Lane B owns artifact qualification/pins. Preserve the two-slot maximum, failed evidence and #552/#558/#542 dependency order. Main14079d2c is qualified: #710/PR721 and #719/PR720 delivered earlier; #709/#722 delivered through PR723 plus test-only #724/PR725. PR723 main run 34490147028 failed; corrective PR34492388152 and main34493204026 PASSED. RT6 and RT7 are delivered. RT10 resident meter input is delivered; wider SIMD, sharing and load-fusion residuals remain open. No speedup claim. #714 remains superseded after five attempts, without retroactive PASS. Active: #387 parser safety and #211 validator effect preparation; #376 queued. Qualified artifact ea8f843b remains unchanged by #724. 26 clean delivered worktrees removed; history/evidence retained. Main14079d2c. ## Fresh-context restart checkpoint — 2026-09-08 This dated restart section is historical. The latest takeover checkpoint above is the current authority; its routing, delivery and slot states supersede these older pending statements. ### Identities and operating rules - Delivered `main` and `origin/main` are `7d16d9c9752c9ac2d31e69008fe075df86ce3c26` (PR #667). The synchronized handoff branch is `codex/audit-349-priority-handoff` at `2cd744f58a218e1c1fbc901ae42b712d3ace6688` before this reconciliation. - Sol HIGH coordinates. Astra XHIGH scopes/verifies; Astra HIGH performs delicate audio/DSP work; Luna HIGH performs mechanical work. Agents do not own issues. Route by changed path. Historical provenance is unchanged; this supersedes older routing. - Across #559 and #560 together, keep at most two active issue slots. Preserve exact-path ownership and one uncommitted implementation tranche. Lane B alone qualifies or pins AudioWorklet artifacts. - Finish the eight inherited partial findings across both lanes before starting an original open finding. Use stateless numbered specs, the five-attempt maximum with one adversarial verdict per attempt, pushed checkpoints, exact-head/current-main review, required PR and post-main CI, GitHub synchronization, and clean delivered-worktree removal. ### Live issue slots 1. Lane-A limiter FX4 evidence child #668 is active with source unchanged and no effect-contract, effect-package, artifact, or pin ownership. Its one-shot lowering classification is separately authorized as recorded below. 2. The second slot is free. Lane-B IO17 is delivered through #664/#666 and PR #667 at merge `7d16d9c9`; both clean delivered worktrees and the failed #659 predecessor worktree are removed after Astra LOW DELIVERY PASS. Lane B may brief one path-disjoint original-open slice under the shared two-slot ceiling. ### Lane-A FX4 soft-clip disposition - #653/PR #655 delivered only the verified lowering classification: native W8 and Wasm scalar repeat identical cubic constant materializations. It made no source, timing or performance change. - #656's behaviorally valid shared-bundle rewrite passed source gates but failed comparable lowering acceptance. It closed after three attempts without PR, merge, artifact work or product change. - #660's paired-helper design never completed an authorized qualification. Some unauthorized source gates ran, but three procedural/concurrency failures consumed its attempts. Astra LOW returned HARD-STOP PASS; corrected record `2ca4e024` keeps product source at baseline and GitHub #660 closed without delivery. - Documentation-only successor #663 delivered the soft-clip FX4 investigation as a **deferred optimization**, not an eliminated residual. Further implementation needs a genuinely new weekly/performance issue with a measured budget or other owner-approved justification; the paired helper cannot return as a renamed fourth attempt. The limiter FX4 obligation remains separate and open. ### Current documentation disposition — 2026-09-08 - #663 is **DELIVERED** through PR #665 at merge `1bcce704` from reviewed head `421b25f2`. PR qualification `34287522196` and post-main qualification `34287796680` succeeded, and GitHub #663 is closed. It closes soft-clip FX4 as a deferred optimization, not an eliminated residual. #647/#649/#651 failed qualification with no inherited credit; #653 verified repeated native AVX2 W8 `-1` and emitted `-3`, Wasm scalar `-3`, `-1`, and `+1`, while native scalar and Wasm SIMD128 W4 reused one materialization; #656 was behaviorally valid but lowering-neutral; and #660 ended without an authorized qualification at the procedural hard stop. - Product source remains unchanged, with no timing, improvement, projected-saving, regression, or budget-miss claim. A genuinely new weekly/performance issue with a measured budget or owner-approved justification is required before any implementation; the paired helper is not a renamed fourth attempt. True-peak- limiter FX4 remains separate. #663's slot is released. Lane-B IO17 later delivered through #664/#666/PR #667, freeing both shared issue slots at that boundary; lane-A #668 subsequently occupied one. ### Preserved recovery state - Retain failed worktrees and branches: `/home/bl/misofm/engine-transient-octave-hoist` (#643), `/home/bl/misofm/engine-soft-clip-cubic-lowering` (#647), `/home/bl/misofm/engine-soft-clip-cubic-provenance` (#649), `/home/bl/misofm/engine-soft-clip-cubic-decoding` (#651), `/home/bl/misofm/engine-soft-clip-shared-cubic-constants` (#656), and `/home/bl/misofm/engine-soft-clip-cubic-pair` (#660). Do not remove or rewrite them. - Preserve all six #649 native/Wasm baseline payloads and hashes under `/tmp/issue649-softclip-*`, the #656 candidate payloads and lowering records under `/tmp/issue656-softclip-*`, and all existing #660 attempt evidence directories. #659's pushed branch/history preserve its hard-stop attribution; its clean worktree and temporary evidence were removed after successor delivery. - Primary checkout `/home/bl/misofm/engine` is clean at delivered main. Tracker worktree `/home/bl/misofm/engine-audit-handoff` is the shared coordination authority; always fetch and inspect its live clean head before editing because lane B advances it concurrently. ### Ordered pickup The global partial barrier is clear. Lane-A #668 occupies one slot without product source ownership; Lane B may brief the path-disjoint CP8 continuous-parameter mapping-admissibility slice in the second. At each boundary, reconcile numbered specs with GitHub, update both trackers, and release only clean delivered worktrees. ## Execution contract and model workflow Root coordinates; Astra LOW implements; Astra XHIGH scopes and verifies. Route by the actual changed path. Historical model provenance remains unchanged. Work from stateless numbered `.github/ISSUE_SPECS/` child issues. This tracker assigns ownership, not authority for one giant implementation branch. Astra XHIGH briefs the smallest closable slice and objective gates; Astra LOW implements; Astra XHIGH gives an adversarial verdict. Apply the five-attempt maximum: each attempt receives one adversarial verdict. After the final permitted attempt fails, retain evidence and stop for explicit bounded rescope; no disguised sixth retry or weakened gates. Finish all **eight partial findings across both lanes before implementing any of the 89 original open findings**. A lane that finishes its partials may brief open work read-only or help the other lane only after explicit ownership transfer. Limit each coordinator to two active issue slots (four total); retain at most one launch-critical implementation tranche per shared worktree, and never overlap exact-path edits. Passive prerequisites are not extra implementation slots. Checkpoint exact paths as soon as a coherent tranche passes focused gates, then audit status, commit and upstream before another tranche. Respect any active CI-conscious batching instruction. Synchronize local specs and GitHub evidence/state at every issue boundary; close only after accepted evidence is upstream and remote state is verified. Required CI and live reviewed-head/base checks precede merge. Remove a merged worktree only after verifying it is clean, its work is delivered, and no worker uses it; retain unmerged/failed/paused worktrees and history. Preserve realtime, DSP, deterministic arithmetic, scalar/SIMD, portability and sound-quality gates from AGENTS.md. Never inspect legacy engine source. Class-B algorithm changes require owner ruling. Historical audit locations, percentages and projected gains are candidates, not current measurements. Freeze a workload and validator before the single prescribed descriptive benchmark invocation (one warmup, two measured rounds); preserve raw stdout/stderr/status/argv/source identities. Do not tune, retry timing, equate launcher success with gate success, or claim performance gains without measurements. Keep floor accounting and residual reasons from `docs/rulings/effect-floor-accounting.md`. ## Coordination boundaries Lane A owns render/DSP/lane/math/rack changes; lane B owns compiler/control/protocol/host/source/tooling changes. Shared files such as graph/lib.rs, builtins/effect-contract, policies and workflows require an exact-path claim in a child issue before editing; the other coordinator yields that path until checkpoint/review/delivery. Preserve accepted CP20 shared-helper changes. **Lane B alone orchestrates AudioWorklet artifact qualification and pin changes**; lane A supplies frozen source checkpoints and requests qualification, never independently repins. Recheck live main and the exact reviewed head before each merge. Cross-linked duplicate outcomes have one owner: RT12/CP13, RT10/IO8, FX12/DYN12 and FX15/LANE11 belong to A; TOOL6/IO20 belongs to B. Link evidence to both original rows without double-counting capabilities. ## Baseline and accounting At handoff: main `30f658ee1c0c7d86002f5f2fea075a5dfa8a7c2c`, 63 merged audit PRs; 124 original findings = 26 delivered + 8 partial + 89 open + 1 historical RT18. The two lanes partition exactly 97 remaining findings. Staged source PASS does not count as delivery. Parent audit #349 and coordination #518 remain open. Read the current local specs and linked evidence before acting; `/tmp` paths are local conveniences, not remotely durable artifacts. Pushed branch records are the recovery authority. ## Start here: lane A RT4 and RT5 are delivered. RT4 completed through #444's successor chain and its qualified bank/scalar endpoint; RT5 completed through #611 with the single accepted descriptive capture retained. FX1 and FX2 are delivered through PRs #620 and #631; FX3 is disposed as class B through PR #634. FX4's transient-shaper investigation has a delivered lowering-neutral disposition through #645, and soft-clip has a delivered deferred-optimization disposition through #663. The true-peak-limiter FX4 constant-materialization site remains the only open part of that row. ## Owned findings: 55 total ### RT4 — delivered Original candidate (A, high): Fader and matrix are three block passes for six lane-ops; fuse the settled arms into one Location: `crates/builtins/src/lib.rs:1926-1948, 2170-2181`. #429/PR4414b352b36 delivers settled public full-chain fusion; #442/PR450452a3278 declares delivery ownership; #430/#459/PR4666589c518 delivers eligible live bank pairing and boundary proof. Current public bridge/bank composite are real. #443/PR482 merged024ad674 delivers adjacent serialized live scalar pairing, and #473/PR481 merged59f35c62 delivers current capture preparation. #476 is closed as a proved applicability decision: supported otherwise-compatible scalar lowering cannot produce distinct fader/matrix output buffers, while the defensive synthetic decline passes in debug and release. #431/PR562 merged1757b9e4 closes the fresh descriptive-capture obligation: its one controlled invocation produced20 validated rows, byte-identical raw/accepted evidence and eight reportable full-chain/identity p50 rows; the evidence expressly makes no causal speedup, live-integration, cycle-count, budget or full-RT4 claim. #470 attempt1 source checkpoints73591f76/ee158ab9 and records through11a5a704 are upstream. Astra MEDIUM FAIL found a misconfigured production fixture, unobserved failed-call PCM completion, incomplete runtime-metadata charging, a missing direct settled-envelope check, and remaining ramp/decline/failure-allocation/release/target gates. Attempt2 checkpointb8775fe5/record432e94d0 fixes applicability with an explicit-Scalar/live-control production artifact: zero builtin banks, F_A→F_B→M_A→M_B, executable F_A/M_A BufferRef identity/in-place matrix, one split selection and nonzero render all pass. Source78b1ca82/recordd923fc84 then prove the selected track-A interval's failed-call private PCM and per-owner state against genuinely separate execution for an intervening F_B observer error and M_A matrix error; disabling completion breaks the PCM oracle, and direct malformed settled envelopes cannot arm pending work or drain M_A. Runtime-resource source9728ec21/recordd62c60f6 derives and charges retained metadata before caps: RuntimeOp +16 bytes, RuntimeUnit +8 bytes, GraphExecutor +16 bytes, one separately charged split table entry, checked overflow/transactional rejection, exact and one-below caps, actual selected-table allocation, zero render allocation/free on success and injected failure, and one off-render owner release. Root reproduced graph60, graph-compiler65, builtins-compiler44 and allocation-tracker9 passing tests with warning-free check/format/diff. Final behavior source d58a59d4/record3a30fc79 adds actual selected nonadjacent ramping fader, matrix ramp/retarget and failed-render retry equivalence plus deterministic one-of-two selection and physical session-output conflict decline; exact PCM/state/drain/dispatch comparisons pass against separate owners, and the complete builtins-compiler suite is now47 tests. Integrated checkpointb441d820 includes delivered mainb95c9b7b without conflict. The first strict Clippy run found three finite source-shape issues; correction9d2e443c preserves behavior and final exact-head debug/release, strict Clippy, format/diff, realtime/builtins/lane/unfused/workspace and supported x86-64-v3 plus Wasm scalar/simd128 gates pass. Astra LOW reviewed exact evidence head01a26d4a and returned PASS with independent behavior, allocation, compiler-selection and overflow/transactionality runs; final record66727df1 is upstream. Lane B then qualified the native and Wasm resource consumers, pinned the six-file AudioWorklet artifact at `63dd5f8b0febf193847b697fa8e4d92e791b7e4775f3b4b6b61252783f153e9f`, and preserved pre-pin/post-pin SDK and three-browser evidence. Astra LOW passed exact PR head28eac115; PR569 merged as c8951bfe after required run34146238269 and post-main34146743531 succeeded. #470 is closed. No performance claim exists. #444 retains Concurrent admission/pairing and is now the only remaining RT4 product obligation. These are multiple obligations under ONE audit finding, not separate closed findings. #576/#579/#580 now deliver the prepared concurrent-admission endpoint through separate bank and scalar owners. Cap refusal precedes allocation, cancellation and sticky-fault ownership are qualified, and bank/scalar PCM comparison is bitwise. Astra LOW passed exact delivery head `2b1a7d5a46a2caaaba599f30e12b1c6e36d119ff`; PR #582 merged as `defa979c` after required qualification `34166908792` and post-main qualification `34167312256` succeeded. Lane B qualified the new six-file AudioWorklet artifact and pin at `29abe2fa838ad4c24cbf19db9ac4185ac95c98d8e4f9e49ed8d668a35e577226`. All three child issues are closed. #587/PR #592 now selects the already qualified bank/scalar pair implementations inside the prepared endpoint while preserving the raw public `Concurrent` routes. It merged as `e16cea23` from exact reviewed head `bd805e46`; required qualification `34172168555` and post-main qualification `34172594936` succeeded. Lane B qualified and pinned AudioWorklet SHA-256 `39ebe7cd3f71f34ab11260f27fa1eaad281dd61642c50d9ed6210e703d95dd55`. #594/PR #599 subsequently delivered terminal shutdown publication at merge `51ba7023`, completing RT4. The delivered #470 resource consumers now carry the exact native +1,328 per-plan and +2,656 double-live corrections. The independently derived Wasm fixture adds 80 bytes from its 8-byte runtime field and nine emitted operations with 8-byte op/unit deltas. Lane B's qualified artifact, checked browser results and generated matrix agree on the new digest. #594/PR #599 later completed the terminal lifecycle obligation at merge `51ba7023`; required qualification `34176930910` and post-main qualification `34177280195` succeeded. RT4 is delivered with no speedup claim. ### RT5 — delivered Original candidate (A, high): `refresh_channel_symmetry` spills up to 240 SIMD registers per record and per ramping block (issue #238) Location: `crates/builtins/src/lib.rs:1036-1044, 1632-1690`. #611/PR #612 completed the retained measurement/accounting obligation at merge `f392be55523d4944d2e369d6ea89f43d52f3684a`; required qualification `34198028242` and post-main qualification `34198600588` succeeded. The accepted descriptive capture remains 7,226/7,219 ns per plan render with no rerun or causal speedup claim. RT5 is delivered. ### RT6 — delivered #709/PR723 publishes stage-wide lane-symmetry witnesses after event drains and reuses them for collapse/processing. Exact PCM/state, live queue/witness changes, physical negative controls and allocation-free render were verified. Main PASS was earned after test-only #724/PR725 repaired a shared observer counter; see current checkpoint and #709. Nested forwarding remains; no speedup claim. ### RT7 — delivered #710/PR #721 selects mixed dual/mono elision once per channel outside frame loops while preserving arithmetic, reports and state. Reviewed ac534954 merged as 878db254; PR/main qualification34485013622/34485792089 PASS. Native scalar/ W4/W8 bitwise and allocation evidence, Wasm artifact/SDK/three-browser gates passed. No timing or speedup claim. ### RT8 — delivered #478/PR #523 delivered the packed mask and three predicates at `70ce3d7b`; #711/PR #712 reconciled closure at `b1f9128f`. Both CI pairs passed and both issues closed. No timing or improvement claim is made. ### RT9 — open Original candidate (A, medium): One armed observer or send tap declines the chain merge and costs two extra whole-block transposes; tee instead Location: `crates/graph/src/runtime.rs:2686-2731`. graph/runtime.rs chains_into still rejects an observer directly bound to the producer or observed tap alias (2980 onward); sole-reader proof still declines sends. #430/#443 intentionally retain these declines to preserve intermediate semantics. No resident-block tee delivers the audit's intermediate observer/send outcome. Do not call its correctness-preserving decline a fixed transpose cost. ### RT10 — resident meter input delivered; broader optimization open #722/PR723 delivers built-in meters consuming resident bank output, preserving scalar f64 sample order and meter semantics. #714 exhausted five attempts and remains superseded; #722 repaired two structural-fixture delimiter expressions and independently qualified its frozen product. Test-only #724/PR725 repaired a parallel fixture counter before corrected-main PASS. Across-track SIMD, RT10/IO8 sharing and load fusion remain successors; f64 lanes/reassociation require owner ruling. No timing, speedup or complete-RT10 claim. ### RT11 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Tile transpose crosses a 256-byte `[[f32;8];8]` by-value boundary in both directions; add a `[L; W]` form Location: `crates/effect-contract/src/lib.rs:234-250`. effect-contract::transpose_tile_4 and transpose_tile_8 still accept/return nested scalar arrays, e.g. [[f32;8];8] at248, mapping into/out of Simd8. Rack direct scatter and graph cohort work still consume this API. #399/#419 changed destinations/accumulation, not the requested vector-form tile boundary. Source alone gives no current instruction or spill cost. ### RT12 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Block loop double-indexes `units` and walks every bank member for observers that are not bound Location: `crates/graph/src/lib.rs:1417-1420`, `crates/graph/src/runtime.rs:938-953`. graph::GraphExecutor::render1468 loops unit indices and calls runtime.execute then observe_unit. runtime::observe_unit1069 indexes units again and walks every bank member even if no observers are bound. Neither a direct mutable-unit traversal nor prepared sparse observer walk replaced these bodies. Do not create two independent fixes for RT-12 and CP-13. ### RT13 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): `BufferArena` is allocated, passed to `render` and never used by the only production executor Location: `crates/engine/src/realtime/buffer.rs:36-125`. GraphExecutor::render still receives `_arena: &mut BufferArena` (1450). engine/realtime/plan.rs retains arena:BufferArena436 and creates it from request.scratch469. The generic public plan/executor contract still uses BufferArena; this observation is specifically that the graph production executor ignores it, not that all users may lose scratch. Removing/conditionally eliminating its graph allocation needs a bounded explicit API/resource ruling, like #435's public-retirement discipline. ### RT15 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): `RackProgram`/`BankSlotKey`/`RackLocation` are compiler-only vocabulary living in the render crate Location: `crates/rack/src/lib.rs:20-140`. rack still publicly defines RackLocation42, RackProgram89 and BankSlotKey near the opening compiler vocabulary. No move out of render crate completed. A future issue must preserve stable types/imports/dependency direction and resource behavior, not opportunistically redesign the planner. Original N/A means non-arithmetic classification, not permission to discard this audit obligation. ### RT17 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): Concrete module splits; two thirds of `graph/src/lib.rs` and `program.rs` is an inline test module Location: `crates/builtins/src/lib.rs`, `crates/graph/src/lib.rs`. builtins/src/lib.rs remains the combined implementation module; graph/lib.rs starts its large inline tests at1637, program.rs at853. No concrete named module/test extraction resolving the row was found. Split by one coherent existing module outcome when briefed; do not bundle broad behavior changes or count file movement as a runtime optimization. ### DYN4 — open Original candidate (A, high): `band_amplitude` rebuilds `GainComputerCoef` and re-splats seven constants four times per frame — 28 broadcasts. Location: `crates/multiband-compressor/src/lib.rs:902-932`. multiband lib.rs:902–932 reconstructs GainComputerCoef and repeated splats in band_amplitude. Constants can be compiler-hoisted; audit's28 broadcasts are not newly measured. Smallest candidate is segment/prepared invariant ownership with unchanged threshold ramp arithmetic, subject to actual baseline lowering. ### DYN5 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Link mode and bypass are prepared-time constants spent as per-lane-sample mask selects; const-generic them as the multiband already does. Location: `crates/compressor/src/kernel.rs:906-967`, `:1066-1074`. compressor/kernel.rs Invariants898–933 prepares link/bypass masks once, but link_frame941 and output selection1067 retain mask selects per frame. The audit is about remaining selection, not falsely claiming no existing invariant hoist. Const specialization would need full link/bypass/sidechain/mono equivalence and code-size judgment; no authority to change program key. ### DYN6 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Seven constant splats and three block-invariant mask derivations per channel-sample; no `Invariants` equivalent. Location: `crates/gate-expander/src/kernel.rs:316-357`, `:392-398`. gate-expander/kernel.rs channel_step316–398 repeatedly constructs constants, link masks and identity selection. Prepared coefficient flags exist, but no compressor-style invariant object at the call boundary. Keep ramp-dependent masks separate from immutable mode flags; source shape is not proof of seven executed broadcasts. ### DYN7 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): Three branching one-poles and three detector links; one kernel each in `effect-runtime::dynamics` (the shim's own header says so). Location: `compressor/src/kernel.rs:1028`, `gate-expander/src/kernel.rs:392`, `multiband-compressor/src/shim.rs:52`,`:70`. compressor's branching recurrence/link_frame, gate channel_step and multiband shim::branching_smooth52/link_levels70 remain separate. effect-runtime/dynamics.rs shares gain/level laws but does not supply these common recurrence/link functions. Existing shared envelope helpers do not settle the named duplication. First establish exact NaN/average-association/equality behavior before any shared helper; do not force superficially similar laws together. ### DYN8 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Elision gate is a scalar five-int-op-per-word scan; two thirds of it is `bank::check_block` in the vector domain. Location: `crates/parametric-eq/src/lib.rs:822-830`. parametric-eq/lib.rs:822–830 block_admits_elision still loops integer bits and two predicates. Its own comment says the loop vectorizes; source alone cannot decide current lowering or win. Predicate includes negative-zero and magnitude semantics, so bank::check_block is not a complete drop-in replacement. ### DYN9 — open Original candidate (A, medium): 512 bytes of stack scratch zeroed per bank per block for state only read on silent blocks. Location: `crates/parametric-eq/src/lib.rs:1858-1863`, `:1913-1917`. parametric-eq/lib.rs:1859–1863 and corresponding mono path allocate zero-initialized state snapshots before quiet-only fill/read. Potential conditional initialization remains. No new claim that compiler necessarily writes all512 bytes on noisy calls; preserve fixed-point transition and reset semantics, without introducing unsafe uninitialized reads. ### DYN10 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Track-major ramp storage costs ~800 strided scalar accesses per block to transpose into and out of lanes. Location: `crates/multiband-compressor/src/lib.rs:694`, `:1169-1281`. multiband lib.rs ramps and segment1169/store_segment1190 onward still gather/scatter track-major LinearRamp state into lane arrays. Layout conversion has restore/reset/serialization and resource consequences; audit's~800 accesses is unverified here. Not part of tap-only475. ### DYN11 — open Original candidate (A, low): `advance_cursor` runs two integer `%` on the silent fast path, against the crate's own "no `%`" rule. Location: `crates/compressor/src/kernel.rs:258-264`. compressor/kernel.rs:259–263 advance_cursor retains two remainder operations. Zero-length guard exists. Any bounded wrap alternative must handle full legal u32 frame counts and addition overflow deliberately, not simply replace modulo with one subtraction. Existing correctness/floor contract remains; no measured instruction claim. ### DYN12 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): ~430 lines of byte-identical `effect_id`/`port_id`/`parameter_id`/`parameter` boilerplate. Location: eight `crates/*/src/lib.rs` descriptor headers. Actual effect_id helpers remain in exactly eight lib.rs files: compressor, gate-expander, multiband-compressor, parametric-eq, transient-shaper, true-peak-limiter, soft-clip, delay; accompanying descriptor helpers remain. No evidence of a delivered common constructor consolidation. One shared exact descriptor-construction outcome should own both audit IDs, preserving wire IDs/domains, not two duplicate issues. ### DYN13 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): Three `ParameterSpec` translation tables routing around a predicate that is now public. Location: `compressor/src/design.rs:81-118`, `multiband-compressor/src/lib.rs:425-457`, `gate-expander/src/lib.rs:326-343`. compressor/design.rs:88–118 still translates descriptor values to ParameterSpec; gate lib.rs:334 table and multiband analogous table remain. Shared parameter_value_valid already exists, which is the premise of removing duplicated translations, not evidence that translations disappeared. Preserve public descriptor domain/normalization/admission behavior. ### DYN14 — open Original candidate (A, low): Open-codes `bank::finish_channel`, which `bank.rs:241-245` names as the divergence it exists to stop. Location: `crates/parametric-eq/src/lib.rs:1872-1885`, `:1923-1932`. parametric-eq/lib.rs:1872–1885 and mono counterpart still manually check_block/nonfinite_lane_mask, zero/reset and map failure bits instead of using bank::finish_channel. Reconcile channel-wide reset and returned per-lane masks before mechanical reuse; no PCM or rejection-scope change permitted. ### DYN15 — open Original candidate (A, low): 1 152 bytes of control-plane arrays sit ahead of every render-read word of `Channel`. Location: `crates/compressor/src/kernel.rs:83-104`. compressor/kernel.rs Channel83 has defaults first, followed by words, ramps and delay/control data before gain state/cursor/ring handles. Declaration order is not guaranteed Rust ABI layout; the audit's1152-byte physical-offset/cache claim needs actual layout evidence. Any reordering/split must account allocations/state serialization and cannot borrow475's no-layout-change authority. ### DYN16 — open Original candidate (N/A, low): Three representations of one D11 ramp law, enforced three different ways. Location: `effect-runtime/src/ramp.rs:31-41`, `gate-expander/src/kernel.rs:66-89`, `multiband-compressor/src/lib.rs:662-678`. effect-runtime/ramp.rs LinearRamp32, gate kernel.rs GateRamp67 and multiband ramp storage/segment conversion remain distinct representations of the D11 law. Scalar and SIMD remaining-count forms are not interchangeable by naming alone. Preserve exact last-sample snap, retarget/restore and active-lane behavior; a common law test may be useful before deciding shared representation. ### DYN17 — open Original candidate (A, low): Interleave's load/store per pass is fixed by the register ceiling; only the per-pass coefficient gather is takeable. Location: `crates/parametric-eq/src/lib.rs:1505-1540`. parametric-eq/lib.rs:1505–1540 interleave still constructs per-pass section indices, gathers both coefficient arrays and state, invokes the cascade and writes state back. Only coefficient preparation is the named opportunity. No permission to enlarge cascade depth/change association or chase register-spill tradeoffs from source alone. ### FX1 — delivered Original candidate (A, high): The block-invariant `stationary` hoist is branched per frame inside the innermost loop; make it `const STATIONARY: bool` Location: `crates/true-peak-limiter/src/lib.rs:1890-1906`, `:1701-1717`, `:3086`, `:3197`. The #539/#619 chain delivered the stationary limiter specialization and its unique forwarding-entry/kernel gate through PR #620 at merge `cf9e079c`. Required PR qualification `34214845635` and post-main qualification `34215512812` succeeded; the AudioWorklet artifact was qualified at pin `f80b6392…`. No benchmark ran and no measured speedup is claimed. FX1 is delivered. ### FX2 — delivered Original candidate (A, medium): The 79 %-of-kernel detector loads/stores through open-ended slices, keeping ~8 bounds compares per lane-frame Location: `crates/true-peak-limiter/src/lib.rs:1603-1619`. The #621/#630 successor chain delivered bounded detector indexing and its retained artifact qualification through PR #631 at merge `d98646db`. Required PR qualification `34239949464` and post-main qualification `34241927408` succeeded. Historical percentage/check-count claims were not reused as measurements. FX2 is delivered. ### FX3 — disposed as class B Original candidate (B (flag), medium): `box_sum.div(hot.window)` is a `vdivps` per lane-frame by a block-constant — the ruling's named class-B residual Location: `crates/true-peak-limiter/src/lib.rs:1551`, `:1308`. #632/PR #634 delivered the owner disposition at merge `62045f40`. The exact division remains unchanged because reciprocal multiplication changes rendered rounding; required qualification `34244332532` and post-main qualification `34244600215` succeeded. FX3 is disposed as class B with no optimization or performance claim. ### FX4 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Loop-invariant constants re-splatted per sample while each crate already has a prepared coefficient struct Location: `crates/transient-shaper/src/lib.rs:292,317-331`; `crates/soft-clip/src/kernel.rs:150-157`; `crates/true-peak-limiter/src/lib.rs:1528,1543,1545`. Transient-shaper's tested rewrite produced no qualifying lowering change and its unchanged-source disposition delivered through #645/PR #646. Soft-clip's verified repetition and failed rewrites delivered a deferred-optimization disposition through #663/PR #665, with no timing or budget claim. The true-peak-limiter site at hot step 1528–1545 remains open and must be briefed separately; do not combine the three effects into one implementation pass. ### FX5 — open Original candidate (A, medium): The mono-collapse path is a hand-copied 213-line duplicate of the dual block bodies Location: `crates/true-peak-limiter/src/lib.rs:3030-3242` vs `:1575-1963`. limiter_block_per_lane_mono3049 and uniform_mono3133 coexist with dual bodies1575–1963. Shared detector_chunk is an antecedent, not elimination of the named mono body duplication. Preserve lane/state/link/mono transition arithmetic if consolidating. ### FX6 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Soft-clip has no stationary split: 9 block-invariant lane-ops per channel-frame, and no `settle` to pay for the hoist Location: `crates/soft-clip/src/kernel.rs:188-215`. soft-clip/kernel.rs188–215 unconditionally advances drive/output/mix and computes mix/output identity each frame; no stationary split in this body. Zero step additions can affect signed-zero behavior, so no blanket dead-operation removal. ### FX7 — open Original candidate (A, medium): The dry history is a 64-row double-written ring where 32 rows and one store suffice Location: `crates/soft-clip/src/kernel.rs:194,204`; `crates/lane/src/kernels/halfband.rs:126-133`. soft-clip/kernel.rs194/204 still uses history_push/history_row for dry; lane/kernels/halfband.rs retains the duplicated history storage contract. Smaller dry-only storage is not authority to change shared wet/filter history or latency. Account state/reset/restore/resource changes explicitly. ### FX8 — open Original candidate (A, low): `halfband2x_decim_even` compares a counter against a constant on every one of 30 taps Location: `crates/lane/src/kernels/halfband.rs:182-197`. halfband2x_decim_even182–197 tests index==HALFBAND63_CENTER_SPLIT in the tap loop. Compiler may unroll it; no measured branch count here. Preserve the exact center insertion/addition order. ### FX9 — open Original candidate (A, medium): The identity mask's `bypass`/`mix == 0` terms are block-invariant on the dominant tail loop Location: `crates/transient-shaper/src/lib.rs:333-335`, `:513-528`. transient-shaper frame333 combines bypass, mix==zero and shape==zero on every call, including stationary tail use. Only genuinely invariant terms can move; retain dynamic shape/recovery behavior. ### FX10 — open Original candidate (A, high): 2 KB of stack tap windows zero-filled on the render thread every block; move into `PreparedDelay` Location: `crates/delay/src/lib.rs:1266`, `:729-746`. delay/lib.rs1266 constructs TapWindows::new per block;729–746 contains four zero arrays. Source lifetime remains stack-local. Moving them to PreparedDelay changes retained layout/resource accounting; source initialization is not proof of actual2KiB stores after optimization. ### FX11 — open Original candidate (A, medium): `tap_sample` branches per sample on two chunk-invariant flags, twenty lines after three siblings were hand-unswitched Location: `crates/delay/src/lib.rs:1139-1152`. delay tap_sample1139–1149 branches on fading and fade_last per sample. Existing unswitched neighboring loops do not eliminate this helper branch. Preserve crossfade last-sample snap and exact unfused alpha arithmetic. ### FX12 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): Nine byte-identical `effect_id`/`port_id`/`parameter_id` const panic-wrappers; add them to `effect-contract` Location: 8 effect crates + `crates/effect-package/src/wire.rs:1929`. Eight effect lib.rs constructor helpers remain, plus effect-package/wire.rs1929 test-local wrapper. Consolidate with DYN12 rather than duplicate issues; distinguish the wire test helper's visibility from production descriptors. No approximate line count is treated as delivery evidence. ### FX13 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): Six `bind_homogeneous_bank`s hand-roll the check `PrepareEffectBankRequest::validate_shape` documents as universal Location: `crates/soft-clip/src/lib.rs:883-890` + 5 more. soft-clip bind_homogeneous_bank879 hand-checks request shape; analogous checks remain in compressor811, gate1185, multiband1775, transient812 and delay592. Parametric-EQ2100 and limiter2717 already call validate_shape; those are existing examples, not completion of six remaining copies. Preserve rejection ordering/codes and optional bank fallback. ### FX14 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): `width_is_native` re-derives the backend→width law and disagrees with `Backend::current()` under `miso_wasm_simd8` Location: `crates/soft-clip/src/lib.rs:903-913`. soft-clip width_is_native903–913 selects Four for any simd128 Wasm, Eight only x86; lane::Backend::current includes the miso_wasm_simd8 experimental Eight arm. The mismatch is real source logic, but is not a broken default shipped artifact or authority to revive the experimental target. Shared backend-width law can be a bounded refactor after exact optional-width policy is frozen. ### FX15 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): Eight copies of the same frozen `xorshift64*` that drives every determinism corpus Location: 8 `corpus.rs` modules incl. `crates/effect-runtime/src/corpus.rs:57-73`. Frozen xorshift implementations still occur across effect corpus modules, including effect-runtime. Additional math/builtins modules also contain PRNG logic; do not infer identical contracts from text match alone or restate “eight/20 total” as a newly audited count. One shared exact corpus-generator outcome must preserve every sequence/seed/pin and cover both audit IDs. ### FX16 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): One digest-vs-pins pattern written seven times; make it a macro next to `effect_conformance_test!` Location: 7 × `crates/*/tests/determinism.rs` (681 L). Seven current determinism.rs files still contain pin/digest patterns: limiter, gate, soft-clip, effect-runtime, builtins, delay, EQ. No common macro has removed the named duplication. Preserve different width/rate/pin ownership semantics rather than force merely similar tests into one assertion. ### FX17 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): Four hand-rolled counting `GlobalAlloc`s and four `#![allow(unsafe_code)]` under `crates/`; #332 deferred this Location: 4 × `crates/*/tests/allocation.rs` (~950 L) vs `tools/bench-support/src/alloc.rs`. Three current files literally named tests/allocation.rs contain GlobalAlloc: limiter, transient-shaper, soft-clip. The original “four” population is not established by that filename query. #332 fixed transient-shaper thread-local attribution and expressly deferred consolidation; it does not deliver a shared allocator. Remaining local allocators establish open consolidation debt without inventing a fourth path or discarding causal liveness/mutation evidence. ### FX18 — open Original candidate (A, low): Ring segment/wrap arithmetic written three times; the delay ring and the PDC line are correctly *not* one kernel Location: `crates/delay/src/lib.rs:505-522`; `crates/lane/src/kernels.rs:527-544`; `crates/true-peak-limiter/src/lib.rs:1042`. Delay wrap/segment helper505–522, lane kernels ring/PDC boundary527–544 and limiter wrap1042 remain separate. Only arithmetic helper reuse is the named possibility; delay-ring and PDC storage/semantics must remain distinct. Do not turn this into a shared ring architecture. ### FX19 — open Original candidate (N/A, low): A mock effect and the conformance harness share one 1 562-line file Location: `crates/conformance/src/effect.rs:28-660` vs `:661-1562`. conformance/effect.rs still houses DualAccumulatorDelayFactory/mock behavior alongside the conformance harness, with factory and bank implementation starting160/266. No delivered split is evident from current file structure. A move-only fixture/module outcome is separate from DSP/performance work. ### LANE1 — open Original candidate (A, high): `splat(CONST)` emits a `memset_pattern16` libc call per use on Apple targets; 2 per frame inside `svf_step` Location: `crates/lane/src/wide_impl.rs:144-148`. wide_impl.rs splat still delegates to wide::splat around138; no current proof eliminates Apple's reported memset_pattern16 lowering. PR383/899adeb6 marks native AArch64 unsupported and retains defects, not a splat optimization delivery. Do not revive that target or claim current libc calls without new object evidence. ### LANE3 — open Original candidate (A, high): AArch64 release folds D8 `max`/`min` into `fmaxnm`/`fminnm`; G1 is red today and no CI job runs on aarch64 Location: `crates/lane/src/wide_impl.rs:278-330`. wide_impl max/min still use select-based non-x86/non-simd128 fallback; original AArch64 optimizer/NaN failure is not repaired merely by unsupported-target disposition PR383. Current supported x86/Wasm implementations and gates must not be generalized to that target. No native AArch64 execution authorized. ### LANE5 — open Original candidate (A, medium): `ramp_block` evaluates a per-frame vector select of a monotone predicate; split the loop Location: `crates/lane/src/kernels.rs:450-465`. kernels.rs ramp_block450–465 chooses index<ramp_frames per frame and advances g every iteration. Loop split must preserve returned g as well as PCM, including settled-tail step arithmetic and release prefix semantics. No measured vector-select cost confirmed here. ### LANE6 — open Original candidate (A, medium): `svf_block_ramped` recomputes `-c1` and the ramp test on every frame including settled ones Location: `crates/lane/src/kernels.rs:295-322`. svf_block_ramped295–322 computes c1.neg each frame and branches on ramp_frames before coefficient updates. No separate stationary tail in this function; preserve exact update-after-output ordering and final coefficient/state values. ### LANE7 — open Original candidate (A, medium): six near-identical copies of the input-chain frame body (~330 lines) Location: `crates/lane/src/kernels/builtins.rs:408-1096`. kernels/builtins.rs retains the multiple ordinary/mono/settled/ramped input-chain bodies identified408–1096. Delivered fader/matrix work429/430 addresses another stage and does not consolidate these input kernels. Shared arithmetic must not change per-channel state or error paths. ### LANE8 — open Original candidate (N/A, medium): `20*log10(2)` and its inverse declared 4x each in 3 spellings; belongs in `math` Location: `crates/math/src/fast_db.rs:123,128` + 3 crates. math/fast_db.rs123/128 still locally defines DB_PER_LOG2/LOG2_PER_DB, with comment acknowledging duplicates in dynamics/gate/shaper. No shared math constant ownership delivery. Exact rounded bits, not decimal mathematical equivalence, govern consolidation. ### LANE10 — open Original candidate (N/A, low): test-only `corpus` module compiled into every production consumer of `math` Location: `crates/math/src/lib.rs:38`. math/lib.rs38 still unconditionally exports pub mod corpus; only extern crate std above is cfg(test). No test-only gating/move delivered. Before changing API reachability inspect existing downstream corpus users; do not assume every consumer is a unit test. ### LANE11 — open Original candidate (N/A, low): one xorshift64* generator copy-pasted twenty times Location: `crates/math/src/corpus.rs:70-90` + 19 files. math/corpus.rs70–90 and effect/builtin corpus modules retain PRNG implementations. Current source establishes duplication, not an independently recounted exact20 identical copies. One sequence-preserving generator outcome should reconcile both IDs, preserving seeds and corpus pins without a second issue for the same helper. ### LANE12 — open Original candidate (B (flag), low): `flush` applied to two feed-forward FIR history words; documented but outside the D7 law's wording Location: `crates/soft-clip/src/kernel.rs:195,199`. soft-clip/kernel.rs195/199 still flushes driven input and cubic history before FIR use. This is deliberately documented behavior and changes bits if removed. Reconcile D7 wording/explicit exception with the owner; no unilateral “optimization” or tolerance waiver. ### CP13 — open Original candidate (A, medium): Two bounds checks + two discriminant loads per unit per block; observer walk runs on every unit including unobserved banks Location: `graph/src/lib.rs:1416-1419`, `graph/src/runtime.rs:890-958`. `graph/src/lib.rs` executor loop calls `runtime.execute(unit, ...)` then `runtime.observe_unit(unit, ...)`. `runtime.rs:1069` indexes/matches the unit again and visits bank members even when unobserved. Exact machine bounds-check/discriminant count remains unmeasured; do not count RT-12 and CP-13 as two implementation products. ### IO8 — open Original candidate (A, medium): two scalar master-peak folds; one lane-generic `host-core` kernel replaces both Location: `crates/capi/src/ffi.rs:823-837`, `hosts/host-web/src/lib.rs:1252-1269`. PR #521 delivers coherent track/master windows, stable empty publication, generation/loss visibility and O(1) master-readiness return before track/effect polling scans. Browser still scans final output for master peaks while lease active; CAPI retains its independent conditional peak.max(sample.abs()) master fold. No shared lane-generic host-core peak helper or reuse/removal of that audio pass is delivered. Browser normalization/comparison versus native abs/max, initial peak and interval semantics need explicit equivalence proof. Readiness skips empty polling, not required sample observation. No timing gain claimed. ## Next partial-finding child #587 is delivered and closed through PR #592 at merge `e16cea23`, with required PR and post-main qualification success. #594 now owns terminal shutdown publication for the prepared fixed-revision endpoint as the smallest remaining RT4 child: permanently close admission, obtain the matched render cancellation acknowledgement, reconcile every accepted terminal, then publish one completion with its acknowledged sample. Astra LOW passed the corrected four-state lifecycle-handshake scope at pushed checkpoint `6d857c60`; record checkpoint `d2967fa3` authorizes Luna HIGH/XHIGH attempt 1. Whole-platform plan replacement, locate, provider loss, C ABI and browser activation are outside #594. Lane-B #593 is delivered and its path hold is released; any newly activated lane-B residual must remain disjoint and together with #594 stay within the two-slot limit. No original open finding is authorized until #594 and then the remaining RT5 obligation are delivered. #594 attempt 1 source `111c2b0e` received Astra LOW FAIL; review checkpoint `6d1792e6` preserves the two source races and missing discriminators. Two attempts remain. Attempt 2 stays inside the same endpoint/test ownership and does not authorize original open work. #594 attempt 2 evidence `edb73387` received Astra LOW FAIL; review `6d05360d` leaves one attempt. Production behavior is accepted. The final pass is limited to exact lifecycle-Arc accounting and retention, a failure-safe rendezvous, and the direct valid-sample graph-execution mutation gate. #594 attempt 3 passed Astra LOW review at `9e9ea3c6`; all three attempts are consumed. Astra LOW also passed the exact pushed source/artifact head `6a5cbae60ebca6ec8cd3b15dbc39d560deafa9ef`. Lane B's durable probe proves all six shipped AudioWorklet files remain byte-identical to #587 at pin `39ebe7cd3f71f34ab11260f27fa1eaad281dd61642c50d9ed6210e703d95dd55`; no repin or repeated full browser qualification is needed. PR #599 and required qualification run `34176930910` are active. #594/#444/RT4 remain open until merge, successful post-main qualification, synchronized issue closure, and clean-worktree removal. RT5 remains the next partial barrier; original open findings remain unauthorized. #594/PR #599 merged exact Astra LOW reviewed head `6a5cbae60ebca6ec8cd3b15dbc39d560deafa9ef` as `51ba7023cdf3c16f93f7d153dc78c1880bfc6576`. Required PR qualification `34176930910` and post-main qualification `34177280195` succeeded; #594 is closed. The shipped artifact remains byte-identical to #587 at pin `39ebe7cd3f71f34ab11260f27fa1eaad281dd61642c50d9ed6210e703d95dd55`. The terminal lifecycle completes #444's explicit bounded disposition, so #444 and RT4 may close after this checkpoint/body synchronization. RT5 is now lane A's only partial barrier; original open findings remain unauthorized until its measurement/accounting disposition is delivered. Delivery cleanup is complete: `/home/bl/misofm/engine-594-builtin-endpoint-shutdown` and `/home/bl/misofm/engine-594-artifact-qualification` were clean, matched their pushed branches, and were removed after merge and evidence preservation. The issue-boundary audit found every local numbered spec has a matching GitHub issue; the 95 historical GitHub issues without a main/handoff mirror are pre-existing catalog debt, while active #598 has its matching pushed spec on its isolated feature branch. No stale state was found for #444/#559/#560/#594/#598. ## Active final partial child #600 #600, “Measure sustained input-trim record traffic on the delivered RT5 path,” is the numbered final partial child. Its pushed stateless brief is `f9daa49eb9a1f57b78c67effcf27057c4fb8bdc7` on current main `51ba7023cdf3c16f93f7d153dc78c1880bfc6576`. It authorizes no runtime change: one narrow native benchmark subject must measure a real prepared W8 eight-record-per-block trim ride through one warmup phase and two rounds in exactly one eventual runner invocation, after untimed traffic/PCM/ mutation and harness review. No baseline, historical speedup, isolated helper-cycle, universal saving, effect-floor or 64-track claim is allowed. Astra LOW returned PASS on corrected exact #600 scope `b5fbabaa541240d65b714d358d9a16209be7b832`; record checkpoint `538ad648` is pushed and Luna HIGH/XHIGH attempt 1 may begin. Timing remains unauthorized until Astra LOW separately passes the implemented subject and untimed harness. #598 remains the disjoint lane-B slot. #600 attempt 1 checkpoint `c735e5d5` received Astra LOW FAIL; review checkpoint `d0143dc6` is upstream. Two attempts remain and timing is not authorized. Attempt 2 is limited to the invalid real preflight flags; untimed/timer separation; exact drain/pending/ramp/digest arithmetic witnesses; the restored suppression mutation; strict validator metadata/types/keys; runner raw/status/cwd preservation; and missing source/binary/post-workload lifecycle cases. No path or product widening is authorized. #600 attempt 2 checkpoint `000de31e` received Astra LOW FAIL; review `87b9521e` leaves one implementation attempt and keeps timing locked. The runner defect survived its one bounded correction, so runner repair/capture promotion must move to a later tooling successor rather than consume attempt 3. #600 requires a reviewed rebrief to retain only a closable subject/untimed-runtime proof, remove its known-defective new runner paths, connect the runtime ramp/nonstationarity witness, and preserve restored mutation evidence. RT5 remains partial through that subject slice and its eventual capture successor. Astra LOW passed the corrected authoritative #600 attempt-3 rebrief at `00c1743ac8f9de684dd002df2cc605a1355a6dfd`; record checkpoint `b4c27c6f` is pushed. The retitled issue now owns only an entirely untimed W8 sustained-trim qualification subject, connected runtime oracle, reviewed digests and durable real mutation evidence, and must delete its four failed runner scripts. One implementation attempt remains. The runner/capture successor is deferred until #600 delivery frees the lane slot; RT5 stays partial and no timing is authorized. ## Delivered #600 subject; RT5 capture successor required Luna HIGH attempt 3 produced the entirely untimed sustained input-trim qualification at `8b08b724ff224f8b3aa4b78a10ea2b2f116c0a8b`. Astra LOW returned PASS on that implementation and on exact integrated documentation head `d2c5e8cf19a0ba4b14fe4cfff5396e6b269b6702`. PR #601 passed required qualification run `34183816883`, merged as `ccafe150bb8b129d85d30601cda1f6f68176127c`, and post-main qualification run `34184236199` succeeded. #600 is closed and its clean delivered worktree is removed. The delivered subject proves two independent native W8 owners across 17,408 untimed renders, connected both-channel alternating trim ramps, full capacity-16 boundary drain, nonzero matching debug/release PCM digests, and zero representative render allocation/realtime violations. The four defective runner scripts are absent from the delivered main delta. This closes only the #600 workload capability: RT5 remains partial, and timing/capture remains unauthorized until a new numbered tooling successor receives Astra LOW scope PASS. #598 remains the disjoint lane-B slot. ## Active RT5 capture successor #602 #602, “Capture RT5 sustained input-trim render cost once,” is open at exact pushed brief `9a407e508d7f47c643e08e9c3c0250070f6f388a` from delivered main `ccafe150`. It owns a separate timed capture entry reusing #600's untimed workload, four fresh strict capture scripts, protected native evidence, and the sole one-shot RT5 descriptive capture. The untimed #600 command remains untimed. No runtime, manifest, lockfile, fixture, policy, workflow, browser/SDK/ABI, shipped artifact or pin change is authorized. #598 and #602 fill the two issue slots with disjoint paths. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna HIGH/XHIGH implementation; no timing or capture is authorized. Astra LOW returned PASS on #602 exact scope `9a407e50`; record checkpoint `b5dd80af` is pushed and the GitHub body is synchronized. Luna HIGH/XHIGH may implement the bounded source and untimed harness. Final preflight and the real timed entry remain unauthorized until Astra LOW source/harness PASS. ## #602 stopped; active RT5 repair successor #603 #602 consumed its single bounded runner correction and stopped after Astra LOW attempt-1 FAIL at source checkpoint `68950adf`; the pushed verdict is preserved at `aff6aab9`, GitHub #602 is closed, and its clean stopped worktree was removed after #603 inherited the pushed history. The reusable Rust timing seam remains unexecuted, but the runner could publish PASS without required lifecycle markers, its self-test omitted required cases, no-clobber publication could fall through to success, build environment controls were incomplete, and the seal/validator did not freeze the full bounded identity. No final preflight, real timed entry, or capture ran. RT5 remains partial. #603, “Repair and promote the RT5 capture lifecycle once,” replaces #602 at pushed brief `ea23e9e547d4c00fc89d8c057a2dfb37a9e1b40d`. It freezes the #602 Rust timing seam and owns only the four capture scripts plus issue-603 qualification/capture evidence. Partial marker-derived timing counts are completed-prefix evidence, not an exact count of calls after a mid-round crash. #598 and #603 are the two active issue slots with disjoint paths. Lane B retains artifact qualification and pin authority. Astra LOW accepted the technical scope but requires this #559/#560 synchronization before implementation; no preflight or capture is authorized. ## #603 stopped; active final RT5 qualification successor #606 #603 exhausted its sole runner correction at `3a7fa0c6` and stopped after Astra LOW FAIL; the final review and synchronized issue record are pushed at `17df7d69`, GitHub #603 is closed, and no final preflight, real capture entry, or timing ran. Its corrected issue-602 record identity, qualification directory handling, marker validation, and completed-prefix accounting remain preserved for reuse. RT5 remains partial. #606, “Finish RT5 capture publication qualification once,” replaces #603 at pushed brief `07dcfe361508cd94f5dadc2e9d902de849746990`. It owns one Luna XHIGH implementation pass with no runner correction, limited to the four native capture scripts and issue-606 evidence. The frozen Rust timing seam remains unchanged and unexecuted. Lane-B #605 owns disjoint protocol/host-core IO5 paths and artifact authority. #605/#606 are the two active issue slots. No preflight or capture is authorized before Astra LOW scope and source/harness PASS. ## #606 stopped; active RT5 build-recipe successor #607 #606's sole Luna XHIGH implementation pass is preserved at `b148ffc0`. Astra LOW returned FAIL because its exact globally injected `-C lto=fat` conflicts with Cargo's `-C embed-bitcode=no` while compiling build dependencies. The verdict is pushed at `382a0a6f`, GitHub #606 is closed as stopped, and no prepared executable, final preflight, capture entry, or timer ran. #607, “Repair the RT5 release build recipe and promote the preserved capture,” is open at exact pushed brief `4bfb3a25865bfb72257975b33ae4f615b00be905`. It preserves the reviewed issue-606 lifecycle/tooling identity and artifact namespace plus the frozen issue-602 Rust record identity. Only the preflight build recipe and focused successor qualification/review evidence may change. The committed release profile supplies LTO, codegen units, panic mode, debug info and default opt-level 3; the repaired recipe may inject only `+avx2,+fma`. Lane-B #605 retains disjoint protocol/host-core paths and artifact qualification/pinning authority. #605/#607 are the two active issue slots. Astra LOW scope PASS is pending; no final preflight or capture is authorized. Astra LOW passed #607's corrected exact scope at `4bfb3a25` after live #559/#560/#605 synchronization. Authorization record `cacca34b` is pushed and GitHub #607 matches it. Luna XHIGH may perform the sole single-script implementation pass and compile-only proof; final preflight and timing remain unauthorized. #607's sole implementation is pushed at `d2170d56`. Astra LOW passed source review and the evidence-only exact head `3b632cdb`. Root ran one final preflight; Astra LOW passed its READY seal and prepared binary. Root then ran the capture runner exactly once. Astra LOW accepted two descriptive rows at 7,226 and 7,219 ns per plan render, each with 8,192 successful renders and zero errors. The full capture/review checkpoint is pushed at `adb7e26b`. Lane-B artifact applicability is pending; no shipped artifact or pin changed. Lane-B Astra LOW passed #607 artifact applicability at `8bb2a2e7`: the native benchmark/capture delta has no dependency edge into the six-file AudioWorklet builder or consumers. Retain pin `39ebe7cd3f71f34ab11260f27fa1eaad281dd61642c50d9ed6210e703d95dd55` and existing attribution; no artifact build or pin change is required. The decision record is pushed with #607 at `20a9265c`. #608's artifact gate remains separate. #607 stopped after PR #609 required qualification run `34195043020` failed the environment/marker vocabulary gate at head `20a9265c`: 20 capture identifiers are absent from the central vocabulary. Astra LOW ruled this substantive and outside #607's one-pass ownership. The stop record is pushed at `397970d4`; GitHub #607 and PR #609 are closed. Its accepted capture remains preserved and must not be rerun. #610, “Document RT5 capture environment vocabulary and deliver preserved evidence,” is open at exact pushed brief `af90bb2a870016d94275b5bb57f74209974d8377`. It owns only the 20 exact rows in `docs/ENGINE_ENV_VOCABULARY.md` plus spec/evidence and inherits every accepted capture/source/seal/ artifact decision unchanged. Lane-B #608 owns disjoint scalar endpoint test/evidence paths. #608/#610 are the two active slots. Astra LOW scope PASS is pending; no preflight, runner, retry or timing is authorized. Astra LOW passed #610 exact scope at `94143e96`; authorization record `666cfe49` is pushed and GitHub synchronized. Luna XHIGH may add only the 20 vocabulary rows. Capture/preflight/build/runner/ timing execution remains prohibited. #610's correct 20-row documentation pass is preserved at `a9d9fc6f`, but Astra LOW returned PASS to stop because the unchanged mutation suite hard-codes old population 114 in two full-output fault expectations outside #610 ownership. GitHub #610 is closed. No workload execution occurred. #611 is open at exact pushed brief `9f3898e24319e4e7e1704d16687d32ac0b10ab09`, limited to those two `scripts/test-env-vocabulary.sh` expectation updates from 114 to 134 plus evidence. #608/#611 are the two disjoint active slots. The accepted RT5 capture remains frozen and cannot be rerun; Astra LOW scope PASS is pending. Astra LOW passed #611 exact scope at `9f3898e2`; authorization record `273f7ed0` is pushed. Luna XHIGH may change only the two stale mutation-test payloads. No workload execution is authorized. ## RT5 delivered through issue 611 Luna XHIGH changed only the two stale `COUNT` and `COUNT_TR` mutation-test payloads from 114 to 134 at `54a548a0`. Astra LOW returned source PASS there and exact delivery-head PASS at `a57340fc7066c5de8f2133f43d359dc83975b1bf` against main/merge-base `6fe8676e`. The reviewer confirmed 134 vocabulary names, the complete environment mutation suite, docs/research gates and all 42 inherited capture checksum entries, with retained artifact applicability PASS / N/A and no capture rerun. PR #612 required qualification run `34198028242` succeeded and merged as `f392be55523d4944d2e369d6ea89f43d52f3684a`. Post-main qualification run `34198600588` succeeded at that exact merge. Issue #611 is delivered and may close. The accepted descriptive RT5 capture remains 7,226/7,219 ns per plan render with raw/accepted SHA-256 `59257eb092f197b616cbaa20ec713ed8b4e10446c29941e8a1d7d23c96db89ca`; no repeat was run. Lane A's four originally partial findings are now delivered. Lane-B issue #608 remains the sole partial-finding slot and must finish before any original open #559 finding resumes. Lane-B #608 merged through PR #613 as `9e113be98cf31c1eaf4297b0a031518244b71c33` after Astra LOW final merge PASS and required PR qualification/fuzz success. Post-main qualification run `34199226167` subsequently completed SUCCESS at that exact merge. GitHub #608 is closed. The global eight-partial barrier is therefore clear; lane B retains responsibility for its final handoff record and clean delivered-worktree removal. Open FX1 issue #539 may now resume from accepted attempt-2 source `82a42b52` and clean pushed evidence head `62088720`. Astra LOW's read-only resume audit confirmed the preserved three-file ownership and predicted no textual conflict with current main. Integrate main without restarting or relabeling the accepted optimization, run proportional final gates, request lane-B artifact qualification, and obtain Astra LOW exact-head/current-base review before PR delivery. ## FX1 delivery qualification handoff #539 integrated delivered CP8 main without conflicts at merge `110dc525`, preserving the three accepted limiter file hashes and attempt 1 FAIL / attempt 2 source PASS. Its proportional limiter, Wasm corpus, host-web lowering, native ABI and policy gates passed. Root losslessly packaged 32 historical raw evidence captures that blocked branch-wide diff hygiene; all decompressed identities are manifest-pinned. The current pushed lane-A branch head is `e3931c47`; no benchmark, timing or speedup claim exists. Lane-B #617 independently reproduced combined-source candidate Wasm `f80b6392…`, exactly six files and all five delivered non-Wasm hashes. Its first unchanged static gate failed because the collapsed limiter roster still targets the zero-arithmetic `process_bank_mono` forwarding wrapper. Astra LOW proved that wrapper directly calls the unique `LimiterCore<f32x4>::process_block_mono` body with 440 vector and zero scalar arithmetic, while the dual body retains 880 vector and zero scalar. #617's checksum-verified stop record is pushed at `01d64b82`; GitHub #617 is closed, no browser ran and no pin/lineage changed. #619 now owns only the discriminating static-gate correction and resumed qualification. Corrected scope head `f712caef` requires a unique entry, unique arithmetic kernel, direct call, zero counted arithmetic in the forwarding entry, unchanged kernel scalarization budget and independent negative controls. The candidate builder must not repeat. After Astra LOW scope/source PASS, lane B may run one repaired static invocation on the preserved output and only the qualification stages #617 never executed, followed conditionally by the three-file pin/lineage promotion. #539 is passive while #619 is active; these are the two issue slots. No further limiter implementation attempt is authorized. ## FX1 delivered through PR 620 Astra LOW passed the no-rerun PR-readiness and guarded merge reviews at exact clean pushed head `6c7fefb85a9a685b10521298cdc0e1077fe16952` against live main `77368243`. Required PR qualification run `34214845635` succeeded; fuzz was correctly not routed because the diff did not enter its dependency closure. PR #620 merged as `cf9e079cd5ef80d1c7284e9edd0ffcc90b0db335`, with the live base first and reviewed head second. Post-main qualification run `34215512812` succeeded at that exact merge. GitHub #539 and #619 are closed as delivered. The stationary limiter specialization, unique forwarding-entry/kernel gate and qualified AudioWorklet pin `f80b6392…` are on main; all five non-Wasm outputs remain byte-identical to the prior delivery. Attempt 1 and the SDK environment preflight refusal remain preserved as failed/non-credit evidence. No benchmark ran and no measured speedup is claimed. The two issue slots and limiter/artifact path holds are released after clean worktree removal. Cleanup is complete: the #539 parent worktree, #617 stopped feature and detached scratch worktrees, and #619 delivered feature and detached scratch worktrees were clean after restoring only the three provisional lineage overlays and removing generated targets/dependency installs. All five worktrees were removed; branches, merged history and checksum-verified evidence are retained. Lane B opened IO21 child #622 at pushed brief `4a10788e` from delivered main `cf9e079c`. It exclusively owns `crates/host-core/src/prepare.rs`, `crates/host-core/src/lib.rs`, focused `crates/host-core/tests/prepare.rs`, `tools/parameter-metadata/tests/abi_layout.rs`, and its numbered evidence. Those paths are disjoint from lane-A #621's limiter source/tests/evidence. #621 and #622 now fill the two active issue slots. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna begins #622; lane B retains all AudioWorklet artifact qualification and pin/lineage ownership. Astra LOW failed #622's initial scope only for three qualification assumptions, then root pushed the bounded correction at `f007e462`: artifact applicability is undecided because host-web directly depends on host-core, removal scans cover live Rust consumers while preserving historical records, and the unsupported-rate diagnostic fixture uses otherwise-valid sessions with generous caps. Corrected Astra LOW scope PASS remains required before Luna begins. Astra LOW returned corrected #622 scope **PASS** at exact clean feature head `f007e462`, live main/merge-base `cf9e079c`, and synchronized tracker `fc5c161c`. Luna HIGH/XHIGH attempt 1 is authorized only in #622's four named host preparation/test paths and issue evidence. Artifact applicability remains a separate lane-B/root decision after source PASS. Luna HIGH's #622 attempt 1 is checkpointed in exactly those four paths at `fece7a2c`, with evidence head `c2a40c49`. Reported host-core debug/release suites, metadata debug ABI layout, Clippy and policy gates pass. A twice-attempted metadata release command failed before tests in Cargo resolution and is neither waived nor classified; Astra LOW source review will decide attribution. No artifact action is authorized. Astra LOW returned #622 attempt-1 source **PASS** at exact clean evidence head `c2a40c49`, source `fece7a2c`, main/merge-base `cf9e079c`, and tracker `78bdc087`. Host-core debug/release, focused prepare, metadata debug ABI, strict Clippy and policy gates pass. The metadata release failure was independently reproduced in fresh targets on both source and exact main, so it remains a recorded pre-existing Cargo collision rather than a successful gate or #622 defect. Lane B/root now owns the separate artifact-applicability decision. Root's single ordinary #622 artifact probe at source-accepted `ca5a8b49` found candidate Wasm `ac71c640…` differs from delivered `f80b6392…`; compilation succeeded, status was 1, and the builder published zero files. Checksum-verified evidence is pushed at parent head `5276932b`; no retry, qualification or pin action occurred. #623 now owns the bounded lane-B qualification/promotion at pushed brief `3b6b1f9b`. #622 is passive. #621/#623 fill the two active slots with disjoint limiter and artifact work; Astra LOW scope PASS is required before scratch qualification. Astra LOW failed initial #623 scope at `3b6b1f9b` only because it omitted the separate browser expected-resource/native-witness gate and all 26 mutations, including post-pin, and did not pin both lineage fields to exact full values. Corrected clean head `2103c0e9` adds those requirements. Scratch qualification remains unauthorized pending corrected Astra LOW PASS. Astra LOW confirmed the substantive #623 corrections but returned a packaging-only **FAIL** because the inherited raw source diff trips branch-wide whitespace checking. Root losslessly replaced only that file with deterministic gzip at `f9c4e92d`, retaining decompressed SHA-256 `af126a43…` and a refreshed manifest. Corrected-head confirmation remains required; no qualification ran. Astra LOW returned corrected #623 scope **PASS** at exact clean head `f9c4e92d`, live main `cf9e079c`, and tracker `a078948a`. All 20 probe entries, decompressed identity, diff hygiene and coordination pass. Exactly one frozen-source scratch qualification is authorized; repository promotion remains unauthorized pending candidate PASS. Astra LOW completed #623's single scratch qualification **PASS** from frozen `ca5a8b49` without retries. Candidate Wasm `ac71c640…` and all five unchanged non-Wasm files passed static, separate resources/native witness plus 26 mutations, hermetic, SDK 11/11, locked installs, Chromium 151.0.7922.34, Firefox 153.0, WebKit 26.5 and final matrix. The 55-entry evidence manifest is pushed at `a14ececb`. Luna may now make only the exact three-file lane-B promotion; #621 remains disjoint. Luna's exact #623 three-file promotion is checkpointed at `6fdbb377`. Root's single ordinary post-pin build there exited zero and reproduced the qualified six files. The first derived hash diff compared absolute paths and returned 1; its preserved manifests normalize to identical basenames and hashes with status 0, without another build. Evidence head `e362ac1b` awaits Astra LOW's bounded post-pin gates and exact-head/current-main review. No browser qualification will repeat. Astra LOW returned #623 post-pin **PASS** at exact reviewed head `e362ac1b` against live main `cf9e079c`. Eleven required post-pin static/resource/hermetic/SDK/matrix/policy commands passed once; the 55-entry scratch, 24-entry post-pin and 48-entry review manifests verify. Evidence is pushed at `4d299441`; exact delivery head `1ab06366` awaits no-rerun current-main PR confirmation. #621 remains disjoint and no browser or builder will repeat. Astra LOW returned PR-readiness **PASS** at `1ab06366` against live main `cf9e079c`. Root recorded that verdict only in #623's spec at new clean pushed head `516a42e6`; a final no-rerun identity check must confirm that one documentation-only commit before PR creation. #621 remains disjoint. Astra LOW passed the documentation-only identity check at exact clean head `516a42e6` against live main `cf9e079c`. PR #624 is open at that reviewed head; required qualification run `34221561311` is in progress. Merge requires CI success and a fresh live-head/base Astra LOW review. The owner ruled that full compiler `.ll` captures do not belong as permanent default-branch evidence. Active #621 may finish its explicitly scoped read of the existing #539 lowering files, but must preserve only the command/toolchain/source identities and minimal relevant derived evidence for delivery. It must not add another full raw IR capture to the merge. After #621 releases that read dependency, lane B will open a bounded cleanup to delete tracked `.ll` files from the default branch and prevent their reintroduction; Git history will not be rewritten without a separate owner action. PR #624 merged as `7af655071f528f5cfcfbec3fa6de3a306d79a30a` from exact reviewed head `516a42e6`, with live base `cf9e079c` first and reviewed head second. Required PR qualification `34221561311` and post-main qualification `34222236748` succeeded, including artifact, SDK and all three browser jobs. GitHub #622/#623 are closed, their three clean worktrees are removed, and primary main is fast-forwarded to the merge. #621 is now the sole active issue; lane B's slot is free. ## FX2 active as issue 621 Issue #621 is open at clean pushed brief `8f2b03ca1c14334facc6c584955715659f8037c3`, based on delivered main `cf9e079c`. It owns only `crates/true-peak-limiter/src/lib.rs`, narrowly necessary existing limiter tests, its numbered spec and bounded evidence. The smallest slice first reuses #539's retained native/Wasm lowering to prove whether loop-internal detector slice bounds work survives; an implementation is conditional on Astra LOW residual PASS. Luna HIGH/XHIGH owns any authorized source attempt. Lane B retains exclusive AudioWorklet artifact qualification and pin/ lineage ownership. #621 and #622 occupy the two active issue slots, with disjoint limiter and host-preparation ownership; no #621 build, capture or source edit has run. Lane B opened owner-directed tooling cleanup #625 at clean pushed brief `4ba68dca`. It owns removal of the 39 historical tracked `.ll` files on current main, limited evidence-record repairs and a workspace-policy prevention gate. It excludes lane-A source/evidence, historical assembly, all compiler/browser/benchmark execution, artifact pins and Git history rewriting. #621/#625 are the two active slots. #625 must wait for Astra LOW to pass #621's compact evidence and for #621 to release its #539 read dependency; Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna HIGH implementation. Astra LOW passed #625 scope at exact brief `4ba68dca`, live main `7af65507` and tracker `22d9e61f`, including the independently reproduced 39-file/13,345,253-byte census. #625 implementation remains held only for Astra LOW PASS on #621's compact evidence and #621's explicit #539 dependency release. Astra LOW passed #621's compact evidence at `3d1e9267`; synchronized head `d727f7e5` explicitly releases #539. #625's dependency hold is clear and Luna HIGH may begin its single bounded cleanup tranche. #621's required AudioWorklet artifact successor waits until #625 delivers and releases the second slot. #625 removed the exact 39 historical `.ll` payloads / 13,345,253 bytes and added the bounded prevention gate at `1b550c15`. Astra LOW passed implementation and policy behavior but failed the first review for stale #475 manifest hashes/current-tense retention wording. Luna's metadata-only attempt 2 is accepted by Astra LOW at exact clean head `e91bbb28`; all preserved identities and conclusions remain consistent, policy bytes are unchanged and zero tracked artifact `.ll` remains. A documentation-only exact-head check is pending before PR. Astra LOW passed #621's durable evidence compaction at exact clean pushed checkpoint `3d1e9267`; the synchronized #621 decision record is now pushed at `d727f7e5`. All 27 focused lowering excerpts independently match parent-history raw bytes/hashes, 69 full/raw compiler captures are retired with identities preserved, and only eight justified small raw logs remain in deterministic archives. The frozen limiter source remains `32ab4abf…`. #621 explicitly releases its historical #539 IR read dependency. #625 may now begin its already scope-passed Luna HIGH implementation. #621/#625 continue to fill the two active slots, so the #621 AudioWorklet artifact successor waits for #625 delivery and an Astra LOW scope PASS before any probe/build/qualification. Lane-B #625 implementation attempt 1 reached `1b550c15`: the deletion and policy gates passed, but Astra LOW failed stale #475 hashes and current-tense retention wording. Luna's bounded metadata-only correction is attempt 2 and received Astra LOW PASS at exact clean pushed head `e91bbb28` against live main `7af65507`. The branch deletes exactly 39 tracked `.ll` files / 13,345,253 bytes, preserves all 37 historical `.s` files / 4,189,861 bytes unchanged, adds the fail-closed index-backed gate, and preserves historical conclusions. Lane B's aligned record is at #625 head `03136864`. One Astra LOW no-rerun exact-head/ current-main confirmation remains before PR creation; #621/#625 still fill both issue slots. Astra LOW returned #672 initial **SCOPE FAIL** at `28f7ac56`; no build ran. The brief still had placeholder paths, incomplete dependency/target/browser preflight, weak non-Wasm equality and lineage timing, redundant source reruns, and vague post-pin work. Clean pushed correction `d0e1f511` now freezes exact fresh paths, export/setup/install/gate order, five-file byte equality, isolated target, three-browser availability, exact three-path scratch lineage proof, and a separate reviewed promotion boundary. GitHub #672 matches; fresh Astra LOW scope review is required before any build. Astra LOW returned #672 second **SCOPE FAIL** at `d0e1f511` on the sole remaining export-verifier ambiguity; no workload ran. Clean pushed correction `40dbdd3d` embeds the literal verifier, fail-closed archive commands, external Git object authority, exact bytes/modes/symlinks/path census, narrow overlay and dependency allowances, and positive/negative self-controls. Root's docs-only extraction compiled and its self-test passed. The duplicate SDK generated gate was removed because `sdk-package.sh check` already invokes it. Fresh Astra LOW scope review remains required. Astra LOW returned #672 third **SCOPE FAIL** at `40dbdd3d` because exact mode still ignored dependency paths and the allowances did not require directories; no workload ran. Clean pushed correction `5144422c` makes exact mode reject all extras, requires both post-install allowances as ordinary non-symlink directories, raises traversal errors, and adds negative file/symlink/exact-mode controls. Root's extracted literal verifier compiled and passed every self-control at SHA-256 `388e18b4...3721a37`. Fresh Astra LOW scope review remains required. Astra LOW returned #672 fourth **SCOPE FAIL** at `5144422c` because one dependency-path negative control was non-discriminating after overlay bytes had already changed; no workload ran and verifier logic otherwise passed. Clean pushed `4e5e5dc8` moves the exact-mode rejection before overlay mutation, then retains overlay PASS and file/symlink rejection. Root's extracted literal v4 self-test passes. Fresh Astra LOW scope review remains required. Astra LOW returned #671 **SOURCE PASS** at clean pushed source `dc6e3476`, main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `fa7463cb`; decision checkpoint `fd74bb2e` records the verdict and root's no-artifact-applicability ruling. The production prefix is byte-identical and relocated code remains `cfg(test)`. The final-census script's unchecked assertions are corroborated by independent review, and its external precreation record remains outside the manifest with that limitation. Exact-head/ current-main PR-readiness review is pending; #671/#672 are disjoint. Astra LOW returned #671 **PR-READINESS PASS** at source/evidence head `fd74bb2e`, unchanged main/merge-base `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `fbf3aa27`. Documentation checkpoint `6ab6f2b0` records the verdict without changing accepted source. One PR may close #671 only; broader RT17 remains open. Fresh exact-head confirmation on the final record head precedes opening, and required CI plus guarded review precede merge. PR #673 is open for #671 from final record head `48317e7d`, closing only the program-test extraction slice. Required exact-head qualification is pending. Fresh Astra LOW guarded head/current-main review immediately precedes merge; post-main qualification and synchronization remain mandatory. Astra LOW passed #625's exact documentation-only delivery head `03136864` against live main/ merge-base `7af65507`. PR #626 and required qualification run `34227477641` are active; guarded merge still requires CI success and a fresh Astra LOW live-head/base review. Astra LOW returned no-rerun PR-readiness **PASS** for lane-B #625 at exact clean feature head `03136864`, tracker `50dbe00c` and unchanged live main `7af65507`. Post-`e91bbb28` feature commits only align the accepted attempt-2 record; implementation identities and all seven synchronized issue bodies remain fixed. PR #626 is open at that exact head and required qualification run `34227477641` is in progress. #625 retains the second active slot through guarded merge and post-main qualification; #621's artifact successor remains queued. Lane-B cleanup #625 is delivered through PR #626 as merge `30680709c58f0be99e09d006d8d661c1ce96324d` with exact parents `7af655071f528f5cfcfbec3fa6de3a306d79a30a` then `03136864aa79f4b183135a03256048f17ac492cb`. Required PR qualification `34227477641` and post-main qualification `34228247143` succeeded at their exact heads. GitHub #625 is closed, current main tracks zero `artifacts/**/*.ll` files and retains all 37 `artifacts/**/*.s` files, and the clean delivery worktree was removed. Lane B's second slot is free for #621's required AudioWorklet artifact successor; that successor still requires an Astra LOW scope PASS before any probe, build, qualification, or promotion. Lane-B artifact successor #627 is open at clean pushed brief `89619288`, based on #621's synchronized current-main record `dc14ca85`. It owns the one-shot AudioWorklet applicability probe and any conditional scratch qualification, pin, lineage, promotion and compact evidence. #621/#627 now fill the two active slots with disjoint lane-A source/evidence and lane-B artifact ownership. No probe, build, qualification, promotion, or browser execution is authorized until Astra LOW passes #627's exact scope. Lane-B #625 delivered through PR #626 at merge `30680709c58f0be99e09d006d8d661c1ce96324d`, with live base `7af65507` first and exact reviewed head `03136864` second. Required PR qualification `34227477641` and post-main qualification `34228247143` succeeded, including the verdict, artifact, SDK and Chromium/Firefox/WebKit jobs. GitHub #625 is closed, the issue/spec boundary has zero missing remote identities, primary main is fast-forwarded, and the clean #625 worktree is removed. Lane B's second slot is free; #621 is the sole active issue and may integrate current main before its separately numbered artifact successor is briefed. Lane-A #621 integrated delivered main `30680709` without conflict at merge `77e9c7d7536916f045a8aa9c66aea86b5c2fe0c2`; its accepted limiter source remains byte-identical at SHA-256 `32ab4abf975b32d47c85a748e617e74c9547b22e1b585f0d36713be439a62908`. Astra LOW passed the no-rerun integration review, including unchanged #621 evidence, byte-identical #625 delivery, successful post-main qualification and closed #625 state. The synchronized #621 decision record is clean and pushed at `dc14ca856e10cb5ad7f6fdacb0ea9322342a9251`. The second slot may now hold only the separately numbered lane-B AudioWorklet artifact successor; no artifact probe or qualification may run before its Astra LOW scope PASS. Lane-B successor #627, “Qualify and pin the limiter detector AudioWorklet artifact,” is open at exact clean pushed brief `8961928817faf566084850285c8d4438cfda2695`, based on synchronized #621 head `dc14ca85`. #621 remains the launch-critical source issue while #627 occupies the second slot and exclusively owns one applicability probe plus any conditional scratch qualification and three-file pin/lineage promotion. All new scope, candidate, promotion and delivery verification is assigned to Astra LOW. No artifact command is authorized until Astra LOW passes #627's exact scope. Astra LOW's first adversarial #627 scope review failed a routing contradiction at `89619288`: Luna was named only for promotion although the probe and scratch execution also belong to Luna. Corrected clean pushed head `da1f64ac` assigns each execution stage to Luna HIGH/XHIGH only after its preceding Astra LOW PASS. Astra LOW then returned controlling corrected-scope **PASS** at that exact head. The synchronized decision record is pushed at `c38c280d`. Exactly one ordinary no-bypass applicability probe from frozen `dc14ca85` is authorized; scratch qualification and repository promotion remain blocked on separate Astra LOW reviews. #627's sole applicability probe ran once from frozen `dc14ca85`, completed the release build, exited 1 only at the delivered-pin comparison, published zero files, and reported candidate Wasm SHA-256 `63ef81c105d50aed41164aa3c6c6f8853a314b99d642e209e7cc3aefe3bdbca1`. Root launched it under the distinct initial Astra LOW PASS before seeing the concurrent routing correction; it will not be rerun. Astra LOW accepted the raw evidence at `e440d62b` but failed missing attribution chronology. Documentation- only correction `573d2420` records the separate reviews, preserves every raw probe byte, refreshes the manifest, and assigns all subsequent execution to Luna HIGH/XHIGH. Scratch qualification remains blocked on Astra LOW confirmation. #627's sole applicability probe ran once from frozen `dc14ca85`, exited 1 only for delivered pin `ac71c640…` versus builder-reported candidate `63ef81c1…`, published zero files, and was not retried. After a documentation-only chronology correction, Astra LOW passed the 16-entry compact evidence at clean pushed head `573d2420`; the synchronized decision record is `050242b3`. Exactly one Luna HIGH/XHIGH detached scratch qualification is authorized to reproduce and hash the candidate and run the frozen gates. Repository promotion remains blocked on Astra LOW candidate PASS. #627 scratch attempt 1 technical gates passed, but Astra LOW returned **FAIL** at evidence head `bd7f39e9`: a concurrency race launched a second builder-only invocation while the first full sequence was running, violating the explicit exactly-one-build rule. The duplicate produced identical hashes and was stopped before any gate/browser repeat. Two whitespace-bearing raw overlay diffs are now losslessly compressed; branch hygiene and manifests pass at `2b9d3abe`. Attempt 2 is briefed as a no-execution disposition of the preserved evidence. No build, gate, install, browser, or promotion is authorized pending Astra LOW scope PASS. Astra LOW passed #627's bounded attempt-2 disposition scope at exact clean pushed head `2b9d3abe`. Attempt 1 remains failed. Luna HIGH may make only a documentation/evidence revision proving the first sequence's independent record and output ownership while segregating the duplicate builder as non-credit and stating any unprovable chronology. No workload, output, pin, lineage, promotion, or GitHub execution is authorized; Astra LOW evidence-disposition PASS remains required. Astra LOW passed #627's bounded attempt-2 evidence disposition at clean pushed head `40ecd3db`. All 91 entries verify and the first numbered sequence independently qualifies candidate `63ef81c1…`; the duplicate builder remains non-credit and attempt 1 remains failed. The synchronized decision head is `60cfb369`. Luna HIGH/XHIGH may edit only the approved pin, the two results lineage fields, and the generated matrix lineage. No build or verification workload is authorized until root checkpoints that exact promotion. #627 promoted exactly the approved pin and two lineage fields plus generated matrix lineage at clean commit `0bb5a820`; Astra LOW passed that exact promotion. The first authorized post-pin invocation failed before compilation because its output directory was absent; its numeric status was not retained. Nothing was published and no downstream gate ran; it was not retried. Evidence is synchronized at `8901e7ad`. Any corrected post-pin proof is final attempt 3 and remains blocked on Astra LOW scope PASS. Astra LOW passed #627's corrected final-attempt scope at clean pushed `2690a775`; the missing numeric status is now recorded candidly and all 11 manifest entries verify. The synchronized authorization is `fe0600c7`. Luna may run final attempt 3 only after proving a new empty existing non-symlink output, then one builder and the bounded no-install/no-browser post-pin checks. Any failure stops the issue; no fourth attempt, retry, or further rescope exists. #627 final attempt 3 failed at clean pushed evidence head `26633c15`. Its preflight, sole builder, and six-file candidate identity passed, but concurrent executors duplicated static/resource/hermetic work, exact-once attribution failed, and SDK/matrix/fmt/workspace/effect-runtime checks did not run. Astra LOW confirmed the repository three-attempt hard stop at `ff678dee`: no further #627 workload, retry, weakened gate, PR, or merge. The accepted but unmerged three- file promotion remains for inheritance and is not delivery-approved. #627 will close as superseded by one separately numbered post-pin evidence-disposition and delivery-completion issue; #621 remains open. #627 is closed as superseded without a delivery claim. Successor #628, “Complete limiter AudioWorklet delivery from preserved evidence,” is open at exact clean pushed brief `c5d8c553` from #627 hard-stop head `6e90818e`; #621/#628 are the two active slots. It forbids artifact/static/resource/hermetic/install/browser repetition, first requires a no-execution Astra LOW equivalence review, then may run only the SDK/matrix/fmt/diff/workspace/effect-runtime checks never completed under #627. Concurrent duplicate #629 was closed immediately with no branch, work, or evidence. No #628 command is authorized before Astra LOW scope PASS. #627 is closed as superseded without delivery. New bounded successor #628 is open at clean pushed brief `c5d8c553`, inheriting preserved #627 head `6e90818e` and its accepted but unmerged promotion. #621/#628 are the two active slots. #628 forbids artifact/static/resource/hermetic/install/browser repeats and may only establish the retained byte-identity chain, then run checks that never ran. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before any work. Astra LOW passed #628 scope at exact clean pushed brief `c5d8c553`; root verified live GitHub synchronization, #627's superseded closure and closed duplicate #629. The synchronized #628 record is `52d75738`. Luna HIGH/XHIGH may create only the retained-evidence disposition. No build, gate, install, browser, output, promotion, PR, or merge action is authorized. Astra LOW passed #628's retained-byte evidence disposition at exact clean pushed head `82dbb0d4`; the promoted three-file overlay and both preserved six-file output sets match, the accepted eleven-stage sequence is independently linked, duplicate #627 work remains non-credit, and no product drift is present. Remaining-check attempt 1 then failed at its first SDK command because the successor lacked `sdk/node_modules`; it stopped before every later check and preserved the no-install rule. Attempt 2 is authorized at clean pushed #628 head `904cd904` under one atomic lease naming Luna owner `/root/issue583_luna_impl`: verify locks, perform one `npm ci --ignore-scripts` in the successor SDK, then run the SDK, matrix, format, diff, workspace and effect-runtime checks once in order, stopping on failure. No artifact builder, static/resource/hermetic gate, browser, product edit, PR or merge is authorized by this checkpoint. #621/#628 remain the two active slots. #628 attempt 2 is a procedural **FAIL** at `958d43c2`: the manifest capture used the wrong working-directory-relative paths, produced an empty hash record, then one authorized `npm ci --ignore-scripts` succeeded before Luna stopped; no delivery check ran. Final attempt 3 stopped before preflight because Luna's expected lease text disagreed with the authorized lease representation. Astra LOW verified the exact lease and five-file stop record, confirmed no command or product drift, and recorded the three-attempt hard stop at clean pushed `feb8063e`. GitHub #628 is closed as superseded without delivery. The accepted promotion and retained successful SDK dependency install remain unmerged inheritance. #621 is now the sole active issue; any successor requires a new stateless brief owning only lease/preflight alignment and the six unexecuted checks, with no install or artifact/static/resource/hermetic/browser repetition. Successor #630, “Complete limiter delivery checks with one canonical lease,” is open at exact clean pushed brief `e1a24bc0` from #628 hard-stop head `feb8063e`. It reuses the retained successful SDK dependency install, exact six-file output, accepted promotion and qualification. Its only executable scope is one read-only installed-state/output preflight followed by the six checks that never ran. The lease has one five-field canonical representation that Luna parses directly; alternate expected text is forbidden. No install, artifact/static/resource/ hermetic/browser work or product edit is allowed. #621/#630 are the two active slots, and no command or lease is authorized before Astra LOW scope PASS. #630 attempt 1 retained a technically green preflight and six zero-status checks at `ddfcf86d`, but Astra LOW correctly recorded procedural FAIL because its lease authorized reviewed head `6b59637a` while execution used documentation child `4c729144`. No check was rerun. Luna HIGH prepared only a Git-object and retained- record disposition; Astra LOW passed it at exact clean pushed `23745368`, proving unchanged product/source/dependency/promotion/output inputs while preserving the FAIL and limiting invocation attribution to the retained records. The synchronized #630 documentation head is `45663aaf`; exact-head/current-main review remains before PR creation. #621/#630 remain the two active slots. PR #631 merged #621/#630 as `d98646db47bc603c32431d999cd08f43a0168043` with exact parents `30680709c58f0be99e09d006d8d661c1ce96324d` and reviewed head `45663aaf6e5d83e8b51c4fa32c11449630acf5a8`. Required PR run `34239949464` succeeded after one Astra-authorized failed-jobs rerun: its original Chromium leg was cancelled while slow Ubuntu dependency downloads exhausted the job timeout before any assertion, while every other job passed. The rerun changed no head or workflow and completed Chromium plus the verdict. Post-main run `34241927408` succeeded with all 16 expected jobs. GitHub #621/#630 are closed; FX2 is delivered and both active slots are released, pending clean worktree removal and the next issue-boundary inventory. Astra LOW verified all delivery and cleanup conditions. The two dirty detached scratch overlays were byte-identical to both delivered main and promotion commit `0bb5a820`; root restored only those duplicated paths, proved both trees clean, and removed all seven #621/#627/#628/#630 worktrees without `--force`. Branches, upstream evidence, primary main, this tracker and the unrelated JavaScript worktree remain. FX2 ownership and both active slots are released. Astra LOW passed #630's corrected, synchronized scope at exact clean pushed head `6b59637a`; local/GitHub #621/#627/#628/#630 records match and live main is `30680709`. Canonical lease SHA-256 `dc84cbe3…` names only Luna XHIGH `/root/issue610_luna_xhigh`, the reviewed head and the exact five-field scope. Authorization is pushed at `4c729144`. Luna may perform one read-only installed- state/output preflight and, only on PASS, the SDK, matrix, format, diff, workspace and effect-runtime checks once in order. No installation, qualification repeat, product edit, PR or merge is authorized pending Astra LOW evidence review. #630's canonical preflight and all six delivery checks ran once under the sole lease and returned status 0; exact evidence is pushed at `ddfcf86d`. A stricter review preserved attempt 1 as procedural FAIL because execution used the issue- spec-only child of the lease head. Documentation-only attempt 2 proved every input byte unchanged and received Astra LOW applicability **PASS** at `23745368`. Astra LOW then authorized PR #631 at exact clean pushed head `45663aaf`; required `qualification` is pending. No check rerun is needed. Guarded merge still requires fresh head/live-main verification, exact parents and successful post-main CI. PR #631 required qualification run `34239949464` succeeded on its single Astra-approved infrastructure retry after Chromium's first runner timed out downloading Ubuntu fonts before testing. Astra LOW passed the guarded merge review. PR #631 merged as `d98646db47bc603c32431d999cd08f43a0168043` with exact parents old main `30680709` and reviewed head `45663aaf`. Post-main qualification run `34241927408` is pending; #621/#630 remain open and worktrees remain retained until that run succeeds and closure synchronization completes. ## Authoritative post-FX2 issue boundary The stale pending sentence immediately above is historical. Post-main qualification `34241927408` succeeded with all 16 expected jobs, GitHub #621 and #630 are closed, and all seven clean #621/#627/#628/#630 worktrees were removed without `--force`. Delivered main remains `d98646db47bc603c32431d999cd08f43a0168043` and both issue slots are free. The boundary inventory found no local numbered main spec without a matching GitHub issue; tracker-only #559/#560 match their open GitHub bodies exactly, and #621/#627/#628/#630 match closed GitHub issues. FX3 is the next lane-A row. Astra LOW passed a read-only scope review against `d98646db`: `hot.box_sum.div(hot.window)` remains at the ragged/scalar and uniform paths, while `docs/rulings/effect-floor-accounting.md` already identifies reciprocal substitution as class B because it changes rendered rounding. The smallest closable child is documentation-only owner disposition. It may record the current locations and preserve the divide; it may not prototype, benchmark, quote a projected gain, or change product source without a separate owner-ratified class-B tolerance and listening brief. No lane-B product or artifact path is required. Child #632, “Dispose limiter reciprocal substitution as a class-B owner decision,” is open from delivered main `d98646db` at exact pushed brief `0ad74cef`. It owns only its numbered spec and tracker synchronization. Product, tests, dependencies, benchmarks, generated resources and artifact pins are excluded. The pre-issue Astra LOW scope review passed; root Sol HIGH may record the documentation-only disposition, then Astra LOW must review the exact pushed head before PR creation. #632 occupies one issue slot and lane B's disjoint slot remains free. #632 documentation attempt 1 received Astra LOW PASS at source/evidence head `3fa7f13b`. The exact clean pushed PR head `6476c90c` changes only the numbered spec and records that verdict; Astra LOW independently verified live main and merge-base `d98646db`, exact GitHub/tracker synchronization, and returned PR-ready PASS. Root may open one PR. Required qualification and a fresh guarded head/base review remain before merge. Lane B opened CP1 child #633, “Index prepared effects without owned compiler tuple keys,” at clean pushed brief `f84469fa` from delivered main `d98646db`. It owns only the compiler-private prepared-effect identity handoff in graph-compiler `compile.rs`, `ids.rs` and `banks.rs`, plus narrow tests and evidence. Public graph IDs, scheduling/PDC/cycle/buffer passes, dependencies and artifacts are excluded. #632/#633 fill the two active slots with disjoint documentation-only limiter and graph-compiler ownership. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before #633 source work. Astra LOW passed #633 scope at exact clean brief `f84469fa`; synchronized authorization head `3d16d2b0` permits one Luna HIGH/XHIGH attempt only in graph-compiler `compile.rs`, `ids.rs`, `banks.rs` and narrow existing tests. Association-sensitive cross-track/rack/slot, routed-sidechain and bank-order controls are mandatory. #632 remains disjoint; no graph public API, artifact, scheduling/PDC, timing or allocation claim is authorized. ## FX3 delivered through PR #634 #632's documentation-only class-B disposition received Astra LOW attempt-1 and exact-head/current-main PASS at reviewed head `6476c90c`. Required PR qualification `34244332532` succeeded. Astra LOW then authorized guarded merge against main `d98646db`; PR #634 merged as `62045f40048ec230298fe0fd3935da3333f90b83` with exact parents `d98646db47bc603c32431d999cd08f43a0168043` and `6476c90c0e4665495ffe6f9f083bc7556be58e8d`. Post-main qualification `34244600215` succeeded. GitHub #632 is closed and its body matches the delivered numbered spec. FX3 is disposed as class B: division remains unchanged, with no optimization or performance claim. The lane-A slot is released pending clean worktree removal; lane-B #633 remains active. #632's clean delivered worktree was removed without `--force`, and primary main was fast-forwarded to merge `62045f40`. The issue-boundary union census across main, tracker and active #633 found 317 distinct local numbered identities and 411 GitHub issues, with no local identity missing remotely. #559/#560 remain open and synchronized, #632 is closed, and #633 is open. Lane A's slot is free for read-only FX4 scoping while lane-B #633 retains the other slot. ## FX4 transient-shaper evidence child #635 #635, “Determine transient-shaper loop-constant materialization,” is open from main `62045f40` at exact pushed brief `186e6b30`. Stage 1 owns only its numbered spec, compact selected-lowering evidence and tracker synchronization. Full compiler payloads, product source, tests, timing and artifacts are excluded. After an exact- brief Astra LOW PASS, one Luna HIGH executor may perform the frozen untimed native scalar/W8 and Wasm scalar/simd128 inspection once. No source implementation is authorized unless Astra LOW first confirms an actionable residual and a synchronized stage-2 amendment passes review. #633/#635 occupy the two disjoint issue slots. Astra LOW passed #635's exact clean pushed brief `186e6b30`, directly based on main `62045f40`, and verified GitHub/tracker synchronization, stage-1 boundaries, coverage feasibility, failure stops and disjoint ownership. Sole Luna HIGH executor `/root/issue635_luna_high` is authorized for exactly one untimed stage-1 capture sequence from that head. It must record commands/configuration before compiling, stop on a missing prerequisite or target failure, and retain only minimal selected excerpts. Product edits, audio execution, tool installation, artifact work and any successful-target retry remain forbidden. Lane-B #633 attempt 1 production mapping was coherent, but Astra LOW returned fixture **FAIL** at exact clean pushed `ff64e8ef`: expected nodes were derived from the same entries under test and could not reject processor/metadata/control misassociation. Synchronized head `28edd102` authorizes only a bounded attempt-2 test correction with deliberate cross-track/rack/slot, routed-sidechain and bank- order wrong-result controls. The uncredited release-test collision must use a fresh isolated Cargo target. #633/#635 remain disjoint; no allocation/artifact work or graph public/scheduling change is authorized. Luna HIGH completed #635's sole stage-1 capture from authorized head `186e6b30`. Native, Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 commands each ran once and returned zero; native output covers scalar and AVX2 W8. Full compiler payloads remain only in `/tmp`; the clean pushed evidence head `b8cce3c4` contains the numbered spec, compact selected excerpts, commands/streams/status and payload identities. No product/test/dependency/artifact/timing work or retry occurred. The evidence reports repeated constant materialization in actual W8 and both Wasm frame loops, with scalar folded operands and loop-entry bypass/coefficient setup. Astra LOW residual review is pending; no stage-2 source work is authorized. Astra LOW returned #635 stage-1 evidence **FAIL** at `b8cce3c4`: payload hashes, single-run provenance and scope pass, but one source hash is malformed, physical excerpt lines are inaccurate, `DB_PER_OCTAVE` is mislabeled, and average-link/zero/ spill conclusions exceed their retained mappings. Attempt 1 remains failed. Exact pushed disposition `f83be003` authorizes Luna HIGH attempt 2 only to correct those documents from the existing verified payloads. No compilation, retry, source work, audio, timing, artifact work, PR or merge is authorized. Lane-B #633 attempt 2 is **FAIL** at exact pushed source `f9feadd0`; synchronized verdict `16af50af` freezes the coherent production mapping and authorizes only a final attempt-3 test correction for deliberate crossed-association sensitivity, independent control-target identity, exact routed-sidechain destination/port, and heterogeneous bank member/program assertions. The executor's extra release retry receives no credit. #633/#635 remain disjoint and fill the two active slots. Astra LOW returned #635 attempt-2 evidence **FAIL** at `764ba327`: integrity, raw captures, payload identities, corrected config hash and scope pass, but W8 FLOOR and two scalar clamp/math pool mappings remain wrong. Exact pushed final- correction brief `202f75b3` permits Luna HIGH attempt 3 only to repair/remove those mappings from existing payloads and narrow the residual to `DB_PER_OCTAVE` plus `OCTAVES_PER_DB`. No compilation or source work is authorized. Regardless of the verdict, #635 will not implement source: PASS closes the evidence slice and permits a separately numbered successor brief; FAIL reaches the hard stop. Lane-B #633 reached its three-attempt hard stop at `9469b827`; synchronized record `14a9e0eb` preserves the final **FAIL**. The sole remaining fixture gap is an independent expected result for crossed live-control ownership; the release integration collision also remains uncredited. Production stayed coherent and frozen. GitHub #633 is closed as superseded, releasing its slot for one bounded qualification successor. Lane-A #635 remains active and disjoint. Lane-B successor #636 is open at exact clean pushed brief `b1b9eb63`. It inherits #633's frozen product source and owns only a graph-compiler test oracle comparing correct with deliberately crossed live-control ownership plus one predeclared fresh-target release integration command. It owns no lane-A, transient-shaper, compiler-capture or artifact path. #635/#636 are the two active slots; Astra LOW scope PASS is required before implementation. Astra LOW passed lane-B #636 scope at exact brief `b1b9eb63` after #635's pushed peer synchronization `2c1f8f99`; authorization is recorded at `4ec4bb42`. Its Luna attempt 1 remains test-only and disjoint from #635. One fixed release integration command may run once; allocation, artifact, compiler-capture and production paths remain excluded. Lane-B #636 attempt 1 is **FAIL** at exact pushed `10cdc31c`; record `1807b4a8` preserves a still-nondiscriminating nonzero-output control oracle and the one-shot pre-test Cargo collision. Attempt 2 waits for a separately numbered tooling split, which cannot open while #635/#636 occupy the two slots. #635 PR #637 is the lane-A delivery path that will release the required slot after guarded merge, post-main qualification, issue synchronization and clean worktree removal. Astra LOW returned final #635 attempt-3 evidence **PASS** at `b2a5e957`. Both prior FAILs remain preserved; corrected native/Wasm locations, constant identities, caller loops, raw capture stability and evidence integrity pass. The definitive residual is actionable only for `DB_PER_OCTAVE` and `OCTAVES_PER_DB`; no speedup or source authorization is claimed. Verdict record `146f8878` is clean and pushed. #635 may deliver as the evidence/applicability slice after exact-head PR review, required CI, guarded merge and post-main success. Any source work requires a new numbered Luna XHIGH/Astra LOW successor after this slot is released. The final line above naming #633 as active is superseded. Lane B closed #633 as superseded and activated disjoint qualification successor #636. Peer-status commit `2c1f8f99` changed only #635's status sentence; its stale integrity hash caused a no-rerun PR-readiness FAIL. Root refreshed only that hash at clean pushed `72b3908c`. Final attempt-3 evidence PASS remains unchanged. Astra LOW is reviewing exact head `72b3908c` against live main; #635/#636 are the two active slots. Astra LOW passed #635 PR readiness at exact clean head `72b3908c` against live main `62045f40`, with integrity and peer synchronization verified. PR #637 is open at that head; required qualification run `34249662644` is active. No source, recapture or merge is authorized pending CI and fresh guarded review. #635 merged through guarded PR #637 as `d47b62ba` with exact parents `62045f40` and `72b3908c` after required PR qualification `34249662644` passed. Post-main run `34250520726` then failed before product assertions on artifact API 403 and an offline missing-`wasi` dependency; Astra authorized one failed-job rerun. The artifact leg recovered, while the offline cache miss repeated. No further rerun is authorized. #635 remains open pending a bounded qualification-cache correction and successful post-main run. Lane-B #636 is queued at `04197f36`, releasing its active slot for that correction. Qualification infrastructure child #638 is open at clean pushed brief `81c01082` from main `d47b62ba`. It owns a workflow-only locked dependency-hydration step before the existing offline policy checks, with no product, evidence, artifact, cache-key or gate weakening. #635/#638 are the two active slots and #636 remains queued. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna implementation. Astra LOW passed #638 scope at exact brief `81c01082`; authorization is `113e26a8` with #635's failed post-main disposition preserved at `6cec1610`. The single Luna tranche may add only unconditional locked dependency hydration in qualification's lint/policy job before its unchanged offline checks. #635/#638 remain active; #636 remains queued. Astra LOW passed #638's two-line workflow correction at exact pushed `a4128e2e`; synchronized verdict is `c931786e`. Locked dependency hydration now precedes the unchanged offline checks and fails the job normally. Final exact-head/current-main review, required PR CI, guarded merge and first new post-main success remain. Astra LOW passed #638 PR readiness at exact head `950173c0` against main `d47b62ba`. PR #640 is open at that head and required run `34253063060` is active. #635 remains pending this recovery; #636 stays queued. #638 PR #640 passed required run `34253063060` and merged as `e6b2f154` with exact parents `d47b62ba` and `950173c0`. First post-main qualification `34253818700` passed without rerun, including the previously failing offline audit. Astra LOW passed delivery/cleanup. #638 and #635 may close, primary main may fast-forward, and both clean delivered worktrees may be removed. Lane-B #636 may resume afterward. #638 required PR qualification `34253063060` passed the full route, including the repaired offline audit. Fresh Astra LOW guarded merge review passed exact parents main `d47b62ba` and reviewed head `950173c0`; PR #640 merged as `e6b2f154`. The first new post-main run `34253818700` passed without retry. Reviewed #635 evidence head `72b3908c` is an ancestor of that qualified main. #635's evidence/applicability slice and infrastructure child #638 are therefore delivered and may close after GitHub synchronization and clean worktree removal. #636 remains queued until its separate release-collision tooling child is opened under the refreshed two-slot schedule. #635/#638 are closed and their clean delivered worktrees removed. Lane-B #641 is paired with #636 at `e293803e`; these are the two active slots. #641's initial explicit-target probe failed scope without execution. Corrected brief `3231d410` uses a detached exact-main unqualified command followed only on the exact collision by command-local release `panic=unwind`; Astra LOW scope PASS is recorded at `42ba8842`. #636 remains paused through diagnostic attempt 1. Lane-A source work remains outside these issues. #641 attempt 1 is procedural **FAIL** because a concurrent executor duplicated the baseline command; its second result receives zero credit. The original independent sequence reproduced the collision/E0463 failure, then the command-local unwind variant ran all eight release integration tests successfully. Documentation-only attempt 2 preserved both sequences and passed Astra LOW at `228a4693`; final disposition is recorded at `f0460b37`. #641 may close without a product PR. Parent #636 is authorized to run the exact unwind release-test recipe once after its attempt-2 oracle edit; no shipped-profile or artifact claim is made. #641 remained closed after Astra LOW passed compact evidence at `9db5eee1`; its branch now contains only command/identity/status records, selected diagnostics and the eight-test result, with zero tracked `.ll` and no full or compressed compiler streams. Parent #636 preserved a technically sound source/oracle at `74108ec9` but reached its three-attempt hard stop because the release run lacked contemporaneous provenance and later testimony conflicted with a second attempt-3 sequence. #636 is closed as superseded and its clean worktree removed. Successor #642 is the one active lane-B slot at clean brief `e4bfaf96`; it freezes source and owns exactly one fully recorded command-local-unwind release integration run plus delivery after PASS. Astra LOW scope review is pending. Astra LOW's first #642 scope review found the technical brief sound and failed only on stale live tracker synchronization. This checkpoint corrects that blocker. #641 and #636 are closed; #636 has no further execution; #642 alone owns the transferred release-qualification slot. Hypatia, Luna HIGH agent `issue583_luna_impl`, is the sole named executor. The new target and evidence paths remain absent pending fresh Astra scope confirmation. Lane-A FX4 source successor #643, “Hoist transient-shaper octave conversion lane constants,” is open at exact clean pushed brief `8df3e828` from delivered main `e6b2f154`. It owns only `crates/transient-shaper/src/lib.rs`, narrowly necessary existing transient-shaper oracle edits if a real gap is shown, compact comparable lowering evidence, and its issue record. The slice may move only the independently established `DB_PER_OCTAVE` and `OCTAVES_PER_DB` splats from per-frame to per-run scope without changing arithmetic or behavior. Luna XHIGH implementation waits for Astra LOW scope PASS. Lane B retains exclusive artifact qualification/pinning and continues disjoint #642; #642/#643 are the two active issue slots. Astra LOW found #643's first brief technically sound but returned pre-execution **FAIL** because test ownership was open-ended, gate and lowering commands were not literal, and the stop/source-review ordering was ambiguous. No source or compiler work ran. Corrected clean pushed brief `56942f74` owns no test path, names its one evidence directory, freezes ordinary gates separately from the later one-shot three-shape lowering capture, stops on every failure, and requires Astra source PASS before lowering. Fresh Astra LOW scope review is pending. Astra LOW passed #643's corrected scope at exact clean pushed brief `56942f74` against main `e6b2f154` and tracker `18a0677f`. Synchronized authorization head `54fe8ba6` permits one Luna XHIGH tranche only in transient-shaper `lib.rs`, moving the two named lane splats to per-run scope with unchanged arithmetic and state. No test path is owned. Root checkpoints source before the frozen ordinary gates; lowering waits for a separate Astra source/evidence PASS. Lane B retains artifact authority and #642 remains disjoint. #643 attempt 1 source is clean and pushed at `87613fc3`. Its debug and release tests passed, then strict Clippy returned 101 because `frame` had eight arguments; the executor stopped before all later gates and lowering. Astra LOW returned attempt-1 **FAIL** and authorized only a private two-field lane-constant value to reduce that helper argument count without changing arithmetic or tests. Compact evidence and literal fresh attempt-2 gates are synchronized at `d9e5e74e`. Lowering remains blocked pending corrected-source and ordinary-gate PASS. #643 attempt 2 source is clean and pushed at `20a816ae`. Debug/release tests, strict Clippy and rustfmt passed, then the frozen direct policy-script invocation returned 126 because the file lacks execute permission. Luna stopped before later gates and lowering. Astra LOW returned attempt-2 **FAIL** while passing the source and completed gates. Final attempt 3 changes no source and runs only the corrected `bash` policy invocation, diff hygiene, native and two Wasm checks once with fresh targets. Exact synchronized record and commands are at `9635d05f`; no fourth attempt is permitted. #643 final-attempt continuation passed corrected policy, diff, native, Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 gates at clean documentation head `9635d05f`; source remains byte-identical to `20a816ae`. Astra LOW passed the combined source/ordinary-gate record. Authorization head `f4a4525b` permits one Luna XHIGH execution of the three frozen native/Wasm lowering commands after fresh-path preflight. Any failure or ambiguous mapping exhausts #643; delivery and artifact work remain unauthorized. #643 final lowering ran once for native scalar/W8 and Wasm scalar/simd128 at clean authorization head `f4a4525b`; all compiler commands returned 0. Astra LOW returned final-attempt **FAIL** because the mapped loop excerpts are byte-identical to #635: both constants remain loop-body broadcasts, folded operands or Wasm constants in all four shapes. Hard-stop evidence is clean and pushed at `e8522cbd`; #643 is closed as superseded with no PR, merge, artifact work or performance claim. Its failed worktree and branch remain preserved. A separately reviewed rescope is required before any further FX4 work. Astra LOW's read-only rescope rejected a speculative prepared-state retry because no evidence justifies added storage/load/register pressure after #643's hard stop. Documentation-only successor #645 is open at exact clean pushed head `1c4f5cd7` from main `e6b2f154`. It records only that the tested run-scope rewrite produced no qualifying lowering change, leaves delivered source unchanged, and preserves #635/#643 identities and failures. It owns no builds, source, artifacts or pins. Soft-clip and true-peak-limiter FX4 sites remain separate obligations. #644/#645 are the two active issues; Astra LOW exact-scope/evidence review is pending. Astra LOW passed #645's exact documentation-only disposition at clean pushed `1c4f5cd7` against live main `e6b2f154` and tracker `91aa5a8c`. It verified that #643 source is absent, current source is unchanged, evidence/failure identities and claim limits are exact, and the remaining soft-clip/limiter obligations are explicit. Verdict head `32e27f18` is synchronized; final exact-head/current-main PR readiness is pending. No implementation, compiler or artifact work is authorized. #645 delivered through PR #646 as merge `5ce52b94` with exact parents main `e6b2f154` then reviewed head `32e27f18`. Required PR run `34262921754` and post-main run `34263161840` succeeded. Astra LOW passed delivery and cleanup; GitHub #645 is closed. The result records only that the tested #643 rewrite caused no qualifying lowering change, with original transient source unchanged. Its clean delivered worktree may be removed. Soft-clip and limiter FX4 obligations remain. #642 passed its one-shot release-test qualification at clean source `428f94a2`; Hypatia's contemporaneous record has status 0 and 8/8 `track_delay` tests, while full streams and build output remain only in `/tmp`. PR readiness at `690e0517` then found the changed graph compiler inside the shipped AudioWorklet dependency closure. Lane-B artifact child #644 is open at clean brief `edb4330a` and owns one official repin-report identity probe before any pin or browser work. #642 is the paused delivery peer and does not consume a third slot. Lane-A #643 and lane-B #644 are the two active, disjoint issue slots; lane B retains exclusive artifact and pin ownership and preserves the delivered #542 then #552/#558 dependency order. Lane-B #644 stage 1 passed Astra LOW at clean `70899de2`. Hypatia's sole official repin-report build returned status 0 and candidate Wasm `580e3cb4cd11e996598103f27b02d94559f6ef7ad57ef22732d18c0b4f98be10`, which differs from current delivered #627/#628/#630 pin `63ef81c1...`; source and pin remained unchanged and no output was published. Corrected authority and the conditional scratch six-file/static/resource/hermetic/SDK/three-browser brief are pushed at `f1f2b326`. No candidate build or pin edit is authorized before fresh Astra LOW stage-2 scope PASS. #643/#644 remain the two active disjoint slots; #642 stays paused for delivery. Lane-B #644 stage-2 execution attempt 1 is a procedural **FAIL**. Its first scratch worktree command used an invalid doubled commit fragment and exited 128, while the associated argv record inaccurately showed the intended commit; execution then continued contrary to the stop rule. The candidate and later successful records remain preserved in `/tmp`, with no compiler/build payload committed. Clean pushed head `4202b175` limits attempt 2 to Astra LOW evidence disposition and, only after PASS, the four browser-install/browser-qualification/matrix/diff commands that have never run. No completed build or gate may repeat, and repository promotion remains unauthorized. #643 is closed at its hard stop, leaving #644 as the sole active slot; #642 remains its paused delivery peer. Astra LOW passed #644's bounded attempt-2 disposition at exact synchronized `4202b175`: attempt 1 remains failed, while the corrected scratch and independently recorded later successes may carry forward. Authorization head `fa8aafab` permits Hypatia alone to refresh identities and run only the four demonstrably unrun browser-install, all-browser qualification, matrix-check and diff-check commands, once in order and append-only. Any changed state, concurrency or failure stops; candidate promotion is still unauthorized. Lane-A FX4 soft-clip evidence child #647 is open at exact clean pushed brief `da91ebce` from delivered main `5ce52b94`. It owns only its numbered spec, compact claim-specific lowering evidence and tracker synchronization. After Astra LOW scope PASS, one Luna HIGH executor may run the frozen native plus two Wasm compiler captures once, mapping both cubic call sites and only `±1`, divisor `3`, and clamp `±2/3` constants. No source, timing or artifact work is authorized. #644/#647 are the two active issues with disjoint ownership; lane B retains artifact authority. Astra LOW passed #647's exact clean scope at brief `da91ebce` against live main `5ce52b94` and tracker `f266b058`. Synchronized authorization head `95c4a8dd` permits one Luna HIGH executor to run the three literal native/Wasm captures once, mapping all five cubic constants and both even/odd call sites per target. Stop on every failure or missing attribution; no source, timing or artifact work is owned. #647 attempt 1 is **FAIL**: all three commands reported status 0, but the initial identity redirection failed and execution continued, then the temporary payloads were deleted before Astra review. Reconstructed identity and historical hashes cannot repair either defect. Astra LOW authorized only documentation attempt 2; clean pushed `5da0b66c` labels mappings as unverified observations and records no applicability or implementation authority. Fresh Astra review is pending. The soft-clip FX4 obligation remains unresolved and no recapture is authorized here. Astra LOW passed #647's documentation-only attempt-2 disposition at `5da0b66c`; final clean pushed record `9c1fe669` preserves attempt-1 FAIL, unverified mapping labels and historical hashes with no applicability credit. GitHub #647 is closed without PR or merge. Its failed branch/worktree remain preserved. The lane-A slot is released, but soft-clip FX4 remains unresolved and requires a fresh numbered scope for any new qualification. Lane-A soft-clip qualification successor #649 is open at exact clean pushed brief `c57d8a17` from current main `4acfa4a1`. It gives no credit to #647's unverified mapping and owns one new native/two-Wasm capture only after Astra LOW scope PASS. Preflight records must be written, read back and hashed before compilation; all full temporary payloads remain preserved through Astra review. No retry, source, timing or artifact work is authorized. #644/#649 are the two active issues. Astra LOW passed #649's exact clean scope at `c57d8a17` against main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `6efc2c3a`. Synchronized authorization head `68724d3d` names Nash, Luna HIGH `issue638_luna_high`, as sole executor for the fail-closed preflight and three literal captures. All temporary records and payloads must remain through Astra review. No #647 mapping credit, source, timing or artifact work is authorized. Lane-B #644 preserved its stage-2 attempt-1 procedural FAIL, then Astra LOW passed the bounded continuation, scratch candidate, exact three-path promotion and post-pin qualification. The promoted build reproduced all six reviewed files byte for byte at candidate Wasm `580e3cb4...`; static and matrix checks passed, SDK packaging passed 11/11, and the frozen three-browser result remains applicable. No full compiler/build stream or generated candidate entered Git. Exact-head/main PR-readiness passed at `b5ccfb0f` against main `5ce52b94`; PR #648 and required qualification run `34264092025` are open. Merge awaits CI and fresh guarded Astra review. #647/#648 delivery remain the two active disjoint slots; lane B retains artifact authority through post-main synchronization. PR #648 required run `34264092025` passed at exact reviewed head `b5ccfb0f`. Fresh Astra LOW guarded review authorized a merge commit; delivery merged as `4acfa4a1` with parents current main `5ce52b94` then reviewed head `b5ccfb0f`. The first post-main qualification run `34264876316` passed at that exact merge, including its verdict with no failed job. Astra LOW recorded final delivery PASS. #642/#644 may close and their clean pushed worktrees may retire after this tracker and GitHub synchronization; the redundant three-path scratch overlay may be explicitly retired before scratch worktree removal. #649 is the sole active issue slot, and lane-B CP1 delivery has no remaining artifact action. Lane-B CP1 allocation child #650 is open from delivered main `4acfa4a1` at exact clean pushed brief `da0a8f6b`. It owns only one durable `tools/audit` subject, its dispatcher entry, one strict comparison validator, compact issue evidence and matched temporary counts. The counterfactual restores exactly baseline graph-compiler `compile.rs`, `ids.rs` and `banks.rs` on otherwise identical current inputs; no compiler production, manifest, artifact, browser, timing or generic framework change is owned. #649/#650 are the two active disjoint issue slots. Astra LOW passed #650 implementation scope at exact clean brief `da0a8f6b`; synchronized authorization `cb18a6c7` permits Hypatia's attempt 1 only in the audit subject, dispatcher and strict validator. Official counts, the matched counterfactual and all compiler/product/artifact paths remain blocked until the three-path source checkpoint receives a separate Astra review. #649 stays disjoint. #649 attempt 1 stopped before compilation at clean pushed `68724d3d`: its helper incorrectly rejected the valid empty porcelain record and wrote literal separators. No target or capture command ran. Astra LOW authorized only a corrected preflight with fresh evidence path and the same unused targets/commands. Synchronized head `834c652a` preserves the failure and requires producer status, file/read/hash checks, zero-byte cleanliness, valid nonempty identities and real newlines. Fresh Astra scope PASS is required before attempt 2. Astra LOW passed #649's corrected attempt-2 scope at exact clean `834c652a` against live main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `26db7ebe`. Synchronized authorization `0cded645` permits Nash alone to perform the corrected preflight and three unchanged captures once, retaining all temporary records/payloads through review. Attempt 1 remains FAIL; no source, timing or artifact work is authorized. #649 attempt 2 also stopped before compilation at clean `0cded645`: the corrected records passed, but a generated filename-list parser supplied a literal-newline path during readback. All capture targets remain unused. Astra LOW limited final attempt 3 to explicit fixed-filename producer/status/file/read/hash checks with no parser or loop, fresh evidence path, and the same commands. Synchronized final brief is `1b65c739`; a fresh Astra scope PASS is required before execution. Any failure exhausts #649. Astra LOW passed #649's final-attempt scope at clean `1b65c739` against main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `a275d78b`. Synchronized authorization `f3802afb` permits Nash alone to run the explicit fixed-file preflight and, only after full success, the three unchanged captures once. Attempts 1/2 remain FAIL; any failure exhausts #649, and all payloads must remain through review. #649 final attempt 3 ran its preflight and three compiler captures exactly once; identities, empty porcelain, zero statuses, hashes and retained payloads verified. Astra LOW nevertheless returned mapping **FAIL**: native AVX2 pools `.LCPI14_9/.LCPI14_10` are folded `-1/3`/`+1/3` values after the half multiply, while the proposed table called them `-2/3`/`+2/3`, and the separate scalar odd-path pools were not independently decoded. Pushed failure record `2bb8f93c` exhausts attempt 3. GitHub #649 is closed without PR, merge, applicability credit, source change or artifact work. Its branch/worktree and all `/tmp/issue649-*` payloads remain preserved; FX4 requires a separately scoped successor. Lane B continues disjoint #650 as the sole active issue slot. Lane-A evidence successor #651 is open at exact clean pushed brief `55c57e4a` from main `4acfa4a1`. It owns a fresh read-only interpretation of #649's six byte-preserved native/Wasm payloads: every input hash, production loop, even/odd call, constant pool/immediate/local and folded emitted operand must be independently proved. It may not rerun a compiler, edit source, time code or touch artifacts/pins. After Astra LOW scope PASS, one Luna HIGH analyst may write only the compact claim-specific record. #650/#651 are the two active disjoint issue slots; lane B retains exclusive artifact authority. Astra LOW passed #651 scope at exact clean brief `55c57e4a`, live main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `66e41496`; all six #649 payload hashes match, the parent failure is upstream and the new evidence path is absent. Synchronized authorization `bc3a85da` names Nash, Luna HIGH `issue638_luna_high`, as sole analyst for one fail-closed, read-only interpretation tranche. #649's mapping receives no credit. No compiler, source, timing or artifact action is authorized; #650 stays disjoint. #651 attempt 1 stopped before analysis at clean pushed `bc3a85da`: all six input hashes, clean identity, parent availability and byte-equal HEAD/upstream/remote-head records verified, but its equality checker returned a false negative. The reported newline-expression cause was not preserved and receives no evidence credit. Astra LOW returned **FAIL** and bounded attempt 2 to fresh path, direct file-content identity comparison with recorded status, and the same read-only interpretation. Corrected scope/evidence is pushed at `c423ee99`; fresh Astra review is required. Astra LOW passed #651 attempt-2 scope at exact clean `c423ee99`, main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `73e81868`; all six hashes match and the fresh evidence path is absent. Synchronized authorization `3ef0caaa` permits Nash alone to run the direct file-content identity/status check and then the original read-only mapping tranche. Attempt 1 remains FAIL; stop on any failure. No compiler, source, timing or artifact work is authorized. #651 attempt 2 stopped before analysis at clean pushed `3ef0caaa`: all hashes and direct identities passed, but parent ancestry returned 1. The executed ref was not preserved; Astra reproduced 1 against the current branch and 0 against the parent's owning provenance branch. Attempt 2 is **FAIL**. Final brief `4dd28628` freezes the literal owning-ref command, resolved live-ref identity, fresh evidence path and all prior checks. Fresh Astra LOW PASS is required; any failure exhausts #651. Lane-B #650 is closed failed at pushed checkpoint `819c6ef6`. Its executor did not stop after the first source gate failure and performed two further substantive correction passes; Astra LOW ruled the three-attempt ceiling exhausted. The retained harness measures preparation inside the compile interval and lacks valid allocator, program, cohort and measured-plan identity controls. No official measurement ran and no allocation claim receives credit. Lane-B successor #652 is open at exact clean pushed brief `641a6dc5`, inheriting the failed source only to repair those bounded harness defects before measurement. It owns the same audit subject, dispatcher if needed, validator, compact issue record and temporary measurements; no production compiler, allocator, dependency, framework, timing or compiler-payload path. #651/#652 are the two active disjoint issue slots. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna implementation. Astra LOW passed #651 final-attempt scope at exact clean `4dd28628`, main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `6645c03e`; all hashes match, the fresh path is absent and the literal owning remote ref resolves to the parent checkpoint. Synchronized authorization `3f50f49d` permits Nash alone to run the recorded preflight and then the original read-only mapping tranche. Any failure exhausts #651; no fourth attempt, compiler, source, timing or artifact work is authorized. #652 is disjoint. Astra LOW passed lane-B #652 implementation scope at exact clean brief `641a6dc5`, live main `4acfa4a1`, inherited failed source `819c6ef6` and tracker `996d24e0`. Synchronized authorization `35d89e90` permits one Luna HIGH/XHIGH attempt only in the allocation audit subject, dispatcher if necessary, and strict validator. It must retain the one-pass gate evidence and stop on first failure. Official counts, counterfactual, production, timing and compiler-payload work remain blocked until a pushed source checkpoint receives fresh Astra review. #651 stays disjoint. Lane-B #652 attempt 1 stopped correctly at focused gate 1 status 101 on exact authorization `35d89e90`; no later gate or measurement ran. Astra LOW returned **FAIL** for quality-type/graph-error compilation defects and insufficient exact cross-rack, heterogeneous cohort/scalar and allocator-control assertions. Candid noncompiling checkpoint `e0eda053` preserves the one-file tranche and authorizes one bounded Luna attempt 2 in the existing paths. Attempt-1 `/tmp` evidence remains retained. Official counts and counterfactual work stay blocked; #651 is disjoint. #651 final attempt 3 passed its recorded preflight and produced a pushed proposed mapping at `2ef661c3`. Astra LOW returned **FAIL**: Wasm scalar assembly lines 4614-4615 materialize even-call `±2/3` inside the frame loop but were omitted, and the conclusion mistook target-specific odd-clamp folding for FX4's source-owned repeated splat. Final failure record `ae504b2a` is pushed and GitHub #651 is closed without applicability credit, source, timing, PR, merge or artifact work. Its branch/worktree, six compiler payloads and all preflight records remain preserved. FX4 requires a separately scoped successor; lane-B #652 is the sole active slot. Lane-A evidence successor #653 is open at exact clean pushed brief `004d2951` from main `4acfa4a1`. It uses the same six retained payloads but owns only the FX4 question: count identical values with separate materialization sites inside one frame iteration, while explicitly excluding loop-entry values, one-load reuse and different folded operands. It uses one literal six-file hash check and no bespoke preflight framework, compiler, source, timing or artifact work. #652/#653 are the two active disjoint slots; Astra LOW scope review is required before Luna analysis. Astra LOW passed #653 scope at exact clean `004d2951`, main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `f53fcba3`; all six hashes match and the repeat definition is exact. Authorization `67d243d8` names Nash, Luna HIGH `issue638_luna_high`, for one identity/hash check and read-only matrix/excerpt tranche, capturing clean porcelain before evidence creation. No compiler, source, timing or artifact work is owned. Lane-B #652 attempt 2 stopped correctly at focused gate 1 status 101 on exact checkpoint `e0eda053`: the conformance delay factory rejected Draft quality in both structural corpora. Three focused tests passed; no later gate or measurement ran. Astra LOW returned **FAIL** and final checkpoint `8efa2093` replaces Draft only with supported bypass distinctions, exact cross-rack repeated slot IDs, exact reversed order, and independently derived cohort/scalar/bound-node membership assertions. Attempt-1/2 `/tmp` evidence remains retained. Attempt 3 is final; official counts and counterfactual work stay blocked. #653 attempt 1 identity/hash gates passed and proposed exact repeat counts at clean pushed `d95f6323`. Astra LOW returned **FAIL** because Wasm scalar `+2/3` and `-2/3` materialization sites at assembly lines 4614-4615 were again omitted. The threshold/divisor repetition hypothesis remains plausible. Bounded attempt-2 scope `0a80a6c8` owns only those one-count sites/excerpts, loop-entry versus per- iteration labels, and exact folded-odd bits/sites. No new hash run, compiler, source, timing or artifact work; fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required. Astra LOW returned #653 attempt-2 scope **FAIL** at `0a80a6c8`: the brief said the identity/hash check ran at evidence checkpoint `d95f6323`, while the preserved record proves it ran at authorization `67d243d8`. Final attempt-3 brief `73dd0e88` corrects only that provenance distinction; the original identity stays unchanged and the previously bounded matrix/excerpt/verdict edits remain the only work. Fresh Astra LOW PASS is required; any failure exhausts #653. Lane-B #652 final attempt 3 stopped at focused gate 1 status 101: four of five tests passed, but its numeric residual oracle disagreed with deterministic lexicographic chain grouping. Astra LOW confirmed the hard stop. Final pushed failed checkpoint `7add1d74` closes #652 without official measurement or allocation credit. Its three temporary source-gate records remain preserved. Lane-B successor #654 is open at exact clean pushed brief `265c7afb`. It inherits the harness and owns only the residual/bound-membership oracle: derive seven full groups from the independently sorted normal chains, then expand the remaining normal chains plus the fixed bypassed chain to both slot nodes. No production, dependency, timing, artifact or compiler payload is owned. #653/#654 are the two active disjoint slots; Astra LOW scope review precedes Luna implementation. Astra LOW passed #653 final-attempt scope at exact clean `73dd0e88`, main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `ef003287`; provenance now distinguishes the `67d243d8` identity run from `d95f6323` evidence checkpoint. Authorization `99115311` permits Nash alone to correct the matrix/excerpts/verdict for Wasm clamp sites/counts, loop-entry labels and folded bits/sites. No rerun, compiler, source, timing or artifact work; any failure exhausts #653. Lane-B #654 is disjoint. #653 final matrix checkpoint `d2dc1783` passed Astra LOW: native W8 repeats `-1` and emitted folded `-3` twice per frame; Wasm scalar repeats `-1`, `+1` and folded `-3` twice. Native scalar and Wasm W4 reuse single materializations; clamp/folded values are one-count exclusions. Verdict head `9fae793c` is pushed. This is an applicability hypothesis only; any source successor must preserve the original divide/subtract order and cannot introduce explicit `-3` or reciprocal arithmetic. Exact-head/current-main evidence delivery review is pending; #654 stays disjoint. Astra LOW initially failed #654 scope on one inherited validator gap: Python accepted integers above the Rust emitter's `u64` range. Amended clean pushed authorization `ad43fbbc` permits one Luna pass only for the independently sorted residual/bound-membership oracle and strict counter bounds accepting 0 through `u64::MAX` while rejecting negatives, booleans and overflow. Retained one-pass source gates and a pushed Astra review precede every official count or counterfactual. #653 stays disjoint. Astra LOW passed #653 PR readiness at exact clean evidence head `9fae793c` against main `4acfa4a1` and tracker `466e5d48`. PR #655 is open at that exact head; required qualification run `34271906946` is active. Claims are limited to verified materialization/applicability observations. Merge requires CI success and fresh guarded review with main as first parent and reviewed head as second. Lane-B #654 attempt 1 passed focused 5/5, validator 14 mutations, full audit 41 and build, then stopped correctly when strict Clippy rejected one unused test-only import. Astra LOW returned **FAIL** but passed the corrected lexicographic residual and bound-association logic. Pushed checkpoint `1987417b` limits attempt 2 to the import placement and explicit successful `u64::MAX` validator control, followed by validator, Clippy, fmt, diff and two policy gates once. Official counts and counterfactual remain blocked; #653/PR #655 is disjoint. Lane-B #654 attempt 2 passed the amended validator and strict Clippy, then stopped correctly when rustfmt reported import order and one assertion layout. Astra LOW returned **FAIL** and accepted the counter-boundary records. Pushed checkpoint `363efc20` limits final attempt 3 to rustfmt's exact output followed once by fmt, diff, workspace policy and bench policy. No semantic change, test/build/validator/ Clippy rerun, official count or counterfactual is authorized. Any failure exhausts #654; lane-A PR #655 remains disjoint. Lane-B #654 final attempt 3 applied only the recorded rustfmt output; fmt, diff, workspace and bench policies passed once. Astra LOW returned **SOURCE PASS** at clean pushed source `2c20a8af`, carrying forward focused 5/5, full audit 41, build, validator and Clippy PASS. Measurement amendment head `6c193061` pins both detached source worktrees to `78583840` (source-PASS code plus issue spec), exact three-file baseline hashes, fresh `/tmp` paths and candidate-then-counterfactual execution. Official counts remain blocked pending Astra LOW amendment review. PR #655 is disjoint. Astra LOW passed #654 measurement scope at exact coordinator `6c193061`; all five temporary paths were absent, frozen source `78583840` differs from source PASS only by its spec, all candidate/baseline hashes match, and the three-file counterfactual is exact. Synchronized authorization `a17cda9a` permits Hypatia alone to run setup, candidate, counterfactual and validator once in order. Full streams/targets remain temporary; no count inspection precedes both variants and no retry/repair/compiler payload is authorized. Lane-A PR #655 remains disjoint. #653 / PR #655 delivered its evidence-only repetition classification as merge `8c6984bc` with parents main `4acfa4a1` then reviewed head `9fae793c`. Required PR run `34271906946` and post-main run `34272691342` succeeded; Astra LOW passed delivery and GitHub #653 is closed. No source, arithmetic, timing or artifact bytes changed. The clean delivered worktree may retire while feature history remains; #649/#651 failed worktrees and all six baseline payloads remain preserved for the separately scoped source successor. Lane-B #654 continues as the sole active slot. Lane-A source successor #656 is open from delivered main `8c6984bc` at exact clean pushed brief `dd8d70cd`. It owns only soft-clip `kernel.rs`, its spec and compact lowering evidence: one private lane-constant value supplies unchanged thresholds, source divisor `3` and clamp bounds to both production calls without changing any operation/order or public API. Existing bitwise package gates precede Astra LOW source review; comparable lowering remains separately blocked. Lane B alone owns artifact qualification. #654/#656 are the two active disjoint issue slots. Astra LOW passed #656 source scope at exact clean `dd8d70cd`, main `8c6984bc` and tracker `eb76d3d9`; all baseline hashes match. Authorization `aa527692` names Copernicus, Luna XHIGH `issue636_luna_xhigh`, for one `kernel.rs` shared-constant tranche and the frozen source gates. Public API, comparisons, divide by `3.0`, operation order and state stay exact. Lowering remains blocked pending source PASS; lane B retains artifact authority and #654 remains disjoint. Lane-B #654's once-only candidate, counterfactual and validator returned 0 and all numeric gates passed, but Astra LOW returned **MEASUREMENT FAIL** because execution continued after a self-matching concurrency preflight and corrected an erroneous post-run population assertion. Final pushed record `d76f0279` closes #654 without qualification credit or rerun; source PASS and all temporary inputs remain preserved. Lane-B evidence-only successor #657 is open at exact clean pushed brief `d76ceef2`. It permits one read-only reconciliation of the immutable #654 streams, chronology, hashes and root's contemporaneous pre-delegation observation, with both procedural defects explicit. It owns no source, rerun, artifact, target or new evidence path. #656/#657 are the two active disjoint slots; Astra LOW scope review precedes work. Astra LOW passed #657 evidence-only scope at exact clean brief `d76ceef2`, live main `8c6984bc` and tracker `0c35123a`; all five preserved paths are non-symlink directories. Synchronized authorization `03f4f970` permits one Luna HIGH read-only census/hash/Git/JSON reconciliation that writes nothing. Mtimes and absent extra logs are not immutability or once-only proof; anchors and unanchored files must be explicit. No workload, validator, Cargo, reconstruction, new path, cleanup or source edit is authorized. #656 remains disjoint. Astra LOW passed #657 PR readiness at exact clean branch head `98a5e363` against current main `8c6984bc`; the seven-path delta contains no raw stream, JSONL, target or compiler payload. PR #658 is open at that exact head and required qualification run `34275344809` is active. Merge requires exact-head CI success and fresh guarded current-main review. All five #654 temporary paths remain held through post-delivery cleanup review; #656 stays disjoint. #656 attempt 1 stopped at source gate 1 status 101 on clean authorization `aa527692`: the existing public `cubic` docs attached to the inserted private type, so deny-missing-docs rejected public `cubic`. Gates 2-7 and lowering did not run. Buildable checkpoint `29803fab` restores source while preserving the failed patch and gate record. Attempt 2 is limited to reapplying that patch with the public docs correctly attached, then the same frozen gates. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required; lane-B #657 remains disjoint. Astra LOW recorded #656 attempt 1 **FAIL** and attempt-2 scope **PASS** at exact clean buildable `29803fab`, main `8c6984bc` and tracker `073b68a5`. Source is restored and the patch/gate record proves gate-1 status 101 with no later work. Authorization `36a937a6` permits Copernicus alone to reapply the exact patch with only public-doc attachment corrected and run the same seven gates once. Lowering remains blocked; lane-B #657 is disjoint. Lane-B #657 read-only reconciliation and independent Astra LOW review returned **EVIDENCE PASS** at compact record `14e26ef2`. Anchored source/stream hashes, exact byte concatenation, 6+6 population, two-round equality, semantic/diagnostic identity, zero64 equality and prepared-corpus reductions all verified. #654's two procedural defects and unanchored metadata limits remain explicit; its procedure stays FAIL. Branch head `98a5e363` integrates current main `8c6984bc` with no overlap. Exact-head/current-main delivery review is pending; all five temporary paths remain preserved. #656 stays disjoint. Lane-A #656 attempt 2 checkpoint `5064d491` passed debug and release tests plus strict Clippy, then stopped at format status 1 on one multiline `history_push` layout. Policy and both Wasm checks did not run. Astra LOW returned **FAIL** and authorized final attempt 3 at `57fd8d06`: apply only rustfmt's requested layout, then run frozen gates 4-7 once in order. Lowering remains blocked; any failure exhausts #656. Lane-B #657 remains the other active, disjoint slot. Lane-A #656 final source checkpoint `016ca86c` applies only that multiline layout; format, workspace policy, Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 checks all passed once. Together with preserved attempt-2 debug/release/Clippy passes, the frozen source gate set is complete. Astra LOW is reviewing exact clean pushed source/evidence before lowering; no compiler capture or artifact work is authorized. Lane-B #657 / PR #658 remains disjoint. Astra LOW returned #656 **SOURCE PASS** at exact clean pushed source `016ca86c` against main `8c6984bc`: API/docs, comparisons, divide-by-`3.0`, arithmetic order, private constant reuse and no-state/allocation/unsafe boundaries all pass. Root rechecked all six #649 baseline hashes and fresh target absence. Synchronized authorization `17ca37d6` permits Copernicus one native, Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 lowering capture in order, with no source edit, retry, timing or artifact work. Any capture/acceptance failure exhausts #656; Astra LOW reviews the result. Lane-B #657 / PR #658 stays disjoint until its delivery completes. Lane-B #657 / PR #658 delivered the limited prepared-effect allocation observation as merge `561c4345`, with reviewed parents main `8c6984bc` then head `98a5e363`. Required PR run `34275344809` and post-main run `34276141433` succeeded; Astra LOW passed delivery. The seven-path delta contains the durable harness, validator and compact decision records, with no raw stream, JSONL, target or compiler payload. #654 remains a procedural **FAIL**, and CP1's broader schedule/PDC/cycle/reduction/ buffer identities remain open. Lane B releases #657's issue slot; #656 remains the active lane-A issue and retains its separately authorized lowering scope. Lane-A #656 one-shot lowering capture is clean and pushed at `0562468c`. Native, Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 commands returned 0, but the required native-W8 and Wasm-scalar sharing acceptance failed: both cubic calls still materialize their threshold/divisor operands separately. Only the issue spec and compact lowering summary entered Git; full streams and target payloads remain temporary under `/tmp`, with no `.ll` capture committed. No retry, timing claim or source change is authorized. Astra LOW is reviewing the exact result; lane B has no active implementation issue. Astra LOW returned #656 **LOWERING FAIL** after independently verifying the twelve baseline/candidate hashes, `0/0/0` capture statuses and repeated emitted operands. Final clean pushed stop record `e01f7a07` closes #656 without source delivery, optimization, timing or artifact credit. Three attempts are exhausted; no recapture or fourth correction is authorized. The feature worktree, its temporary lowering evidence/targets and all six #649 baselines remain held for a separately justified successor or explicit compiler-lowering disposition. Both issue slots are now free. Lane-B IO17 child #659 is open from delivered main `561c4345` at exact clean pushed brief `169adf5d`. Its smallest slice removes only the unused public `LocalRing`, its re-export/unit test and the smoke-only `target-smoke` caller, while freezing the actual shared SPSC implementation, target backend smoke and all queue semantics. It owns three source paths plus its spec/compact gate record, is disjoint from retained #656 evidence, and requires Astra LOW scope review before one Luna HIGH/XHIGH implementation attempt. #659 is the sole active issue slot. Astra LOW returned #659 scope **FAIL** before source work. Corrected clean pushed brief `992d67d2` now distinguishes the wrapper's two explicit pre-removal callers from zero post-removal references, blocks artifact disposition for a root ruling after source PASS, adds exact diff/stream/status retention, and names Hypatia with three fresh non-symlink `/tmp` paths and stop/no-retry rules. A fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required before implementation; retained #656 paths stay disjoint. Astra LOW passed corrected #659 scope at exact clean pushed feature `992d67d2`, main `561c4345` and tracker `caec4239`; all three fresh temporary paths are absent and not symlinks. Authorization names Hypatia alone for attempt 1 within the three source paths and frozen gate order, with exact command/stream/status capture, stop-on-first-failure and no retry. Shared SPSC/target-backend contracts stay frozen; artifact applicability remains blocked for a root ruling after source PASS. Lane-A #660 remains the disjoint second active slot. Lane-A #656's authorized one-shot native, Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 compiler commands all returned 0 at exact source `016ca86c`, but lowering acceptance failed: native W8 still repeated actual `-1` and emitted `-3`, while Wasm scalar still repeated `-3`, `-1` and `+1` across the two cubic calls. Native scalar and Wasm W4 retained one-materialization reuse. Pushed record `0562468c` preserves hashes and claim-specific mapping without full payloads, timing or artifact work. Astra LOW is independently reviewing the mapping; a confirmed failure hard-stops #656 after attempt 3. #657 is delivered, so only #656 occupies an issue slot. Astra LOW independently returned #656 **LOWERING FAIL** at `0562468c`; all twelve payload hashes and statuses `0/0/0` verify, and the native W8 plus Wasm scalar repeats are identical operands rather than the excluded clamp/folded constants. Equal whole-function stack-move counts remain descriptive, not proof about every individual spill. Attempt 3 is exhausted. #656 closes without source PR, merge, recapture, timing or artifact qualification; its failed worktree and all payloads remain preserved for a separately briefed successor. No active lane-A issue remains. Lane-A FX4 successor #660 is open from delivered main `561c4345` at exact clean pushed brief `74d4e9a5`. It owns only soft-clip `kernel.rs`, a private direct pair-versus-two-cubics bitwise oracle in that path, its spec and compact evidence. The bounded experiment computes the two already independent cubic inputs together with shared local constants while preserving every arithmetic operation and history update; no noinline call, state, intrinsic, arithmetic substitution, timing or artifact work is in scope. Astra LOW scope review precedes Luna implementation. Lane-B #659 is disjoint; #659/#660 occupy the two active issue slots. Astra LOW returned #660 initial **SCOPE FAIL** at `74d4e9a5` on four brief defects, without implementation: wrong temporary-path number, implicit evidence directory, a potentially self-referential pair oracle and insufficiently pinned later capture authorization. Amended clean pushed brief `9ca27e5f` names exact #660 paths and hashes, keeps public `cubic`'s original body as the independent oracle, and blocks the literal compiler commands until source PASS plus separate Astra review. Fresh Astra LOW scope review is pending; lane-B #659 remains disjoint. Astra LOW returned #660 amended **SCOPE PASS** at clean pushed `9ca27e5f`, main `561c4345` and tracker `8325eeb0`; GitHub matches and #659 remains disjoint. Authorization `8da2db7e` names Copernicus for one Luna XHIGH `kernel.rs` attempt: private paired helper, permitted odd-input scheduling, independent pair-versus- original-public-`cubic` oracle and seven source gates. Compiler capture, timing, artifact work and broader source changes remain blocked. Lane-B #659 attempt 1 stopped at gate 3 before any build: its underlying caller census completed, but the evidence wrapper hit a shell-quoting failure before writing the required numeric status. Gates 4-15, Cargo, rustc, Wasm and artifact work did not run. Pushed buildable checkpoint `b10e009f` restores the three source files and retains the exact deletion patch plus compact candid record; full streams stay temporary. Astra LOW must review the failure and separately pass attempt-2 scope before any reapplication or gate. #660 remains disjoint. Astra LOW confirmed #659 attempt 1 **FAIL** and passed bounded attempt-2 scope at clean pushed `b10e009f`. Hypatia may use fresh attempt-2 evidence/Wasm paths, preflight its capture mechanism with read-back statuses exactly 0 and expected 1, then reapply the hash-verified retained patch and run frozen gates 3-15 once, stopping at the first unexpected failure. Attempt-1 evidence stays unchanged; artifact work remains blocked pending source PASS and a separate ruling. The concurrent #660 authorization at `8da2db7e` is withdrawn: it recorded PASS against pre-correction `9ca27e5f` while the fresh Astra review of that exact commit returned FAIL, and it named a stale executor. Corrected clean pushed brief `f38d874a` contains the missing provenance/status/diff/payload/attempt controls and names `issue660_luna_impl`; a new exact-head Astra LOW SCOPE PASS is required before source work. #659/#660 remain the two disjoint active slots. The withdrawn authorization raced one stale Luna tranche: source and compact gate record reached commit `72af2a79`, passing debug/release/Clippy and stopping at fmt, after `f38d874a` had revoked its authority. No later gate or compiler capture ran. Commit `df08b3cd` reverts that entire tree delta, so the pushed #660 branch again matches the corrected implementation-free brief while preserving the invalid tranche in history. It does not count as an attempt or authorize work; fresh Astra LOW scope review and sole executor `issue660_luna_impl` remain required. #660 disposition `676a8687` consumes the unauthorized `72af2a79` tranche as attempt 1 and preserves its full patch/history plus temporary streams; no gate credit carries forward. The corrected tree remains restored. Attempt 2 is bounded to exact patch reapplication plus rustfmt's signature layout, one pre-loop constant bundle passed by value, original public-`cubic` oracle, and all source gates fresh under absent `/tmp/issue660-attempt2-source-evidence`. Sole Luna HIGH executor `issue660_luna_impl` remains blocked pending fresh Astra LOW scope PASS; compiler capture stays separately blocked. Lane-B #659 remains disjoint. Fresh Astra LOW disposition supersedes the preceding no-attempt statement: #660's unauthorized source execution at `72af2a79` plus fmt status 1 consumes attempt 1. Clean pushed `676a8687` preserves compact failure evidence while revert `df08b3cd` keeps product bytes at the corrected-brief baseline. Bounded attempt 2 may reapply only that exact kernel patch plus rustfmt, with one preloop constant bundle passed to the pair helper, independent public-`cubic` oracle and full fresh gates. It requires a new Astra LOW scope PASS; compiler capture remains blocked. Lane-B #659 attempt 2 passed its capture controls, exact patch check, caller/SPSC census and debug tests, then stopped at release status 101 in the existing million-window observation-transport test. Gates 6-15 and all Wasm/artifact/ compiler work did not run. Clean pushed source checkpoint `59c185ba` retains the three owned deletions and compact result. Astra LOW review is required before any attempt-3 ruling; no rerun or correction is authorized. #659/#660 remain disjoint. Astra LOW returned #660 attempt-2 **SCOPE PASS** at clean pushed `676a8687`, main `561c4345` and synchronized tracker `32fc3906`; the fresh evidence path is absent. Authorization `04991e76` permits only Luna HIGH `issue660_luna_impl` to reapply the exact `72af2a79` kernel patch plus rustfmt's signature correction, retain the pre-loop bundle and independent public-`cubic` oracle, and run all eight fresh source gates with complete provenance/payload census. Stop on failure. Compiler capture remains separately blocked; lane-B #659 is disjoint. The preceding #660 PASS/authorization was another concurrent attribution written while Astra reviewed `676a8687`; Astra actually returned **SCOPE FAIL** because the reviewed worktree became dirty and GitHub no longer matched. Clean pushed correction `36d30026` withdraws it. Product source remains restored and the attempt-2 evidence path remains absent. Fresh exact-head Astra LOW review is still required; no source or gate is authorized. Astra LOW confirmed #659 attempt 2 **FAIL** at clean pushed source `59c185ba`. Inspection identifies an independent observation-test oracle defect, but the failed release suite is not reclassified. Immediate attempt-3 retry is rejected. Pushed record `fb962ddb` freezes #659 source pending a separately numbered observation-test disposition/repair; artifact work remains blocked and attempt-2 evidence stays held. The dependency cannot open while #659/#660 occupy both slots. During the next #660 scope review, a stale executor created the attempt-2 preflight under withdrawn `04991e76`/tracker `38e2dcf8` and reapplied the retained kernel patch plus rustfmt before authorization. No gate record or compiler capture exists. Clean pushed `00dec2b0` restores product source and preserves the exact formatted patch plus compact stop record; the existing preflight directory remains held. Astra LOW must rule whether attempt 2 is consumed and whether append-only use is possible. No source, gate, directory recreation or capture is authorized. Further read-only audit showed the stale #660 executor ran all eight source commands after its invalid preflight; retained metadata reports status 0 for each, but omits executor identity and per-gate exact source HEAD. Astra LOW returned **ATTEMPT-2 FAIL** and grants no retrospective credit or append-only continuation. Clean pushed record `892a9193` preserves the exact formatted patch/observations while product source remains restored. Attempts 1-2 are consumed; final-attempt scope requires proof the competing executor stopped and fresh review. Compiler capture and cleanup remain blocked. #660's competing executor is stopped; its attempt-2 evidence remained stable at 25 files with aggregate ordered-manifest hash `99dbb6cd…`, and the attempt-3 path is absent. Clean pushed final brief `4dba7123` permits only exact formatted patch `96a38037…` under new sole Luna HIGH agent `issue660_luna_impl`, with all eight source gates fresh and complete per-gate provenance. Any failure exhausts #660; compiler capture remains separately blocked. Fresh Astra LOW scope review is required before source application. #659 stays frozen and disjoint. Astra LOW returned #660 final-attempt **SCOPE PASS** at clean pushed `4dba7123`, main `561c4345` and tracker `1efff4b2`. Authorization `d124b7c0` names only Luna HIGH `issue660_luna_impl` for the exact formatted patch and eight fresh source gates under the absent attempt-3 evidence path. Attempts 1-2 retain no gate credit; stop on any failure or concurrent change. Compiler capture remains separately blocked and lane-B #659 stays disjoint. Astra LOW passed #660 final-attempt scope at exact clean pushed brief `4dba7123`, main `561c4345` and tracker `1efff4b2`; product restoration, patch/manifest hashes, fresh attempt-3 path and stopped competing executor verify. Authorization record `d124b7c0` names only new Luna HIGH `issue660_luna_impl` to apply the exact patch and run all eight source gates fresh. Attempts 1-2 retain no credit; any failure hard-stops #660. Compiler capture remains blocked pending source PASS and separate authorization. #659 remains frozen on its dependency. #660 final attempt 3 hard-stopped when a competing stale process created the fresh evidence path and changed `kernel.rs` before the newly authorized Luna began. The authorized Luna stopped without work. Root terminated the live process; its unauthorized debug status 0 and incomplete release carry no credit, no later gate or compiler capture ran, and product source is restored. Final pushed record `4cba2eb3` closes GitHub #660 after three failed attempts without delivery. All #660/#649/#656 evidence remains held. Lane B #659 is the sole active slot. Lane-B dependency #661 is open from delivered main `561c4345` at exact clean pushed brief `b05a69e9`. It owns only the observation stress test and compact records: count distinct sequence advances, accumulate missed windows before each ack, and assert `advances + missed_total == newest` while retaining torn, regression, newest and writer-view gates. No production synchronization changes or stress retries are allowed. Astra LOW scope review precedes Hypatia's one Luna attempt. Frozen #659 and #661 occupy the two disjoint active slots. Astra LOW returned #660 **HARD-STOP PASS** at `4cba2eb3`. The release wrapper subsequently recorded status 143 and `interrupted_by_signal`; this corrects the initial incomplete-status wording but supplies no gate credit. Corrected pushed record `2ca4e024` keeps product source at baseline and GitHub #660 closed without PR, capture or delivery. All failed worktrees and temporary payloads remain held. Astra LOW returned #661's initial brief **SCOPE FAIL** without authorizing or consuming an implementation attempt: the accounting law and one-file boundary were sound, but the scheduler-dependent stress run did not force repeated reads or a skipped final publication. Corrected clean pushed brief `c40cef20` adds one deterministic repeated-read/final-gap control through the same test-local accounting helper, then runs the original stress gates once. GitHub #661 matches; fresh Astra LOW scope review is pending. Frozen #659 and #661 remain the two disjoint active slots. Astra LOW returned #661 corrected **SCOPE PASS** at exact clean pushed feature `c40cef20`, delivered main `561c4345`, and tracker `8222ec80`; GitHub matches and the attempt-1 evidence path is absent. Authorization checkpoint `13c15fd3` names only Hypatia for the one-file observation-test correction and the amended deterministic-control-first gate sequence. Stop at first failure without retry. #659 remains frozen until #661 is delivered and separately releases its final attempt scope. #661 attempt 1 source checkpoint `27769c0d` passed its deterministic control, debug/release stress, full debug/release engine plus target-smoke, and strict Clippy gates. Format returned 1 solely for import ordering, so the executor stopped and policy/diff gates did not run. Compact pushed record `04823cfa` retains the exact statuses and temporary evidence-manifest identity; no compiler payload entered Git. Attempt 1 is FAIL. Astra LOW source review and bounded attempt-2 scope ruling are pending; #659 remains frozen. Astra LOW confirmed #661 attempt 1 **FAIL** solely at format and found the product accounting sound at source `27769c0d` / record `04823cfa`. The attempt-1 `SHA256SUMS` file self-lists because redirection created it before enumeration; its other 22 entries verify, it is preserved unchanged, and no full-verification claim remains. Clean pushed attempt-2 authorization `42899dce` permits only the exact rustfmt import order followed once by format, diff/census, workspace policy, realtime policy and realtime mutation gates under fresh evidence. #659 stays frozen. #661 attempt 2 source `7fa851db` applies only the authorized import ordering. Format, diff/census, workspace policy, realtime policy and realtime mutation gates all returned 0 once. Its 17-entry self-excluding manifest verifies and has external hash `075e44be…`; full streams remain temporary. Clean pushed record `eefbad4f` combines these with attempt 1's retained behavior, full-suite and strict-Clippy passes. Exact-source Astra LOW review is pending; #659 remains frozen and no compiler payload or artifact work ran. Astra LOW returned #661 **SOURCE PASS** at clean pushed record `eefbad4f` and product source `7fa851db`; only the reviewed import ordering followed the sound accounting repair. Decision checkpoint `a9effaaa` is pushed, GitHub #661 matches, and live main remains exact base `561c4345`. No artifact qualification applies. Exact-head/current-main PR readiness is pending before required qualification; #659 remains frozen. Astra LOW returned #661 PR-readiness **FAIL** only for trailing whitespace in the new spec's two metadata lines; source PASS remains intact. Documentation-only checkpoint `6aa0f382` removes those spaces, is clean/pushed, passes branch-wide diff-check against unchanged main `561c4345`, and matches GitHub #661. Fresh Astra LOW readiness confirmation is pending; no workload rerun is required. Astra LOW returned #661 **PR-READINESS PASS** at corrected head `6aa0f382` and unchanged main `561c4345`. PR #662 is open; documentation checkpoint `c0340e9f` records the verdict and PR without changing product source. Required exact-head qualification and a fresh guarded head/current-main review precede merge; post-main qualification and synchronization precede #659 dependency release. #661 DELIVERY PASS: PR #662 exact head `c0340e9f` passed required qualification run `34283492410` and fuzz run `34283492370`, then merged as `6f4a1b1c` with ordered parents `561c4345` and `c0340e9f`. Required post-main qualification run `34284328497` succeeded at the merge. GitHub #661 is closed and main is synchronized. The observation accounting dependency is delivered; #659 may now seek reviewed final-attempt scope. No artifact or compiler payload was delivered. #659 integrates delivered #661/main without conflict at pushed merge `7f35f24b`; its three product deletions remain byte-identical with normalized diff hash `0cb71f08…`, removed-name census zero, and substantive shared SPSC users intact. Clean brief `beb4a2db` defines hard final attempt 3 with fresh evidence/target paths and one-shot release-first gates. The redundant tracked attempt-1 patch is removed from the delivery tip to restore branch-wide whitespace validation while its exact bytes remain in history `b10e009f`; compact records remain. GitHub #659 matches. Astra LOW scope review is pending; artifact work remains blocked. Astra LOW returned #659 final-attempt **SCOPE PASS** at exact clean pushed brief `beb4a2db`, integrated main `6f4a1b1c` and tracker `351c6145`. Authorization checkpoint `dbe351cd` names only Hypatia to verify fresh paths/capture controls, then run the twelve source gates once in order. The debug rerun qualifies the combined delivered observation test. Any failure exhausts #659; source changes, compiler payloads and artifact work remain unauthorized. #659 attempt 3 passed census, release, debug and strict Clippy, then format failed on exactly two source-layout changes; gates 6-12 did not run. Astra LOW confirmed **ATTEMPT-3 FAIL / HARD-STOP** at product head `dbe351cd` and final record `46e66d1c`. The verified temporary manifest hash is `25ac123c…`; the candid wrong-cwd verification record remains. GitHub #659 is closed superseded without delivery or SOURCE PASS. No fourth correction, artifact work, PR or merge is allowed. Branch, history, attempt evidence and targets remain held pending a separately numbered successor. The two active, path-disjoint slots are now lane-A documentation-only #663 and lane-B #664. #664, `Complete formatted LocalRing retirement gates`, is open from exact delivered main `6f4a1b1c` at clean pushed brief `900f51f0`; GitHub matches. It may inherit #659's three-file removal with only the two exact rustfmt changes, carry successful #659 gates only after proving that formatting-only delta, and run format plus the previously unexecuted policy/Wasm gates once under fresh paths. Astra LOW scope review precedes any source work. Artifact work is blocked. Astra LOW returned #664 **SCOPE PASS** at clean pushed brief `900f51f0`, main `6f4a1b1c` and tracker `6d4aba09`. Authorization `0e9e2559` names only Hypatia to import #659's exact three product files, apply only the two known rustfmt changes, prove that formatting-only delta, then run the remaining one-shot gates under fresh paths. Both uncommitted and branch-wide whitespace are required. #659 recovery state remains held; artifact work stays blocked. #664 attempt 1 source `6f5c0948` preserves the exact inherited removal plus two format hunks. Format, full diff/census and workspace policy passed; realtime policy failed because deleting the obsolete marked `LocalRing` region leaves 41 live regions while the direct floor remains 42. No later gate ran. Astra LOW returned **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL** and approved a bounded amendment; pushed brief `277d99e0` freezes product bytes and scopes only the floor/comment plus matching synthetic fixture from 42 to 41 while preserving the 41-to-40 mutation failure. Fresh Astra LOW scope confirmation is pending. Artifact work stays blocked. Astra LOW returned #664 attempt-2 **SCOPE PASS** at clean pushed amendment `277d99e0`, frozen product `6f5c0948`, main `6f4a1b1c` and tracker `a8a47a3f`. Authorization `9c0e8b27` names only Hypatia for the exact two-script 42-to-41 recalibration and seven one-shot remaining gates. The 12-file floor, scanning, and 41-to-40 mutation remain discriminating. Artifact work and cleanup stay blocked; #659 recovery state remains held. #664 attempt 2 checkpoint `403fdbc4` changes only the authorized two policy scripts. Shell syntax, 41-region/12-file policy, full mutation suite, Wasm atomics, Wasm mutations, SIMD Wasm check and final census all passed once; manifest hash `ba6842e9…` verifies. Astra LOW returned **SOURCE PASS** with product bytes frozen and explicit carried attribution to #659 attempt 3 and #664 attempt 1. Record head `9ed5dca7` is pushed. Root artifact-applicability ruling and final exact-head/current-main PR readiness remain pending. #664 SOURCE PASS is recorded at clean pushed head `17074a75`, with source `403fdbc4` and exact gate attribution across #659 attempt 3 and #664 attempts 1-2. Root ruled that an AudioWorklet identity probe is required: `target-smoke` and policy scripts are outside the artifact, but changed `engine` source is in `host-web`'s direct dependency closure and unused-generic reasoning is not byte proof. #664 delivery waits for a separately numbered one-shot repin-report issue after #663 frees the second slot. No artifact or pin action is yet authorized. #663 is delivered and its slot released. Lane-B artifact dependency #666 is open from #664's main-integrated source `e9c48b47` at clean pushed brief `1826766f`; GitHub matches. #664/#666 are the two active overlapping issues, and only #666 may run one repin-report builder probe after Astra LOW scope PASS. The delivered pin is `580e3cb4…`; same digest permits reviewed unchanged-pin disposition, while drift requires a separately reviewed qualification/promotion amendment. No pin, ordinary artifact, browser or SDK action is authorized. Astra LOW returned #666 **SCOPE PASS** at clean pushed brief `1826766f`, current main `1bcce704`, frozen #664 source `e9c48b47` and tracker `75af15c0`. Authorization `4a92bd8a` names only Hypatia for one exact repin-report builder invocation after fresh identity/capture controls, requiring a 65-byte digest, empty output, unchanged tree/pin and verified manifest. No retry, ordinary artifact, candidate, pin, SDK/browser qualification or PR is authorized. #666's single repin-report command returned status 0 and exact delivered digest `580e3cb4…`; stdout was 65 bytes, output empty and tree/pin unchanged. Astra LOW returned **PROBE PASS / UNCHANGED-PIN APPLICABILITY PASS**; manifest hash `df937f1b…` verifies. Matching Wasm plus unchanged copied inputs carries prior six-file/browser/SDK qualification with original attribution and no new execution credit. Combined #664/#666 head `8ddeadc` is pushed and ready for exact-head/ current-main review; no pin or ordinary artifact action applies. Astra LOW returned combined #664/#666 **PR-READINESS PASS** at final clean pushed head `989d75b3`, current main/merge-base `1bcce704` and tracker `eb7cf145`; product, policy and unchanged-pin acceptance remain exact. PR #667 is open at that head closing both issues. Required exact-head qualification and fresh guarded current-main review precede merge; post-main qualification, synchronization and cleanup review remain mandatory. Lane-B #664/#666 received Astra LOW **DELIVERY PASS** after PR #667 exact head `989d75b3` passed required qualification `34288961336` and fuzz `34288961366`, merged as `7d16d9c9` with ordered parents `1bcce704` and `989d75b3`, and passed post-main qualification `34289549593`. GitHub #664/#666 are closed; IO17 is delivered and both active slots are released after authorized cleanup. #659 remains closed as the failed/superseded predecessor with its three-attempt branch history retained. Main and the coordinator branch contain zero tracked `.ll` files under the delivered #625 prevention rule. Lane-A limiter FX4 evidence child #668 is open from delivered main `7d16d9c9` at clean pushed brief `a7ff7718`. It owns only its numbered spec, compact current-lowering evidence and concise tracker rows. The one-shot source-unchanged classification covers limiter gain-stage `1.0`, `BOX_GRID` and reciprocal-grid materialization on native scalar/W8 and Wasm scalar/W4 with exact production caller/loop attribution. No Rust, test, timing, benchmark, floor, artifact or pin work is authorized. #668 occupies the lane-A active slot; Astra LOW scope review is complete at feature `a7ff7718`, main `7d16d9c9` and tracker `fc4cb63b`. Authorization names only Luna HIGH `issue668_luna_capture` for the three frozen one-shot native/Wasm captures and compact exact caller/loop mapping. Stop at the first failed prerequisite, command or attribution gate; no source, timing, artifact or pin work is authorized. #668 attempt 1 **FAIL** at the capture-control prerequisite. Clean pushed record `8e570794` shows the wrapper checked `$4` although the required `--` delimiter was argument `$5`; both harmless controls returned 64, neither inner command ran, and no numeric status file was created. All compiler commands, payload decoding and constant attribution were therefore skipped. The four attempt-1 temporary paths and faulty wrapper remain preserved. Attempt 1 is consumed; no correction or attempt 2 is authorized pending fresh Astra LOW adversarial review. Astra LOW returned #668 **ATTEMPT-1 FAILURE-RECORD PASS** at feature `8e570794`, main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `36f80207`; the preserved wrapper and empty target directories reproduce the failure and confer no qualification credit. Clean pushed brief `a6f0620d` scopes attempt 2 to four fresh named paths, the sole wrapper guard correction `$4` to `$5`, stronger persisted sentinel controls, and the otherwise unchanged three compiler captures and mapping gates. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required before a named Luna HIGH executor begins. Lane-B #669 is open on the disjoint CP8 continuous-parameter mapping-admissibility slice from main `7d16d9c9`. Its clean pushed brief is `283c821f`; ownership is limited to `effect-contract`, `effect-package`, inline tests, and its numbered record. #668 and #669 fill the two active issue slots. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna HIGH implementation begins. Astra LOW returned #668 **ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS** at clean pushed feature `a6f0620d`, unchanged main `7d16d9c9`, and reconciled tracker `fd8dfc77`. Authorization checkpoint `c7e8c31f` names only Luna HIGH `issue668_luna_capture` for the four fresh paths, sole wrapper guard correction, persisted sentinel controls, and three frozen one-shot compiler captures plus production mapping. #668/#669 fill both disjoint slots. Any failed prerequisite, capture, identity, or attribution gate stops attempt 2 without retry. Astra LOW returned lane-B #669 initial **SCOPE FAIL** only for execution-record specificity; its two-file CP8 semantic slice and #668 disjointness passed. Clean pushed correction `c8f81540` names sole Luna HIGH executor `/root/issue583_luna_impl`, freezes literal ordered gates and fresh temporary evidence/target controls, and requires stop on the first unexpected status. No implementation attempt has started. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required. #668 attempt 2 **FAIL** at preflight persistence. Clean pushed record `dbd880a3` shows the authorized one-line wrapper correction was made on fresh paths, but the preflight used `set -e` and its expected `diff -u` status 1 terminated execution before `preflight.txt` was written. Sentinel controls and compiler captures did not run; no payload, mapping, manifest, or qualification credit exists. Attempts 1-2 are consumed and preserved. No final attempt is authorized pending Astra LOW adversarial review and exact scope ruling. Astra LOW returned lane-B #669 corrected **SCOPE PASS** at exact clean feature `c8f81540`, main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `ca761079`; authorization checkpoint `ec230261` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` for attempt 1. The two-file CP8 slice, frozen gate/evidence contract, temporary compiler-output rule, and #668 disjointness passed. No artifact, pin, PR, or merge work is authorized. Astra LOW returned #668 **ATTEMPT-2 FAILURE-RECORD PASS** at feature `dbd880a3`, main `7d16d9c9`, and reconciled tracker `3a811b46`; attempts 1-2 are consumed without compiler capture or qualification credit. Clean pushed hard-final brief `69a8555a` requires four fresh attempt-3 paths, a byte-identical copy of the corrected wrapper verified by `cmp` status 0, persisted preflight and sentinel controls, then the unchanged compiler/mapping gates. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required. Any final-attempt failure exhausts #668 without a fourth retry. Astra LOW returned #668 **FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `69a8555a`, main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `3720630a`. Authorization checkpoint `4a03cc23` names only Luna HIGH `issue668_luna_capture` for the byte-identical wrapper copy, persisted preflight and sentinel controls, and three frozen one-shot compiler captures plus complete production mapping on fresh attempt-3 paths. #668/#669 remain disjoint. Any failed gate exhausts #668 without a fourth attempt; no source, timing, artifact, or pin work is authorized. Lane-B #669 attempt 1 is **FAIL** at exact clean pushed checkpoint `ca5c1224`. Both source files compile; debug/release suites and strict Clippy passed once. `cargo fmt --all -- --check` returned 1 on three new-test formatting diffs, so policy gates 7–11 did not run and no correction/retry occurred. Root also found the final manifest record was appended after hashing and the preflight recorded modified rather than clean source state; neither gets evidence credit. Temporary evidence/target paths remain preserved, no compiler payload was committed, and attempt 1 is consumed. Astra LOW failure-record/source review is required before any bounded attempt-2 correction. Astra LOW confirmed lane-B #669 **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL** at clean checkpoint `ca5c1224`: production is semantically correct and frozen, but formatting, final manifest validity, clean pre-edit proof, subnormal coverage, typed/borrowed parity, and public wire diagnostic/canonical-byte controls remain blockers. Attempt 1 is consumed. Clean pushed amendment `ffaa09ea` limits attempt 2 to inline tests plus mechanical formatting, names the exact nine-minimum/four- mapping public matrix and diagnostics, preserves attempt-1 paths, and corrects pre-edit/final-manifest capture. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna resumes; no artifact, pin, PR, or merge work is authorized. Astra LOW returned lane-B #669 **ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS** at exact clean feature `ffaa09ea` and main `7d16d9c9`; authorization checkpoint `2d0300ab` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl`. Production is byte-frozen. Attempt 2 owns only the independent 36-case public typed/borrowed matrix, exact wire diagnostic and byte-identity controls, and mechanical test formatting on fresh paths. Run the frozen eleven commands once and stop on first failure; no artifact, pin, PR, or merge work is authorized. Lane-B #669 attempt 2 is **FAIL** at clean pushed record `67275524`. Clean pre-edit controls and the first typed-crate gate passed; the borrowed-crate gate stopped at status 101 because an all-literal minimum binding was ambiguous before `.to_bits()`. No correction, retry, later gate, or manifest occurred. Root preserved the exact nonbuildable two-file patch under `/tmp`, verified it reapplies, restored the last buildable checkpoint, and committed no failed source. Attempts 1–2 are consumed. Astra LOW final-attempt ruling is required. Astra LOW confirmed #669 **ATTEMPT-2 FAIL** and rejected an annotation-only final repair because the preserved tests still used private borrowed semantics, incoherent defaults, an otherwise-invalid typed descriptor, and a production- derived identity oracle. Clean pushed final-scope amendment `eb71bb15` keeps production frozen and permits only complete public 36-case typed/borrowed tests plus formatting. It explicitly accounts for coupled lattice diagnostics at the normal/subnormal boundaries, exact parser/semantic precedence, and an independent SHA-256 identity oracle on fresh attempt-3 paths. Fresh Astra LOW final scope PASS is required; any failure exhausts #669 without a fourth attempt. Astra LOW returned #669 **FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS** at exact feature `eb71bb15`, main `7d16d9c9`, and synchronized trackers; authorization checkpoint `d45c17a1` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl`. Production remains frozen. Attempt 3 owns only the public 36-case inline tests, exact diagnostic/ identity controls, and mechanical formatting on fresh paths. The eleven gates run once. Any failure exhausts #669; no artifact, pin, PR, or merge is authorized. #668 final attempt 3 is **FAIL / HARD STOP** at clean pushed record `a2522f76`. Preflight, sentinel controls, and all three compiler captures recorded expected statuses, but Luna supplied no compact verdict after producing a working decoded mapping. Root stopped the stalled executor at the 30-minute checkpoint boundary. No finalized caller/route/specialization/backedge attribution, payload-hash manifest, or self-excluding manifest exists; raw status-zero captures confer no qualification credit or residual/performance claim. All three attempts and their temporary evidence remain preserved. No fourth attempt or renamed retry is allowed; Astra LOW hard-stop review is pending. #669 is the sole active child. Astra LOW confirmed #668 **ATTEMPT-3 FAIL** but required two hard-stop record corrections. Clean pushed `dae02dea` now states that path freshness was not persisted before creation and is itself a failed prerequisite, and that root chose to interrupt the stalled executor near the 30-minute checkpoint boundary rather than applying a mandatory timeout. Raw captures retain no credit. All three attempts are exhausted; fresh Astra LOW hard-stop confirmation precedes closing #668 without PR or product delivery. Astra LOW returned #668 **HARD-STOP PASS** at corrected feature `dae02dea`, unchanged main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `d47ae7aa`. Final verdict checkpoint `0fb54a41` is pushed. Three attempts are exhausted with no qualification credit, residual/performance interpretation, PR, or product delivery; no fourth attempt or renamed retry is permitted. Close GitHub #668, preserve its failed worktree, branch/history, records, and all temporary evidence, and leave #669 as the sole active child. GitHub #668 is **CLOSED** after the upstream hard-stop verdict; remote closure was verified at `2026-09-09T00:33:17Z`. It has no PR or product delivery and no limiter qualification or performance claim. Its failed worktree, branch/history, all three attempt records, and all temporary evidence remain preserved. #669 is the sole active child. Lane-B #669 final attempt 3 is **FAIL / HARD STOP** at clean pushed record `784d4ae9`. Its immediate preflight/controls passed, but the first test command returned 101 after 14 passes because the otherwise-valid typed table incorrectly expected the Linear/0.25 descriptor to pass. No borrowed or later gate ran. Root preserved the exact red two-file patch under `/tmp`, verified it reapplies, restored the last buildable checkpoint, and committed no failed source or compiler payload. All three attempts are exhausted; no fourth attempt or renamed retry is allowed. Astra LOW hard-stop review must define a numbered successor. Astra LOW confirmed lane-B #669 **ATTEMPT-3 FAIL / HARD STOP** at clean feature `784d4ae9`; final disposition `c139a0f0` is pushed and GitHub #669 is CLOSED as stopped/superseded without SOURCE PASS, PR, merge, or product credit. The exact root cause is the otherwise-valid fixture's one-decimal dB lattice rejecting `0.25/1.25/0.75` after mapping admissibility passed. All failed evidence, patches, targets, worktree, and branch history remain preserved. #668 is also closed, so both shared issue slots are free. The next lane-B action is a separately numbered qualification successor inheriting the frozen production extraction and using lattice-compatible public fixtures; it is not a fourth #669 attempt. Lane-B #670 is OPEN as the separately numbered #669 qualification successor at clean pushed brief `a68e4182`, based on frozen #669 disposition `c139a0f0` and main merge-base `7d16d9c9`. It owns only inline public fixtures/formatting and compact evidence; production helper/callers remain frozen. The literal 36-case contract uses lattice-compatible ordinary values, preserves tiny-value later- lattice controls, and requires independent identity plus exact diagnostics. #670 is the sole active child; Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna begins. Lane-A RT17 child #671, `Extract graph program unit tests into their module file`, is open from current main `7d16d9c9` at clean pushed brief `60e45a40`. It owns only `graph/src/program.rs`, new `graph/src/program/tests.rs`, its numbered spec, and concise root tracker rows. The slice moves the existing 13-test inline module by an exact deindent transform, preserving `graph::program::tests` and all production bytes. #670/#671 fill the two path-disjoint active slots. Astra LOW scope review is required before a sole Luna HIGH implementation tranche; no performance, artifact, AudioWorklet, or pin work is authorized. Astra LOW returned #671 **SCOPE PASS** at clean pushed feature `60e45a40`, main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `53638571`. Authorization checkpoint `8c9df9b7` names only Luna HIGH `issue671_luna_impl` for the exact two-source-path deindent extraction, persisted preflight, and eight one-shot gates. #670/#671 remain disjoint. Any byte-transform or gate failure stops the attempt; no production behavior, performance, artifact, AudioWorklet, or pin change is authorized. #671 attempt 1 is **FAIL** at gate 1 on clean pushed source `711f04c6`. The three-path extraction is mechanically exact under root's independent byte audit, and the temporary self-excluding manifest verifies, but the persisted proof file contained generated output instead of Python source and failed with `SyntaxError` status 1. Gates 2-8 did not run and no retry occurred. Attempt 1 is consumed; Astra LOW failure/source review and explicit attempt-2 scope are pending. Astra LOW returned #671 **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS** at source `711f04c6`, main `7d16d9c9`, and reconciled tracker `b54c7bc5`. Both extracted source files are byte-exact and frozen, but attempt 1 supplies no gate credit. Clean pushed qualification-only brief `cdcc2352` uses a fresh evidence path and literal executable transform verifier, then reruns all eight gates once. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna resumes. Astra LOW returned #671 **ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `cdcc2352`, main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `b1a73bdb`. Authorization checkpoint `7c21716a` names only Luna HIGH `issue671_luna_impl` to preserve both source hashes, create fresh attempt-2 evidence, freeze the literal verifier, and run all eight gates fresh once. No prior gate credit carries; any failure stops without retry. #671 attempt 2 is **FAIL** at gate 5 on clean pushed record `7acc130a`. Exact transform, debug and release graph tests, and strict Clippy passed once with source/verifier hashes stable; format returned 1 on seven mechanical layout differences in the deindented test file. Gates 6-8 did not run and no correction or retry occurred. Attempts 1-2 are consumed. Astra LOW review must decide the hard final formatter-only scope; source remains at `711f04c6`. Astra LOW returned #671 **ATTEMPT-2 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS** at record `7acc130a`, main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `395c1de1`. Corrected clean pushed final brief `f9ae0493` records missing preflight persistence, freezes the complete seven-hunk rustfmt output and exact post-format hash, and requires all eight gates fresh on a new path. Fresh Astra LOW final-scope PASS is required. Any failure exhausts #671 without a fourth attempt. Astra LOW returned #671 **FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `f9ae0493`, main `7d16d9c9`, and tracker `1590db2b`. Authorization checkpoint `7d7d7ec3` names only Luna HIGH `issue671_luna_impl` to persist pre-edit freshness, apply the seven frozen formatter hunks, and run all eight gates fresh with exact source hashes. Any failure exhausts #671 without a fourth attempt; no artifact or pin action applies. #675 attempt 1 is **FAIL** at gate 1 on clean pushed checkpoint `0742bc17`. The exact extraction and pinned formatter completed with frozen source hashes, but the proof inventory matcher expected inline indentation and rejected the correctly deindented column-zero tests. Gates 2-8 did not run and no correction occurred. Attempt 1 is consumed; Astra LOW failure/source review precedes any qualification-only retry. Astra LOW returned #675 **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS** at `0742bc17`, authoritative main `acd625d7`, and tracker `576cded5`. Clean pushed qualification-only brief `f1c75ad2` freezes both source hashes and attempt-1 evidence, corrects the whitespace-tolerant ordered 9-test matcher, distinguishes `rg` no-match from search errors, and reruns all eight gates once on fresh direct records. No recursive ledger or prior credit applies; fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required. Astra LOW returned #675 qualification-only **ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `f1c75ad2`, authoritative main `acd625d7`, and tracker `6ac76fa2`. Authorization checkpoint `86645374` names only Luna HIGH `issue675_luna_impl` to preserve source/evidence, run the corrected proof and eight gates once with direct records, and stop on failure. No prior credit, recursive ledger, source formatter, artifact, or pin work applies. #675 qualification-only attempt 2 passed all eight gates at clean pushed record `5fccfa87`. Debug/release each passed 9/9; strict Clippy, format, diff, workspace policy, explicit `rg` statuses, frozen hashes, exact paths, and unchanged attempt-1 evidence passed. Astra LOW independent source/evidence review is pending; no artifact or pin action applies. Astra LOW returned #675 **SOURCE PASS** at clean record `5fccfa87`, authoritative main `acd625d7`, and tracker `104bfdfd`. Decision checkpoint `2bdd8ba5` records the verdict and root's no-artifact-applicability ruling. Exact extraction, nine tests, eight direct gates, and exact source/path checks pass; attempt 1 carries no credit. Exact-head/current-main PR-readiness review is pending. Astra LOW returned #675 **PR-READINESS PASS** at source/evidence head `2bdd8ba5`, unchanged main `acd625d7`, and tracker `0500846c`. Final record checkpoint `b8318375` is clean and pushed. One PR may close #675 only; broader RT17 remains open. Fresh exact-head confirmation precedes opening, then required CI and guarded review precede merge. PR #676 is OPEN for #675 at exact clean head `b8318375`, closing only the builtins test-module slice. Required qualification is pending on that head; fresh Astra LOW guarded head/current-main review precedes merge, followed by post-main qualification and synchronization. #675 / PR #676 is **DELIVERED AND CLOSED** at merge `df0b9b93636de36a7143da15b83444f280b65e6b` from reviewed head `b831837515d373f933c772cbee2f80c94a6a9cbf`. Required PR qualification `34305762332` and post-main qualification `34306298047` succeeded on their exact heads; merge parents are prior main `acd625d7` then the reviewed PR head. The nine existing `builtins::tests` moved to `builtins/src/tests.rs` with non-test inputs unchanged. Broader RT17 remains open. #672 is the sole active issue slot. #671 final attempt 3 passed all eight gates at clean pushed source `dc6e3476`. The seven frozen hunks matched `1/1/1/1/1/2`, produced the exact 74,216-byte hash, and preserved `program.rs`; debug/release graph tests, strict Clippy, format, whitespace, workspace policy, and final census returned 0 once. Source and script hashes remained stable and the self-excluding manifest verifies. Astra LOW exact-source review is pending; no artifact applicability is expected. Astra LOW returned #670 **SCOPE PASS** at exact clean brief `a68e4182`, main merge-base `7d16d9c9`, and synchronized trackers after independently validating the mapping-specific lattice arithmetic. Authorization checkpoint `3d8c1ee0` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` for inline tests/formatting with production frozen, complete typed diagnostic sets, and all 36 public borrowed outcomes. Run the eleven gates once and stop on first failure; no artifact, pin, PR, or merge is authorized. Lane-B #670 attempt 1 is **FAIL** at clean pushed checkpoint `7752376e`. Both affected crates passed full debug and release suites once. Strict Clippy stopped at status 101 on one test-only `expected.into_iter()` useless conversion; format and policy gates did not run, and no correction/retry occurred. Production remains frozen, the buildable/test-green source is checkpointed, temporary evidence/target paths are preserved, and no compiler payload is committed. Attempt 1 is consumed; Astra LOW source/failure review precedes any correction. #670/#671 remain the two disjoint active slots. Astra LOW confirmed #670 **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL** at `7752376e`: production and the complete borrowed matrix are sound; attempt 1 is consumed. Clean pushed amendment `c1ae10df` limits attempt 2 to removing the one redundant test iterator and comparing every typed case's complete ordered public diagnostic set, with production/borrowed bytes frozen. It carries prior borrowed results and runs nine literal gates once on fresh paths. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required. Astra LOW returned #670 **ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS** at exact clean amendment `c1ae10df`; authorization checkpoint `ab344d7c` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl`. Only the typed test module may remove the redundant iterator and assert complete ordered diagnostics; production and borrowed tests are frozen. Nine gates run once on fresh paths; no artifact, pin, PR, or merge. Lane-B #670 attempt 2 is green pending review at clean pushed checkpoint `fe6ddb4d`. Only the typed inline test changed: all 36 cases now compare complete ordered public diagnostic sets or require `Ok`. Production and borrowed bytes are frozen. All nine declared gates passed once; current self-excluding manifest verification passes with sibling status 0. Astra LOW exact source review is required before artifact applicability; #670/#671 remain disjoint. Astra LOW returned #670 **SOURCE PASS** at exact clean implementation `fe6ddb4d`; record checkpoint `488e4d56` is pushed. Complete typed diagnostics, public borrowed outcomes, retained full tests, nine attempt-2 gates, and current manifest verification pass. Production remains frozen. Root now owns the artifact-applicability decision before PR readiness; #670/#671 stay disjoint. Root's #670 dependency trace confirms changed `effect-contract` reaches shipped `host-web`, so retained AudioWorklet identity cannot be assumed. Clean pushed artifact-applicability amendment `901c49ca` scopes one repin-report builder invocation on fresh paths: digest/status/empty-output/unchanged-pin evidence only, with all generated/compiler payload temporary. Astra LOW scope PASS is required; no ordinary build, candidate, qualification, pin, PR, or merge is authorized. Astra LOW returned #670 initial artifact-probe **SCOPE FAIL** at clean pushed `901c49ca` solely because the unchanged Cargo builder normally writes progress to stderr. No probe ran. Corrected clean pushed scope `bdc8051f` retains and inspects complete stderr without requiring silence and explicitly verifies the fresh output path is an existing empty non-symlink directory immediately before the one invocation. Fresh Astra LOW scope review remains required; generated artifacts and compiler streams remain temporary and excluded from Git. Astra LOW returned #670 corrected artifact-probe **SCOPE PASS** at exact clean issue HEAD/upstream `bdc8051fd81fb5052e8c131d7841a16b39d2037e` and tracker HEAD/upstream `395c1de18e3df46b1b9e7add8ef713f588ce11f3`; all three GitHub bodies matched. Authorization record `49f4161f` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` for the one repin-report invocation. Stop on failure without retry; no ordinary build, retained artifact/compiler payload, candidate qualification, pin change, browser/SDK execution, commit, or push is authorized. Lane-B #670's single authorized repin-report probe passed operationally at clean `49f4161f` but returned candidate digest `93108e94...8934531`, which differs from delivered pin `580e3cb4...98be10`. The output remained empty, the pin/tree stayed unchanged, and root reverified the status-0 self-excluding manifest `acf94323...fb01a48`; no generated artifact or compiler payload enters Git. Record checkpoint `013b131e` is clean and pushed. Prior artifact evidence cannot carry. No repin or PR is authorized; a separately numbered artifact-qualification successor must wait until one of the two active slots (#670/#671) clears and until Astra LOW reviews the drift disposition. Astra LOW confirmed #670 **ARTIFACT DRIFT** but returned **EVIDENCE FAIL** at clean feature `013b131e`, tracker `a7458dc4`, and invocation `49f4161f`. The manifest, successful 65-byte digest output, normal Cargo completion, current empty output, unchanged pin/tree, and absence of committed compiler payload are valid. The retained preflight omitted source hashes, live-main identity, pin byte shape, and explicit fresh-path absence; postflight also contains unlabeled values and a later correction record. Checkpoint `73d18344` candidly preserves these limits. No reconstruction or rerun is allowed. The future numbered qualification successor may treat the drift digest only as its expected candidate after a slot clears and fresh scope review passes; no repin or PR is authorized. #670 is CLOSED at clean pushed disposition `2cf84f30` as source-qualified but delivery-incomplete. Its Astra LOW SOURCE PASS remains valid, while the artifact drift and incomplete probe prevent independent delivery. No product credit, repin, PR, or merge is claimed. The branch/worktree and temporary evidence are retained as immutable successor inputs. Closing #670 frees one issue slot for the required numbered artifact-qualification successor alongside active #671. Lane-B successor #672 is OPEN with matching local/GitHub title and body at clean pushed scope `28f7ac56`, branched from #670 disposition `2cf84f30`. It freezes accepted product source `fe6ddb4d`, treats observed drift digest `93108e94...8934531` only as an expected candidate, and requires fresh live-main/candidate ordinary builds, complete six-file delta classification, existing static/resource/PCM/SDK and all-browser gates, then Astra LOW PRE-PIN PASS before any pin or lineage edit. Only compact evidence enters Git; `.ll`, assembly, generated Wasm, Cargo targets, and full compiler streams remain temporary. #671/#672 are the two disjoint active issue slots. #671 / PR #673 is **DELIVERED AND CLOSED** at merge `acd625d72a57f83f50f26279717464744504b4c4` from reviewed head `48317e7d4a256c86b77635000af93c3271e74948`. Required PR qualification `34298953702` and post-main qualification `34299463399` both succeeded on their exact heads; the merge parents are prior main `7d16d9c9` then the reviewed PR head. The 13 existing `graph::program::tests` moved to `program/tests.rs` with the production prefix byte-identical. Broader RT17 remains open. #672 is now the sole active issue slot and retains exclusive lane-B AudioWorklet ownership. Astra LOW returned #672 **SCOPE PASS** at exact clean feature `4e5e5dc8` and tracker `aa8a4f57`; GitHub matched. Authorization checkpoint `d9051b34` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` for the frozen one-shot pre-pin sequence after immediate identity/path/verifier preflight. Stop on first failure without correction or retry. Pin/lineage promotion, post-pin work, PR, and merge remain outside this authorization. #672 is the sole active issue slot. Luna HIGH stopped #672 before path creation or workload because delivered #671 advanced `origin/main` from scoped `7d16d9c9` to `acd625d7`. Root merged that exact main conflict-free into #672 at pushed checkpoint `8708c9b9`; accepted #670 product hashes remain exact. Clean pushed amendment `c29329e5` replaces the baseline and candidate identities in every literal command with delivered main `acd625d7` and integrated product `8708c9b9`. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required; the prior authorization does not carry. Astra LOW returned #672 integrated-base **SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `c29329e5` and tracker `25a1a3c3`; GitHub matched and all twelve paths remained absent. Authorization checkpoint `9729f044` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` for the frozen pre-pin sequence on baseline `acd625d7` and candidate `8708c9b9`. Stop on unexpected failure. Promotion and post-pin execution remain separately gated. #672 pre-pin attempt 1 is **EVIDENCE FAIL** at clean `9729f044`; record checkpoint `1d207c54` is pushed. Verifier/export steps passed and the sole current-main builder returned 0 with the delivered six-file artifact and pinned `580e3cb4...98be10` Wasm. The capture then referenced a nonexistent numbered stdout filename and stopped. No candidate build or later work ran, the tree is clean, and attempt 1 is consumed. Astra LOW failure review precedes any attempt 2; no compiler/generated payload enters Git and no promotion is authorized. Astra LOW confirmed #672 **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL** and its missing durable preflight/ final manifest. Clean pushed attempt-2 amendment `58367843` preserves every attempt-1 byte, carries the verified successful baseline only as an immutable six-file comparator, and scopes fresh candidate-side paths/provenance/controls. It reruns no baseline builder and continues only previously unexecuted candidate, delta, static/resource/PCM/SDK/browser, and manifest stages. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required; no promotion is authorized. Lane-A RT17 child #674, `Extract graph root unit tests into their module file`, is OPEN from current main `acd625d7` at clean pushed brief `9fe3a9b8`. It owns only its spec, `crates/graph/src/lib.rs`, new `crates/graph/src/tests.rs`, and concise tracker rows. The slice moves only the existing 26-test root module with an exact deindent plus frozen rustfmt result, preserving the preceding production and observation-accounting prefix byte for byte. #672/#674 are the two disjoint active slots. Astra LOW scope review is required before Luna implementation; no artifact, AudioWorklet, pin, timing, or performance work is authorized. Astra LOW returned #674 **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS** at exact checkpoint `578e1909`, main `acd625d7`, and tracker `edac912b`. The frozen source hashes, prefix, extraction, formatter fence, and 26 tests pass; gates never started. The proof ordering defect, custom uppercase manifest without a recorded verifier status, and inconsistent precreation hashes are preserved with no inherited credit. Clean pushed qualification-only brief `0492dc46` freezes source and all attempt-1 bytes, corrects deindent-before-format proof order, and uses fresh attempt-2 precreation/evidence/manifest-verification paths. Fresh Astra LOW attempt-2 scope PASS is required before Luna resumes. #674 attempt 1 is **FAIL** before gate 1 at clean pushed checkpoint `578e1909`. The exact extraction and pinned formatter returned 0 and produced the frozen source hashes, but the proof script compared formatted output to the pre-format deindent. Luna stopped without correction and gates 1-8 did not run. Root also found the claimed manifest absent and a stale precreation hash in the result record relative to the current external record/reference. Attempt 1 is consumed with no gate credit; source/evidence review precedes any attempt-2 brief. Astra LOW returned #672 attempt-2 **SCOPE FAIL** solely for saying nine fresh paths where ten were listed; all ten were absent. Clean pushed correction `e4a9624d` changes only that count. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS remains required; no execution or promotion occurred. Astra LOW returned #672 attempt-2 **SCOPE PASS** at feature `e4a9624d` and tracker `818f655e`; all ten paths were absent. Authorization `3c6add6c` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` for the fresh candidate and remaining gates once, carrying the baseline read-only. No baseline rebuild or promotion. #674 corrected brief `d692b18e` freezes the literal fresh attempt-1 evidence path and the pinned Rust 2024 formatter command used by the exact-transform oracle. No source or workload ran. Fresh Astra LOW scope review remains required. Astra LOW returned #674 **SCOPE FAIL** at `d692b18e` before source execution: the extraction identities and disjoint ownership passed, but formatter config, transformation attribution, fail-closed assertions, external precreation-record accounting, and terminal preflight needed explicit controls. Clean pushed correction `a5469701` binds Rust 1.97.1 and the absolute repository config, captures and fences the formatter, references the external freshness record in the manifest, and makes every preflight/assertion failure terminal. Fresh Astra LOW scope review is required; no source or workload has run. Astra LOW returned #674 **SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `a5469701`, main `acd625d7`, and tracker `ba0d9928`. Authorization checkpoint `40a021fa` names only Luna HIGH `issue674_luna_impl` for the external freshness record, exact root-test extraction, captured/fenced formatter transformation, and eight fresh one-shot gates. Every failure stops the attempt. #672/#674 remain disjoint; no artifact, AudioWorklet, pin, timing, or performance work is authorized. Astra LOW returned #674 qualification-only **ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `0492dc46`, main `acd625d7`, and tracker `ea9f9a78`. Authorization checkpoint `360d833f` names only Luna HIGH `issue674_luna_impl` to preserve source and all attempt-1 bytes, persist fresh preflight, run the corrected proof and eight gates once, and capture standard manifest verification. No credit, source formatter, artifact, pin, or performance action carries. #674 qualification-only attempt 2 passed at clean pushed record `970e4062`. The corrected deindent-then-format proof and all eight gates returned 0 once; both source hashes and every attempt-1 byte remained frozen. The lowercase 135-entry manifest verified 135/135 in one externally captured status-0 command. Astra LOW independent source/evidence review is pending; no artifact or pin action applies. Astra LOW returned #674 attempt 2 **SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS / EVIDENCE FAIL** at clean `970e4062`, main `acd625d7`, and tracker `e3d2c107`. All recorded source, proof, test, gate, and manifest results are sound, but the wrapper did not assert frozen source hashes and its repeated census omitted the attempt-1 external precreation record. Clean pushed hard final brief `23ae38fc` preserves all prior bytes, adds exact source assertions and a complete attempt-1/2 census around every fresh command, and reruns all eight gates without credit. Fresh Astra LOW final-scope PASS is required; any failure exhausts #674. Astra LOW returned #674 **FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `23ae38fc`, main `acd625d7`, and tracker `034b7a29`. Authorization checkpoint `e4f15e2c` names only Luna HIGH `issue674_luna_impl` to preserve source/prior evidence, assert complete identities around the corrected proof and eight fresh gates, then verify the covered manifest before external final checks. Any failure exhausts #674 without a fourth attempt; no artifact or pin action applies. #674 final attempt 3 passed at clean pushed record `7256cc7e`. The corrected proof and eight gates returned 0 once, with explicit source and complete protected-state checks around every command. Frozen source hashes and all prior evidence remained unchanged; the 234-entry manifest verified 234/234, followed by external final source/protected checks at status 0. Astra LOW independent final source/evidence review is pending. Astra LOW returned #674 **SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS / FINAL EVIDENCE FAIL** at `7256cc7e`: the source, 61-test debug/release suites, eight statuses, explicit source checks, and manifest are sound, but the protected census derives expected and actual keys from the same persisted lines and cannot reject added descendants. Hard-stop record `e3491c57` is clean and pushed. Attempts 1-3 are exhausted; close #674 without PR, merge, product/RT17 credit, or artifact work. Preserve its worktree, branch, and every attempt evidence path; no fourth or renamed root-test extraction retry is permitted. Delivered main remains unchanged. GitHub #674 is **CLOSED** at `2026-09-09T02:36:01Z` after its pushed hard-stop record and synchronized evidence comment. #672 is the sole active issue slot. Lane-A RT17 child #675, `Extract builtins unit tests into their module file`, is OPEN from current main `acd625d7` at clean pushed brief `e02bbb72`. It is a genuinely separate 9-test EOF-module extraction and does not retry exhausted #674. It owns only its spec, `crates/builtins/src/lib.rs`, new `crates/builtins/src/tests.rs`, and concise tracker rows. The evidence contract uses direct transform/gate records and independent review without a recursive ledger. #672/#675 are the two disjoint slots; Astra LOW scope review precedes any Luna source work, and no artifact, pin, timing, or performance work is authorized. Astra LOW returned #675 **SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `e02bbb72`, main `acd625d7`, and tracker `6c457862`. Authorization checkpoint `5c95c2e9` names only Luna HIGH `issue675_luna_impl` for the exact extraction, captured formatter, two-path fence, and eight one-shot gates with direct records. The proportional evidence contract needs no recursive ledger. #672/#675 remain disjoint; no artifact or pin action applies. #675 / PR #676 is **DELIVERED AND CLOSED** at main `df0b9b93636de36a7143da15b83444f280b65e6b`. Astra LOW passed the frozen test-only source and evidence, required PR and post-main qualification succeeded, and production/artifact inputs remain unchanged. It closes only the bounded builtins-test extraction; broader RT17 remains open. #672 is again the sole active issue slot. Astra LOW confirmed #672 pre-pin attempt 2 **FAIL** at clean pushed `be6e4fe0`; its exact candidate exports and tar hashes are valid, but the failed two-operand cleanup has no retained command/status record and consumes the attempt. Root integrated delivered #675 main at conflict-free pushed merge `755f3b70`; accepted CP8 source hashes and artifact source `8708c9b9` remain unchanged. Clean pushed final-attempt brief `34cff816` reuses and reverifies the retained exports, runs only the unexecuted candidate and downstream gates, and defers cleanup. Fresh Astra LOW FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS is required before sole Luna HIGH execution. Any failure exhausts #672; no pin promotion is authorized. Astra LOW returned #672 **FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS** at exact feature `34cff816`, tracker `e6dec2b2`, and current main `df0b9b93`; GitHub matched and all six fresh paths were absent including symlinks. Only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` may reverify the retained exports/tars and run the unexecuted candidate/downstream sequence once. No export/baseline rebuild, cleanup, promotion, or post-pin work is authorized; any failure exhausts #672. #672's first final-attempt preflight stop is **NO ATTEMPT**: Luna created no path and ran no workload after seeing another repository's Prettier process. Astra LOW verified clean `7822a9d2`, current main `df0b9b93`, six absent paths, and no shared #672 resource owner. The same sequence is reauthorized after checking for processes that actually own #672 source/target/dependency/artifact/browser/ evidence resources; unrelated repository activity does not compete. Attempt 3 remains unstarted and all promotion/hard-stop boundaries remain unchanged. Lane-A RT15 decision child #677, `Rule ownership of rack compiler vocabulary`, is OPEN from current main `df0b9b93` at clean pushed brief `0ae29132`. It owns only its spec, one ruling document, and concise serialized tracker rows. Rust, manifests, locks, product behavior, artifacts, pins, timing, and performance claims are frozen. The ruling must inventory the current definitions, consumers, and dependency edges, preserve the public `rack::{...}` imports, reject cycles and render-to-compiler dependency inversion, and name one exact successor; RT15 remains open until that successor is delivered. #672/#677 are the two disjoint active slots. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before sole Luna HIGH authorship. Astra LOW returned #677 **SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `0ae29132`, current main `df0b9b93`, and tracker `cfd5f309`. Authorization `c6dfac8f` names only Luna HIGH `issue677_luna_impl` to inventory the frozen tree, author the single ruling, and run five documentation-only gates once. #672/#677 remain disjoint; no Rust, manifest, lock, artifact, pin, timing, or performance work is authorized. #672 final attempt 3 is **FAIL / EXHAUSTED** at clean `110c9c84`. The candidate build reproduced expected Wasm `93108e94...34531`, five non-Wasm files matched, and structural/static checks passed, but a later Cargo metadata step created an unscoped `target/` subtree inside the scratch export and the exact overlay proof failed. Luna stopped before install/resource/PCM/SDK/browser/final gates. Astra LOW confirmed a scope/isolation defect and hard stop. Preserve all evidence; close #672 without promotion or CP8 credit. Only a genuinely rescoped remaining- qualification successor may reuse the candidate and run the unexecuted gates. #677 attempt 1 is **FAIL** at gate 5 on clean pushed ruling checkpoint `69cbb45f`, with disposition record `44101c64`. The first path wrapper masked failed assertions behind a final status-0 command; its fail-closed replacement returned 1, after which a prohibited same-attempt corrected proof ran. Gates carry no credit. Preserve the ruling and every byte under `/tmp/issue677-rack-vocabulary-ruling-attempt1`; no Rust, manifest, artifact, or pin changed. Astra LOW source/evidence assessment is pending before any fresh qualification-only brief. Astra LOW returned #677 **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT FAIL** at `44101c64`: the gate attribution and two-path scope are correct, but the ruling reversed one dependency direction, made one unsupported consequence claim, blurred an allowed contract dependency with callback reachability, and left successor paths/gates vague. Clean pushed attempt-2 brief `a6fcaec6` preserves all attempt-1 bytes and authorizes only those four documentation corrections plus five fresh fail-closed gates after Astra LOW scope PASS. #678/#677 are the two disjoint active slots; no product, artifact, pin, timing, or performance action belongs to #677. Astra LOW returned #677 attempt-2 **SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `a6fcaec6` and tracker `f98bb87f`. Authorization `a51799ce` names only Luna HIGH `issue677_luna_impl` to capture complete attempt-1 evidence identity, make the four bounded ruling corrections, and run five fresh gates once. #677/#678 remain disjoint; no product, artifact, pin, timing, or performance action is authorized. #677 attempt 2 is **FAIL** at gate 2 on clean pushed revised-ruling checkpoint `ceade1bd`, with disposition `10e60000`. The four bounded corrections were made and gate 1 passed, but the Markdown check required column-zero fences while the ruling's example is list-indented; Luna stopped and gates 3-5 did not run. No credit carries. Preserve both attempt evidence directories and ruling checkpoints. Astra LOW source/evidence assessment is pending before any final attempt; no product, artifact, pin, timing, or performance action occurred. GitHub #672 is **CLOSED** after synchronized hard-stop evidence. Lane-B successor #678, `Complete continuous-mapping AudioWorklet artifact delivery`, is OPEN at clean pushed brief `421ecc66`. It reuses the accepted six-file candidate without rebuilding, classifies and preserves #672's generated scratch target, fixes every remaining Cargo user to a fresh external target, and runs only the missing resource/PCM/SDK/browser gates before separately reviewed promotion. #677/#678 are the two disjoint active slots; lane B retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership. Astra LOW returned #678 initial **SCOPE FAIL** at clean feature `421ecc66` and tracker `f98bb87f`; the successor boundary and artifact reuse passed, and no workload ran. Clean pushed correction `89aed0cc` adds fail-closed target census, full verifier arguments and exact lineage bytes, absent dependency-root checks, explicit verifier-control creation, separate temporary stdout/stderr/status, and external manifest-verification paths. Product/source/artifact/gate scope is unchanged. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna execution; #677/ #678 remain the two disjoint slots. Astra LOW returned #678 **SCOPE PASS** at exact feature `89aed0cc`, tracker `36976e2f`, and synchronized GitHub bodies. Authorization `c68f3c61` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` to reuse the accepted candidate, classify and preserve the old scratch target, fix a fresh external Cargo target, and run the missing resource/PCM/SDK/all-browser gates once. All covered records finish before manifest generation; only declared external verification files follow. No rebuild, promotion, post-pin work, PR, or merge is authorized. #677/#678 remain the two disjoint active slots. Astra LOW returned #677 **ATTEMPT-2 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT FAIL** at `10e60000`: the fence-check failure and stopped sequence are correct, but the ruling still contradicts its allowed contract edge, leaves allocation/target commands vague, and misattributes builtin-key coverage. Clean pushed hard-final brief `8c1d03e9` preserves all prior evidence and authorizes only the remaining bounded documentation corrections plus five fresh fail-closed gates after Astra LOW final-scope PASS. Any failure exhausts #677. #677/#678 remain disjoint; no product, artifact, pin, timing, or performance action belongs to #677. Astra LOW returned #677 **FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS** at clean feature `8c1d03e9` and tracker `08158221`. Authorization `ff818626` names only Luna HIGH `issue677_luna_impl` for the remaining bounded ruling corrections and five fresh gates once. Any failure exhausts #677. #677/#678 remain disjoint; no Rust, manifest, artifact, pin, timing, or performance action is authorized. Astra LOW confirmed #678 **ATTEMPT-1 FAIL** at clean `c68f3c61`: verifier self-test and pristine 12,195-path check returned 0, then the target census ran from the wrong cwd and returned 1 before rsync or any downstream gate. Preserve all 20 attempt-1 evidence files; command/cwd attribution and preflight limitations are candidly recorded. Clean pushed attempt-2 brief `ac11edd2` uses seven fresh paths, embeds a checked `cd` in the first unfinished census command, records literal argv/actual cwd, and continues only target classification, copy/overlay, installs, resource/PCM/SDK/browser, and manifest gates. No build/export/cleanup/ promotion action carries. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required; #677/#678 remain the two slots. #677 hard final attempt 3 passed all five fresh gates at clean pushed ruling checkpoint `5dbf862d`; record `48701543` is synchronized. The final ruling hash is `8539c33a...3fbdf8`, both earlier evidence directories remained unchanged, and only the spec/ruling differ from main. Astra LOW independent final source/evidence review is pending. No Rust implementation, artifact, pin, timing, performance, or RT15 closure is claimed. Astra LOW returned #678 attempt-2 **SCOPE PASS** at exact feature `ac11edd2`, tracker `2c572cc6`, and synchronized GitHub bodies; all seven fresh paths are absent. Authorization `77626bd2` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` to continue from checked-cwd target classification through the missing resource/PCM/SDK/all-browser and manifest gates once. No build, export, cleanup, promotion, or completed-gate repetition is authorized. #677/#678 remain disjoint. Astra LOW returned #677 **FINAL FAIL / EXHAUSTED** at clean `48701543`; hard- stop record `779eca74` is pushed. The final ruling text is source-sound, but two literal command records contain `"\\"` operands instead of their loop variables and cannot describe the successful outputs. Attempts 1-3 carry no credit. Close #677 without PR, merge, delivery, artifact action, or RT15 decision credit. Preserve its worktree, branch, commits, ruling checkpoints, and all three evidence directories; no fourth or renamed ruling retry is permitted. Astra LOW confirmed #678 **ATTEMPT-2 FAIL** at clean `77626bd2`. Target classification, 12,195-path overlay proof, lineage checks, locked installs, and Playwright install passed, but an executor-written postcheck guessed a nonexistent local browser path while Playwright had installed all three executables in its normal cache. No downstream gate ran. Clean pushed hard-final brief `5257d5ad` preserves all bytes, queries executable paths through Playwright's API, sets a fresh external Cargo target before every remaining consumer, and runs only the unexecuted gates. Fresh Astra LOW final-scope PASS is required; any failure exhausts #678. No rebuild/export/reinstall/cleanup/promotion is authorized. Astra LOW returned #678 **FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS** at exact feature `5257d5ad`, tracker `b9b2d35c`, and synchronized GitHub bodies; all seven fresh paths are absent and #677 is closed. Authorization `6a19f785` names only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` for the Playwright-API executable check and eight remaining gates once with a fresh external Cargo target. Any failure exhausts #678. No reinstall/build/export/copy/regeneration/cleanup/promotion is authorized; #678 is the sole active child. #678 final attempt 3 is **FAIL / EXHAUSTED** at clean `6a19f785`. All eight remaining gates and postchecks passed, including Chromium 151.0.7922.34, Firefox 153.0, WebKit 26.5, matrix/mutation checks, and SDK packaging. The final overlay verifier rejected 77 expected `sdk/dist/` files generated by that package gate; tracked bytes still differ only on the three authorized lineage files. Astra LOW confirmed the scope-allowance defect and hard stop. Close #678 without promotion or CP8 credit. A successor may classify the SDK outputs and complete evidence without rerunning passed gates. GitHub #678 is **CLOSED** after synchronized hard-stop evidence. Successor #679, `Qualify retained continuous-mapping artifact evidence for delivery`, is OPEN at clean pushed brief `d3efe792`. It reruns no build, install, package, SDK, resource, PCM, or browser gate. It owns only exact classification of the 77 generated `sdk/dist/` files, retained eight-gate evidence review, a fresh evidence manifest, and separately reviewed promotion/delivery. #679 is the sole active child and lane B retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership. Astra LOW returned #679 verifier **DRAFT PASS** for exact sealed SHA-256 `2b40e3da...b54cc2d`; the synthetic rejection suite returned 0 without touching retained evidence. Clean pushed feature record `d2d8a14d` embeds all 54,436 reviewed bytes and the sole authorized invocation in the stateless issue spec. Exact feature/tracker scope review is pending before Luna may classify any retained output. #679 remains the sole active child and lane B retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership. Concurrent feature checkpoints invalidated that earlier draft authorization; Luna stopped at preflight before creating any evidence path or running the verifier. The merged fail-closed verifier now has Astra LOW **DRAFT PASS** at exact SHA-256 `a2929369...c2f72fe38`, with all-eight-gate, nine-root-census, fresh-control-directory, and initial/final identity controls. Clean pushed feature record `4f2ac1241a6a818cb24643a56ae0e3e943cdd8cc` is the external `AUTHORIZATION_HEAD`. Fresh exact-head scope PASS is required before Luna's one retained-evidence attempt. No predecessor gate, generated payload, or promotion ran; #679 remains the sole active child. #679 attempt 1 is **FAIL / consumed** at exact feature `4f2ac124` and tracker `d284e82f`. Preflight and self-test passed, and the production verifier emitted all 77 SDK inventory rows before returning 1 on a malformed verifier expectation: it omitted the closing quote from retained `node - <<'NODE'`. Astra LOW confirmed the retained 516-byte command is intact and every later line matches. No later check or manifest ran. Clean pushed record `6175bcd4` preserves hashes for the preflight and five production members and scopes attempt 2 to that literal, one discriminating synthetic control, and seven fresh paths. No gate rerun, predecessor mutation, generated payload, or promotion is authorized. Astra LOW returned #679 attempt-2 verifier **DRAFT PASS** for exact sealed SHA-256 `1b9e7453...a5ae0f0`, 70,542 bytes. The corrected validator requires the retained 516-byte quoted heredoc spelling and independently rejects the 515-byte typo; the full synthetic suite returned 0 and cleaned its fresh control path. Clean pushed feature `fcc8c8609411f223563d7e9ae71c5065b595aa43` is the attempt-2 external `AUTHORIZATION_HEAD`. Exact feature/tracker scope review is pending. Attempt-1 evidence remains immutable; no retained check or promotion ran. Astra LOW withheld #679 attempt-2 production at feature `fcc8c860` and tracker `cbb306c3` because `824eac60` embedded the verifier before its DRAFT review and the later record did not disclose or supersede that ordering. Feature `2f4257c0d7f1da3c246d6855b28ea16bd267f036` now records the actual sequence, the lane-B DRAFT authority used for the successful isolated self-test, and the prospective rule: embedded bytes are non-executable until exact-head SCOPE PASS. Preserve and do not repeat the status-0 self-test. Fresh exact feature/tracker review must authorize `/root/issue679_luna_verifier` as the sole attempt-2 production executor. No retained command or promotion is yet authorized. Astra LOW returned #679 attempt-2 **SCOPE FAIL** at feature `2f4257c0` and tracker `67b7995d` solely because one operative sentence still said to repeat the self-test. Clean pushed feature `b70d14905c88497f73c381c4a65b318f2971b1f4` removes that contradiction and carries the prior status-0 control evidence without execution. That feature is the corrected external `AUTHORIZATION_HEAD`. Fresh exact-head review must name only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` for production, superseding the stale prospective executor label above. No attempt-2 path, retained verifier, gate, or promotion has run. #679 attempt 2 is **FAIL / consumed** at exact feature `b70d1490` and tracker `fdfd4110`. Its exclusive preflight passed; production emitted the same 77 SDK rows, then returned 1 because the verifier rejected equal second-resolution Playwright start/finish timestamps. Astra LOW confirmed the retained metadata hash is exact and strict positive elapsed time was unsupported. Clean pushed hard-final scope `378f0d82` preserves both prior failures and permits only timezone-aware `finish >= start`, equal/descending synthetic controls, seven fresh paths, and one final production/manifest attempt after exact review. Any failure exhausts #679. No gate rerun, predecessor mutation, or promotion ran. The final-attempt terminal audit also found retained gate-7 stdout uses lowercase `sdk generated surface...`; clean pushed hardening `9f0a0031` adds that exact marker and wrong-case rejection. Astra LOW returned **STATIC DRAFT PASS** for external verifier SHA-256 `d3f0803c...618c27b`, 72,262 bytes, without execution. Feature `7c163dc6` now authorizes only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` to run its isolated fresh-path self-test once. Production, retained evidence, embedding, and promotion remain blocked pending terminal review and later exact- head scope PASS. #679 is **FINAL FAIL / EXHAUSTED** at pushed hard-stop `de542050`. Its final self-test command used the swapped nonexistent path `/tmp/issue679-attempt3-verifier-draft.py` and returned 2 before loading verifier code; the correct static-reviewed draft remains exact and all production paths are absent. GitHub #679 is closed without qualification, CP8, artifact, or promotion credit. Preserve all worktrees and evidence. A separately numbered, freshly briefed successor is required; no fourth retry belongs to #679. GitHub #680, `Execute retained mapping evidence and deliver the artifact`, is OPEN at clean pushed brief `584f54bd`. It starts a fresh workflow from #679's hard stop, embeds the exact static-reviewed 72,262-byte verifier at content- addressed path `d3f0803c...618c27b`, and uses six #680 production paths plus the never-created inherited control path. It reruns no product gate. #680 is the sole active child; Astra LOW exact numbered scope review is pending before Luna may run its self-test or retained classification. #680 opening state is reconciled at clean pushed feature `b3dc8bd4336bd8c635438cfe9f2b98bc7d033dfa`. Concurrent opening checkpoints briefly introduced a second filename for the same numbered spec; checkpoint `b3dc8bd4` removes that duplicate and leaves only canonical `680-execute-retained-mapping-evidence-and-deliver-artifact.md`. Correction `fb6c23bb` binds the verifier's frozen Git authority to the preserved clean #679 worktree at hard-stop `de542050`; the #680 worktree supplies only the external authorization head and execution cwd. No verifier, retained evidence, product gate, or promotion ran. #680 remains the sole active child; only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` may execute after fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope PASS, and lane B alone owns AudioWorklet qualification and pins. #680 opening SCOPE PASS at feature `b3dc8bd4` and tracker `e63ed159` is superseded before execution because its sole named Luna executor is absent from the current collaboration tree. No fresh path or command was created. Clean pushed feature `a7e573aa93013aef13d262f7dd286712a158cd7a` transfers only the attempt-1 lease to available Luna XHIGH `/root/issue679_luna_verifier`; all verifier bytes, paths, commands, gates, and stop conditions remain exact. Fresh Astra LOW exact-head SCOPE PASS is required. #680 remains the sole active child, lane A is held, and lane B alone owns AudioWorklet qualification and pins. #680 attempt 1 is **FAIL / consumed**. After the earlier no-write external abort, the then-authorized Luna XHIGH began its preflight at 06:28:03Z, exclusively created `/tmp/issue680-attempt1-preflight.txt`, observed actual feature `1bfb9f26` instead of authorization `a7e573aa`, and should have stopped. Its improvised nested heredoc then misparsed and returned reported status 2; the partial 891-byte record is preserved at SHA-256 `87527f86c0b85cd61a281614cee75dd4c9f98514c5c31cfedacb1fe90ae994f3`. No verifier, evidence, manifest, product gate, or promotion ran. Clean pushed record `ad042156dc100a91c2e34a3ad6bbf1d3ae5bc583` leaves two attempts and allows only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` to prepare an external hash- frozen Python runner. No runner or attempt-2 path may execute before separate Astra LOW review. #680 remains the sole active child; lane A stays held and lane B alone owns AudioWorklet qualification and pins. #680 clean pushed preparation checkpoint `b7806a904c7cdf9d076a4bf57089dd347d820039` separates inert runner authorship from execution. Available Luna XHIGH `/root/issue679_luna_verifier` may create only `/tmp/issue680-attempt2-runner-draft.py` after Astra LOW preparation-scope review; it may not invoke it or create any attempt-2 output. Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` remains the sole eventual executor after separate runner and production review. Attempt 1 remains consumed, its partial preflight is immutable, and no attempt-2 command or product gate is authorized. #680's concurrent runner candidate is preserved mode `0444`, 22,402 bytes, SHA-256 `85639465...5cc49f0`. Astra LOW returned **STATIC FAIL** before any invocation for stale authorization/executor assumptions, buffered target payload, incomplete remote/tracker/process/capture controls, weak manifest traversal, and disconnected synthetic controls. Clean pushed feature `2848be41` permits only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` to create inert `/tmp/issue680-attempt2-runner-revision1.py` with the bounded corrections; no runner, verifier, retained evidence, product gate, or attempt-2 path may execute. #680 remains the sole active child; lane A stays held and lane B alone owns AudioWorklet qualification and pins. Astra LOW returned #680 revision-preparation **SCOPE FAIL** at feature `2848be41` and tracker `98e4fcf4`: the brief omitted an external tracker head, live remote main/tracker checks, and validation of the operative executor lease. Corrected pushed feature `93dbc3839d4851a3a4342b6d041bf47bbcad479d` adds those literal arguments/checks, explicitly supersedes the historical shell manifest creation with direct Python traversal, and retains direct-argv `sha256sum -c` verification. A concurrent uninvoked `runner-revision1.py` exists mode `0600`, 31,703 bytes, SHA-256 `f4c44699...a24e36`; it is unsealed and grants no execution authority. All attempt-2 output/control paths remain absent. Lane A stays held. Astra LOW returned **DRAFT FAIL** on #680 runner revision 1 `f4c44699...a24e36`; no bytes ran. Remaining blockers are stale embedded feature authority, missing tracker/live-remote/lease checks, a deliberately failing positive control, imitation rather than shared production flow, partial-record deletion, incomplete terminal captures, ambiguous manifest paths, and target- stream cwd/deadlock defects. Clean pushed feature `b47f8e356607257b474b438dfb4697d9f105ff1a` permits only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` to create inert `runner-revision2.py` with those bounded corrections. No import, compilation, invocation, retained-evidence read, attempt-2 output, product gate, or promotion is authorized. Lane A stays held. Astra LOW returned #680 revision-2 **PREPARATION SCOPE PASS** at feature `b47f8e356607257b474b438dfb4697d9f105ff1a` and tracker `89d715b5`. Only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` may create the inert external revision-2 draft from the spec and sealed predecessors. It may not import, compile, invoke, inspect retained evidence, create attempt output, or edit Git. Rejected pre-output conditions create no output; post-dispatch failures must preserve captures and stop later phases. No execution authority attaches. The external #680 revision-2 preparer remained inactive with no draft or process. Clean pushed feature `07c4afc788ac2aba0a6f72778ed73b9c6b2a275f` transfers only inert revision-2 authorship to available Luna XHIGH `/root/issue679_luna_verifier`; it may create that one draft after fresh Astra LOW preparation-scope review but may not invoke/import/compile it, read retained evidence, create attempt output, or edit Git. Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` retains sole eventual execution ownership after later reviews. No attempt-2 or product action is authorized; lane A stays held. The earlier external #680 preparer completed revision 2 while feature `07c4afc7` was transferring the same inert lease; the available Luna never touched it. Clean pushed feature `02ca53ea6d84366095e6009a6a34c442a9ec33b2` seals the sole ordinary mode-0444 `runner-revision2.py`, 33,524 bytes, SHA-256 `2f6ec725...f193d5`. Nothing ran and all attempt-2/control paths remain absent. No preparer may modify the file. Astra LOW exact-byte review is pending; coordinator inspection flags a tracker-SHA self-reference in lease validation. Astra LOW returned **DRAFT FAIL** on #680 runner revision 2 `2f6ec725...f193d5`; no bytes ran. The initial candidate plus two revisions have exhausted the general-runner shape. Clean pushed rebrief `b7f598433197b7e8d3cffb80d2ac63ea6b2a8a14` forbids `revision3` and scopes a small single-purpose `attempt2-launcher.py`: exact head/remote/authority/freshness preflight, one verifier self-test, one production verifier, five-file manifest, and one direct verification with complete captures. It duplicates no verifier census, target, retained-evidence, or product-gate logic. Only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` may prepare the inert launcher after Astra LOW scope review; no execution or promotion is authorized. Lane A stays held. Astra LOW returned **DRAFT FAIL** on #680 final reduced-launcher correction `a6cdc890...11ec10`; the launcher shape is exhausted and all three sealed files remain unexecuted. Clean pushed feature `6ab3295b` rebriefs attempt 2 to direct execution of the already reviewed verifier with separate flat captures and an exact self-excluding manifest, without generated runner/launcher code. Fresh Astra LOW exact-head SCOPE PASS is required before sole Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` executes. Product gates and promotion remain unauthorized; attempt 2 is unconsumed and lane A stays held. Astra LOW returned #680 direct-execution **SCOPE FAIL** only because tracker `59d483c6` still merged from older main `7d16d9c9`; all other scope checks passed and nothing ran. Root merged current main `df0b9b93` into the clean tracker without conflict and pushed reconciliation `345fce5f`, making its merge base exact. Fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope review is required; lane A stays held. The controlling independent Astra LOW review supersedes the conflicting #680 reduced-launcher STATIC PASS. Revision 1 `cdc44e1c...068760d` still lacks exact six-entry ordinary-file revalidation immediately before manifest verification, preflight failure ownership after exclusive creation, durable manifest-creation and terminal-success metadata, and `TypeError` coverage in the failure path. Clean pushed feature `95c3742c` permits only Luna HIGH `/root/issue583_luna_impl` to prepare one final inert `attempt2-launcher-revision2.py` with those four lifecycle corrections. No execution, retained-evidence inspection, product gate, or promotion is authorized. Attempt 2 is unconsumed and lane A stays held. Clean pushed #680 feature `ce64571bcf687adee1c214e08034f363c5d9bd2d` freezes one five-path direct freshness set, one exact 14-file flat evidence set, and direct `sha256sum` manifest creation/verification while removing superseded launcher-era instructions. Nothing ran. Fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope review remains mandatory and lane A stays held. #680 attempt 2 ran only the reviewed retained-evidence verifier: self-test and production both returned status 0, empty stderr, and exact terminal PASS. It is nevertheless **FAIL / consumed procedurally** because Luna rewrote an initially wrong `03-production.command` record before invocation, losing the original bytes. Clean pushed feature `81d02b32` preserves all 14 current hashes and scopes hard-final attempt 3 to the never-started manifest phase only. No verifier, product gate, promotion, or cleanup is authorized; fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope review is pending and lane A stays held. The external #680 attempt-3 Luna lease remained inactive after scope PASS, with no process or manifest path. Clean synchronized transfer withdraws it before action and assigns only the still-unstarted manifest phase to available Luna XHIGH `/root/issue679_luna_verifier`, subject to fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope review. No verifier/product rerun or promotion is authorized; lane A stays held. That transfer was superseded by the already active sole Luna HIGH executor after fresh identity review. The hard-final manifest phase passed exactly once and Astra LOW returned EVIDENCE PASS: 14 frozen inputs, 14 ordered checksum rows, status 0, empty stderr, and a read-only 15-file evidence directory. Clean pushed #680 feature `4a18d93b` now scopes only the three tracked pin/lineage edits and one ordinary external post-pin build. Fresh Astra LOW promotion SCOPE PASS is pending; lane A stays held and no generated payload enters Git. Astra LOW returned promotion SCOPE FAIL before edits because the builder's native metadata step lacked an explicit external Cargo target and complete provenance. Clean pushed #680 feature `47039944` adds one fresh external target, exact environment/lifecycle captures, and source-local-target plus tracked-diff checks. No edit or build ran; fresh Astra LOW scope review is pending and lane A stays held. The exact three #680 pin/lineage edits are checkpointed at `1a46ad39`. A concurrent actor launched the authorized post-pin build before the named Luna's noclobber dispatch, producing six exact candidate files but mixed/overwritten lifecycle records. Astra LOW returned POST-PIN EVIDENCE FAIL, forbade a replacement build, and required read-only attribution first. Clean pushed feature `926a9eb1` scopes only two fresh attribution/comparison records over the preserved bytes. No build, product gate, PR, merge, or cleanup is authorized; lane A stays held. #680 promotion then hard-stopped on mixed lifecycle provenance. One actual no-bypass build returned 0 and produced all six expected bytes, but a stale Luna context failed its noclobber redirect and still wrote status 1 plus a competing finish record into the shared captures. Astra LOW returned PROMOTION EVIDENCE FAIL; comparison, retry, merge, and delivery are forbidden. Preserve clean pushed three-file commit `1a46ad39` and every partial path, but claim no delivery. #680 closes failed; only a new stateless delivery successor may adopt the preserved commit with new evidence paths. Lane A remains held. ## Authoritative current checkpoint — 2026-09-09 The detailed #680–#687 chronology formerly below this point remains preserved in Git history through tracker commit `494a2c0c`. This compact checkpoint supersedes its pending statements for live coordination. #680 delivered CP8 through PR #682 at merge `8999def5` from reviewed head `614d7a8d`; PR qualification `34329829305` and post-main qualification `34330626533` succeeded. #681 closed unstarted with no credit. #683 then closed the limiter FX4 investigation as a no-credit deferred-optimization disposition through PR #684 at merge `e4dfe353`; PR qualification `34333029719` and post-main qualification `34333355747` succeeded. No compiler payload entered Git. Audit accounting is 39 delivered, 1 partial, 81 open, 2 owner dispositions, and 1 historical observation across 124 findings. The 97-finding handoff is 13 delivered, 1 partial, 81 open, and 2 dispositions. RT4 and RT5 are delivered. Lane-B CP1 is the sole partial: its prepared-effect handoff is delivered while the owned-string compiler front half remains open. #685 owns CP1's dense-index topological-scheduling slice. Product commit `276ffb6097a84088e3b5f4a16892a33bca9e26fb` changes only `topo` and adjacent tests. Attempts 1 and 2 were consumed by a pre-existing stale fixture-manifest gate and a concurrent spec-only postflight change. Astra LOW's hard-final attempt-3 read-only review verified all frozen non-spec hashes and 102 preserved status-zero command records, qualifying the source with the documentation- concurrency limit explicit. It grants no allocation, performance, artifact, PR, or delivery credit. CP1 remains partial. #687 is the only artifact peer and occupies the second shared slot. Its single repin-report invocation is consumed as **EVIDENCE FAIL**: the branch advanced from reviewed `c07dee0e` to documentation-only merge `5153ce43` before dispatch, and a later record names the wrong invocation head. The coherent but unqualified observation is status 0, empty output, and digest `31c882af...e66cd4b`, different from delivered `93108e94...4531`. Preserve both `/tmp/issue687-*` directories and never rerun the probe. Only Astra LOW read-only reconciliation of the existing records and exact input hashes is authorized. Candidate assembly, artifact/ SDK/browser qualification, pin changes, PR, and delivery remain blocked. Lane A has no active child or artifact ownership. Preserve the failed #668 and named soft-clip worktrees, branches, histories, and temporary evidence. No `.ll`, `.s`, compiler stream, binary, generated SDK/Wasm output, or target directory may be committed in either active issue. Astra LOW passed limited #687 attribution: the head drift was spec-only and all builder inputs matched frozen product. Stage 1 remains failed. Hard-final stage 2 may receive fresh lane-B artifact/SDK/browser scope review; pins stay blocked. Astra LOW passed #687 hard-final stage-2 scope. Luna HIGH may run the frozen scratch qualification once; lane B alone owns it. No promotion or pin authority. #687 hard-stopped after attempt 3: concurrent path ownership left contradictory builder lifecycle records. The builder and a procedurally forbidden post-stop static gate both have observed status-zero records; the remaining gates are not evidenced. Six candidate bytes remain unqualified and preserved. No rerun or fourth attempt; only a new lane-B successor may adopt them without rebuilding. The second slot released on closure. Accounting remains 39 delivered, one partial, 81 original open findings, two owner dispositions, and one historical finding; the handoff subset remains 13/1/81/2. #688 now occupies the released second slot as lane B's bounded adoption successor. It may use the preserved candidate without rebuilding and must obtain Astra LOW scope/evidence review. Lane A owns no part of its execution or bytes. Astra LOW returned #688 attempt-1 **EVIDENCE FAIL** despite nine ordered status-zero technical gates. The records do not prove the evidence path was initially absent/exclusively created or link the first executor's dispatch authority contemporaneously. Attempt 1 is consumed; no gate rerun or promotion is authorized. Attempt 2 owns only one fresh Astra LOW read-only disposition record over the frozen evidence, with the provenance limitation retained. Lane A remains inactive. Astra LOW returned #688 attempt-2 **SCOPE PASS** at issue `f0253618` and tracker `0d5368b2`. Only the single fresh read-only disposition record may be created; no gate rerun, promotion, or lane-A action is authorized. Astra LOW passed the #688 attempt-2 disposition at record SHA-256 `fe263bf...dfc5`; technical applicability is established with all provenance limits retained. Lane B may seek scope review for final exact three-file promotion and ordinary post-pin rebuild. Lane A remains inactive. #688 final attempt 3 failed during the ordinary builder. The complete preserved record now contains preflight, hard-stop, and terminal hashes; four of six files exist, with no durable builder status/streams and no later gate. #688 is closed exhausted, its promotion commit remains unmerged, and #685 stays open blocked. No original finding may start without owner instruction resolving CP1. The owner supplied that instruction and directed continued rescoping through all audit fixes. #690 is lane B's bounded second slot for persistent-session ordinary post-pin reproduction and delivery of #685. Lane A remains inactive and owns no artifact path, pin, or verification. #690 attempt 1 failed with builder exit 143 after successful Wasm compilation and four matching files. No later gate ran. Attempt 2 is rebriefed for one named Luna HIGH persistent-session executor; Astra LOW still owns review and lane A remains inactive. #690 attempt 1 is consumed as **PROCEDURAL FAIL**: after Astra LOW returned SCOPE FAIL, a concurrent executor created all three paths and started the builder. The coordinator stopped it at actual status 143 with four of six files and no later gate. Preserve all records/outputs. Attempt 2 is rebriefed only in fresh `/tmp/issue690-attempt2-*` paths with explicit empty-artifact creation; lane A remains inactive. #688 final attempt 3 **FAIL**: the three promotion files were copied before scope review, committed as `2cc6fff5` after SCOPE FAIL, and an unauthorized ordinary build then started. The coordinator stopped it mid-build. Preserve the commit and all partial attempt-3 paths without delivery credit. #688 is hard-stopped without retry or successor; #685 remains the sole undelivered partial and lane A cannot start an original finding. Astra LOW passed #690 attempt-2 scope at issue `0453b71b` and tracker `e7053db4` for a root-owned brief that conflicts with the owner's required Luna HIGH routing. No fresh path was created and no command ran. That authorization is superseded without consuming attempt 2; a fresh Astra LOW pass against the clean pushed Luna-owned brief is required. Lane A remains inactive. Astra LOW returned #690 attempt-2 **SCOPE PASS** at clean issue `23fbe24e`, tracker `c325ae77`, and unchanged main `e4dfe353`. After the PASS record is pushed and synchronized, named Luna HIGH executor `/root/issue583_luna_impl` alone may run the frozen sequence once. All fresh paths remain absent. Lane A remains inactive and owns no execution path. Astra LOW passed the corrected Luna-owned #690 attempt-2 scope at issue `23fbe24e` and tracker `c325ae77`. One named Luna HIGH executor may run; lane A remains inactive. #690 attempt 2 is consumed as **EVIDENCE FAIL**. Its authorized evidence and empty artifact directories were created, but Luna requested the sole builder session from a nonexistent cwd. No process launched, no later gate ran, target remains absent, and recorded `127` is only a failure sentinel. Preserve the read-only attempt-2 namespace without credit. Attempt 3 is rebriefed in fresh `/tmp/issue690-attempt3-*` paths with a canonical-cwd gate; lane A stays inactive. #690 attempt 3 is **EVIDENCE/PROCEDURAL FAIL** and exhausts the issue. Luna reported a mistyped-workdir launch failure with no namespace, but subsequent read-only review found attempt-3 evidence/artifact/target paths, builder command/start/compiler output, and ultimately six authority-equal files without a terminal status, manifest, later gates, or attributable invocation history. Preserve everything without credit. #690 is hard-stopped; #685 remains the sole inherited partial and lane A remains inactive. #690 is closed exhausted without delivery. Owner routing now assigns Astra XHIGH to scoping and verification, Astra HIGH to delicate audio/DSP implementation, and Luna HIGH to non-delicate mechanical work; Sol HIGH remains coordinator. #692 is lane B's bounded documentation/evidence reconciliation and delivery successor. #685/#692 occupy the two child slots; lane A remains inactive. ## #692 activation and reconciliation #692 is the owner-directed documentation/evidence reconciliation and delivery successor. It authorizes NO rerun, product change, pin change, or terminal- manifest fabrication. Sol HIGH coordinates; Astra XHIGH owns scoping and every verification assignment; Luna HIGH performs only this non-delicate mechanical docs change. #685/#692 occupy the two child slots and lane A remains inactive. The six current attempt-3 artifact files are byte-equal to the authority at `/tmp/issue687-stage2-artifact`, with the six authority hashes recorded in the #692 predecessor spec. This is current identity only. The source files equal product `276ffb6097a84088e3b5f4a16892a33bca9e26fb`; the three pin/promotion files equal `2cc6fff5cc21bcca96ebeb106fa3827b47f043fd`. #688's limited disposition `fe263bf681dca977b924c63683e403ee2d0f48f3d960d902a3e5aa429379dfc5` and terminal manifest `f5f42e259aaf6580977321436f6e5f6a796d83b83c12357d792e61003df7b1b9` were verified over all 24 referenced records; they support technical applicability with provenance limits and do not satisfy the predecessor protocol. #690 attempts 1–3 remain failed, consumed, and hard-stopped. The five preserved status files each contain `0`; these are recorded status values, not authenticated exit results or success evidence. Recorded intervals are builder 11:33:18–11:34:53 UTC, gate 1 11:35:02–11:36:07, gate 2 11:36:14–11:37:08, gate 3 11:37:17–11:37:31, and gate 4 11:37:38–11:38:15. Hard-stop commit `ceafeda5` at 11:35:24 and GitHub close at 11:35:54 mean gate 1 finished and gates 2–4 started/finished after hard stop/closure. No manifest, persistent session IDs/tool receipts, or attributable invocation proof exists; later gates omit cwd/head and the branch advanced during gate 1. Preserve all evidence unchanged and grant no retroactive credit. Required sequence: Astra XHIGH exact-head review; required PR qualification; guarded live head/base merge; post-main qualification; then synchronize and close #685/#692 and update #559/#560/#349 accounting. CP1 remains partial because other owned-string compiler structures remain. ## DELIVERY PASS — #685/#692 PR #693 merged reviewed head `6c45386f8b35b24331f6e378df0484e4a217f5dd` into main as merge `6d217d30478226872fb4e5302b98d967c04dd96b`. Required PR qualification run `34349431551` passed through aggregate verdict job `102460918089`. The post-main push run `34350291214` passed at exact head `6d217d30` through aggregate qualification verdict job `102463601535` at 12:25:14Z. Merge parents are `e4dfe353` and `6c45386f`; the reviewed and merge trees are identical at `e9dbc25e513c0585c5b88dae56886f7c432749b3`. The #685 dense-index source/pin slice and #692 reconciliation are delivered. Exact body parity was verified before GitHub closed #685 at `2026-09-09T12:30:59Z` and #692 at `2026-09-09T12:31:01Z`. The #687/#688/#690 failures and #690's three consumed attempts retain no retroactive credit or performance claim; all predecessor provenance limits remain preserved. Accounting remains 39 delivered, 1 partial, 81 open, 2 owner dispositions, and 1 historical observation; the lane partition remains 13 delivered, 1 partial, 81 open, 2 dispositions across 97.
