The 2026-08-29 review chain is complete. PRs #91 through #98 merged in order.
PR #100 added explicit peer ACL transcription and the exposure warning. PR #101
added affirmative-absence deletes, bounded file reads, scan issue status, and
actionable missing-entry and size-limit states. No review PR remains open.

The full local suite passed for #101. Its Nix build passed in 7m28s, macOS passed
in 5m24s, and deterministic Linux passed in 10m17s. It merged as `593a3f7`.

Silber.cos opened the release gate at 14:46 Europe/Berlin on 2026-08-30. Four
conditions had continuous 24-hour coverage. All seven conditions had continuous
coverage for the final six hours. Silber.cos judged that the partial window did
not require a restart. This soak measured `v0.2.0+4bc04af`; it did not measure
the new commits.

Release `v0.2.0+593a3f7` is published for all three targets. The verified Apple
Silicon archive has SHA-256
`7e6775ec031e7da4abcf135a3fe3d98854abf2270ad94d04199a745d32381c89`.
The archive contains one member named `fabric`, and that binary reports
`0.2.0+593a3f7`.

droppy updated itself first. Silber.cos verified version `0.2.0+593a3f7`, clean
drift, nothing stopped, and `delta_fallbacks=0`. All three machines agree on the
digests and on 21,545 present paths and 14,819 tombstones across mixed versions.

hetz persisted its Desk Set VNC exposure before it updated itself. After the
update, both entries had clean drift, nothing stopped, and `delta_fallbacks=0`.
No present count fell, and no tombstone count increased during the update.
Silber.cos is checking the cross-fleet digests and the VNC tunnel.

Silber remains last and can stay on the old release overnight if Nathan's
demonstration continues. Cross-version digest agreement makes that hold safe.

No additional code job is live. Do not resume an item from the historical notes
unless a person assigns it on the bus and does not withdraw it.
