Investigated the CI failure. This is a real backward-incompatible peer dependency conflict and cannot be merged as-is. Root cause: Resolution needed: Either (a) wait until |

TS 7 major is unmergeable while @typescript-eslint peer-caps typescript <6.1.0 (npm ci ERESOLVE, see CI). Ignore rule added in #38; the all-npm group will re-open with the safe bumps on the next Friday run. |
