fix(analytics): share contract revision with generated gateway

Move the existing analytics contract revision constant into wireContract.ts and re-export it through the existing contract API. This makes the constant available to the generated website gateway, allowing /health to report the producer revision without a duplicate hard-coded label.

No event payload, supported revision, consent, activation, notification, or public API behavior changes. Companion website PR: ScientFactory/ScientFactory-website#40.

Validation: unchanged conformance fixture and generated-source parity; focused contract/conformance tests and analytics typecheck. CI provides full repository qualification.

Documentation impact: None — internal constant ownership refactor with no user-facing behavior change.
