Standardize approved Tetiana portrait across the site

What changed

Replaced the two active Tetiana portrait assets with the same approved canonical portrait:

• assets/img/about/tetiana-financial-stream-ceo.webp
• assets/img/team/tetiana-horb-ceo.webp

Canonical asset

• Format: WebP
• Dimensions: 1120 × 1400 px
• Aspect ratio: 4:5
• File size: 96,322 bytes

Result

Because the existing site already references these paths, the replacement automatically updates:

• EN and RU About hero portraits;
• About preload image;
• About Open Graph and Twitter preview image;
• flagship article author portraits;
• Article JSON-LD author image references.

The previous portrait pixels are no longer present at either active production path in the current branch tree. Git history is not rewritten.

Scope and safety

• no HTML changes;
• no CSS changes;
• no JavaScript changes;
• no content or navigation changes;
• no temporary workflows, trigger files, or placeholder assets;
• the merged flagship hero-image implementation from PR Add premium hero image to flagship articles #17 is preserved unchanged.

Verification

• branch starts from current main d72874a6bb14e2bb63256a0fa88f6e0b35399a28;
• branch is one commit ahead and zero commits behind;
• final diff contains exactly the two approved portrait assets.
