💡 What: Added @functools.lru_cache to _compiled_context_lexicon and section_header_aliases functions. Modified return types of cached mappings to types.MappingProxyType to guarantee immutability.
🎯 Why: In openmed text processing pipelines, compiling deterministic regex patterns or assembling lexicons dynamically inside functions called during string/span evaluations created a severe performance bottleneck.
📊 Impact: Eliminates redundant regex compilation during clinical text pipeline execution, reducing CPU overhead during span classifications (e.g. temporality, negation). Memory footprint is extremely minimal (maxsize=16 per cache).
🔬 Measurement: Verify by monitoring NLP extraction pipeline throughput. Test passes locally (uv run pytest tests/unit/clinical).

Added `@functools.lru_cache` to `_compiled_context_lexicon` in `openmed/openmed/clinical/context.py` and section aliases in `openmed/openmed/clinical/lexicons/section_headers.py`. Modified dictionary return types to `types.MappingProxyType` to prevent downstream mutation of cached instances. Recorded performance learning in `.jules/bolt.md`.
