Build an existing release tag on a GitHub-hosted Windows runner, verify the Windows server and Linux x64 binary, and publish the five standalone executables with the authoring skill, manifest and checksums.

This avoids slow or interrupted local uploads. The workflow requires an existing draft release, verifies the source commit and uploaded hashes, and publishes only after build and runtime checks succeed. It preserves native macOS/ARM64 and signing limitations in the manifest.
