Oh, sorry about having the changes of #3 in here. As it's a draft anyway (I assume I'm missing context and just removing the xsi:nil code is a problem?) I'll keep it open, but I can separate the change in a proper PR if it would be helpful. |

This creates invalid XML when the namespace is not defined, as is typical for RSS feeds.
