Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint), [eslint-plugin-vue](https://github.com/vuejs/eslint-plugin-vue) and [vue-eslint-parser](https://github.com/vuejs/vue-eslint-parser).
