Decomposes gap finding GAP-04 into an actionable, structured implementation subtask by generating plans/SweepGaps:GAP-04-plan.json.

What it solves / Motivation

• Outlines the detailed technical requirements and acceptance criteria for rebuilding the Kitchen Display System (KDS) in the React/@ury frontend stack to replace legacy URYMosaic.
• Establishes clear file scope boundaries across frontend/src/, packages/core/, and packages/ui/.

Key Technical Changes

• Created plans/SweepGaps:GAP-04-plan.json specifying:
  • Objective: Build a React-based KDS view in the URY management frontend using @ury/ui and @ury/core.
