Reproduction
Adds a visual PCB reproduction where a SIGNAL trace crosses a different-net GND BREP copper pour. Current
checkEachPcbTraceNonOverlappingemits no contact error because copper pours are absent from its obstacle set.This PR intentionally records current behavior only. The stacked fix will add shape-aware copper-pour trace checking and update this snapshot.
