Diagnosis: three breaking API changes, all in src/shell/run.ts

This is not a version-number bump, it is an API migration. Build (TypeScript strict) fails with exactly three errors:

src/shell/run.ts(31,3)    TS2305  Module '@earendil-works/pi-coding-agent' has no exported member 'AuthStorage'
src/shell/run.ts(351,39)  TS2339  Property 'create' does not exist on type 'typeof ModelRegistry'
src/shell/run.ts(401,5)   TS2353  'authStorage' does not exist in type 'CreateAgentSessionOptions'

All three are the same story from different angles: the auth-storage concept and the ModelRegistry construction path both changed shape upstream. Two of the three are about auth storage specifically, so they will almost certainly be resolved by one decision about where credentials now live, not by three independent patches.

Ask

One explicit ask: read the upstream changelog between the pinned version and the target, determine what replaced AuthStorage and ModelRegistry.create, and migrate src/shell/run.ts to the new surface.

Refusal authority, and please use it: if the upstream replacement is unclear, or if the new surface has no equivalent for what authStorage was doing, stop and say so on this PR rather than inventing a shim that compiles. A migration that type-checks but silently stores credentials somewhere else is materially worse than a red build, and a red build is the current state — there is nothing to protect by guessing.

Explicitly NOT an ask: not asking for a @ts-expect-error, a cast to any, or a local re-declaration of AuthStorage to satisfy the compiler. Those turn a visible break into an invisible one.

Check

bun run build clean and the credential path exercised, not merely compiled. The load-bearing assertion is behavioural: after migration, a session must still authenticate using stored credentials — because all three errors are compile-time symptoms of a runtime concern, and TypeScript passing proves only that the names line up.

Positive control: confirm the migrated path fails as expected when credentials are absent or wrong. If it succeeds in both cases, the auth is no longer being consulted and the migration dropped it.
