This is the repository for the Global Labor Database (GLD). It aims to contain all necessary information to understand what the GLD is and how it functions. It does not, however, contain any microdata. For any questions please contact the Focal Point (gld@worldbank.org).

It includes a Docker portal, a prepared Frappe app, custom HR DocTypes, workspace, roles, permissions, demo seed data, a Python 3.11 ML scaffold, ETL pipelines, cached data sources, and a roadmap for future HR recommendations and planning.
