This repository converts 19 NACE sector expenditures across 6 regions into a 45 COICOP category matrix, aligning regional totals with target sums and exporting the final matrix for analysis.
A uniform Python interface over official statistical classifications (COICOP, SEA, NACE, KldB, ICATUS, …) with navigation- and RAG-based LLM agents that classify text against the real hierarchy.
