TomeVault

TomeVault watches AI instruction files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, SKILL.md), catches silent drift on every push and model release, and signs the verdict.

TomeVault

Your AI agents are ignoring the rules you wrote.

They act differently for your teammates. The output suddenly gets worse, or just mutates. Customers start seeing answers you now have to go and fix. But nobody changed the workflow.

TomeVault finds what went wrong, tells you exactly what to update, then certifies and signs the clean version and puts it back in your team's hands.

The models evolve. Your instructions don't.

Your AI workflows are directed by instruction and Skills files, and the tech underneath them changes constantly. Models get retired and replaced. Tools get added. Agents now rewrite the files themselves. The people who wrote them move on. Your files can sit untouched for months while everything they run on moves on without them.

Your file held still. Everything it runs on did not.

One control centre, across every tool

Your Vault is the one place your team's Skills and instruction files live, each one fixed, graded, signed and dated. Claude can hold your Claude skills. ChatGPT has its own admin and Cursor its own rules, and none of them talk to each other. The Vault sits above every tool, so the latest approved version is the one everybody starts from and a new hire starts on it from day one. None of the tool makers will ever check the others, which is why this has to sit above all of them.

Six tools, one approved version: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Windsurf and Codex.

Put it right, prove it, and keep it that way

It runs as one short loop.

Fix. TomeVault reads every Skill and instruction file you use, in any tool, and checks each version against the published Tome Standard. Where something has fallen out of step we tell you exactly what to update.

Certify. One click certifies and signs the clean version, so anyone can confirm what was checked and when without taking your word for it, and saves a copy in your own Vault.

Push. The signed file goes where your team already works, as a pull request into your repo or straight into your Google Drive.

Watch. It re-checks on every change your team makes and every time the models move, and the moment something drifts it starts the loop over.

Win the business that is waiting on proof

When a client or a prospect asks how your AI is set up and when it was last checked, you send one link. They read a dated record of every check, signed by us rather than by you, and they confirm it themselves without an account and without taking anyone's word for it. The deal stops waiting on an answer nobody could give.

Certification is at tomevault.io/certification. Checking a signature is free forever and needs no account, at tomevault.io/verify.

Agent conformance

Agent conformance is proving your AI agents are still running the rules you approved. Evals score what an agent did. Conformance proves what it was told is still true. The standard lives at tomevault.io/standards/agent-conformance.

Every check is a deterministic pattern matcher against a public ruleset, never a model judging a model, so you can read the rule that made the grade rather than trust it. The same setup gets the same verdict every time.
