Update zinit/tfgrid-sdk-go download URLs after repo renames - #370

zinit -> zos_zinit (40 refs) and tfgrid-sdk-go -> zos_sdk_go (tfrobot, 3 refs) across the tfgrid3 Dockerfiles and build scripts. Points release-asset download URLs at the new repo names instead of relying on GitHub's non-permanent rename redirects. Release-asset filenames are unchanged. Note: tfgrid3/wordpress used tag '0.2.14' (missing the 'v' prefix) and was already 404 before this change; left as-is (pre-existing, out of scope).
