Elijah Purcell is the founder of Purcell Ventures LLC, a Georgia software company building sites and tools for local businesses, and a psychology and data science student at the University of Alabama Honors College on a pre-med track toward psychiatry. He builds and operates autonomous AI agent systems, and works as an independent contractor with Mercor Intelligence.
Based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Founded the company at seventeen, in April 2025.

Psychology and data science at Alabama, aimed at psychiatry, with a specific interest in how AI can reduce the administrative load carried by mental health clinicians. Most of what is in this account is the same question from the software side: what can be handed to a system, and what has to stay with a person.
Most of the repositories here are single-file web tools that run in your browser, store what you enter on your own device, and ask for nothing. A cipher workbench, a decision journal that scores your own predictions, a tiny CRM for the people you actually care about, an Ignatian examen, a printable day sheet, a scripture memoriser.
