TypeScript React Vitest Unit Testing
Problem: Spaced repetition logic was tightly coupled inside React hooks, making it impossible to test in isolation and risky to change without breaking behavior.
What I did: Extracted the spaced repetition engine into a standalone reusable module, then wrote unit tests covering guest selection, unseen quotas, backfill behavior, and duplicate prevention — verified with 221 passing tests and lint checks.
