I'm not a CS-degree developer. I come from marketing, design, and 25 years of building things that actually work for real people - first website in 2001, at thirteen.
I spent a decade creating digital strategies, websites, and campaigns for clients like Wien Energie, Stadt Wien, and industrial-sector SMBs across Europe. Now I channel that same energy into making AI accessible to humans, not just developers.
Skales is what happens when someone who has watched real users struggle with broken software for a decade decides to build the agent THEY would actually use. Designed for grandmothers and grade-schoolers as much as for power users. Mainstream surface, power-user depth underneath. That's the moat.
