add world redirects

what it adds:

redirect world option in advanced section of world options

on load, the client checks to see if it isnt blank. if it isnt blank, redirect to that world/subpage instead.

(codespaces doesnt work on mobile but i kinda just dont care and made it work anyway ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯)

i just stored the files i wanted to change offline and pasted in the new contents when i was done changing

There should probably be some kind of message prior to the redirect for confirmation... I'm not sure I like the idea of being redirected without knowing where I am being redirected to.
