fix: update lru to patched version

Summary

• update Ratatui so its transitive lru dependency resolves to 0.18.2
• extend the O3 volatile bitfield e2e sampling window to a full flags cycle

Validation

• cargo fmt --all -- --check
• cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings -D clippy::undocumented_unsafe_blocks
• cargo audit --no-fetch --deny warnings
• cargo deny check advisories bans licenses sources
• standard host e2e suite via runner service (exit 0)

Container-topology e2e was intentionally skipped because these changes do not affect container behavior.
