bandpass can now also use user-defined emission spectra
spectral overlap integral can now handle irregularly spaced wavelengths
Bundled spectrum data is now loaded when fluo_data is imported for all predefined fluorophores. This slightly increases memory usage but simplifies spectrum handling throughout Fluopy.
