Summary

Directive-#5 final release documentation closeout for v6.0.6 (public side; linked workspace companion: sumitake/agent-collab-workspace#2789). Adds the v6.0.6 release closeout snapshot and determinations to docs/architecture/status-and-evidence.md following the established v6.0.1 template: published tag/run/asset evidence with exact SHA-256 values, four-host byte-exact activation, receipted post-install ACP carrier canaries, and per-surface determinations. The v6.0.1 snapshot moves to the historical section. No behavior, package, or release-artifact change.
