Give visitors to the documentation site a useful introduction, quick start, result guidance, and agent setup links. Use the existing stef-k/.github dark Primer theme, provide GitHub navigation on every page, and point the repository README to the published guides.
Prepare Agent Code Guard 0.4.0 with the Markdown document ratchet and its version-matched skill guidance. Update the changelog and package metadata; publication remains a separate draft-release step.
Validation: official GitHub Pages Docker build passed; all 15 pages link to GitHub and 54 internal links/anchors resolve. All 333 tests pass against the installed wheel. Wheel/sdist build and metadata checks pass, both install successfully, and skill export reports 0.4.0. Code Guard passes across all seven changed files. Independent review found no blockers.
