This is the high-level umbrella for the project. The working repos are split by surface so each one stays small and focused; this one holds cross-cutting artifacts that don't belong to any single build.

Every build in this org ships with the same non-negotiables:
- Offline-first. No silent network. No telemetry. No keys baked in.
- Truth-first. Logos over output polish. Scripture, Greek, and reason are the substrate, not decoration.
- Human dignity. A person on the other end is not a metric. Latency, reliability, and clarity over flash.
- Restoration, not extraction. Builds should heal, teach, and reconnect — never extract attention or data.
