Python code to process and visualize meg simulation results

Anaconda environment setup

1.Create a new anaconda environment with the necesary packages:

$ conda create --name mayavi_env mayavi numpy scipy matplotlib

  1. Activate the environment

$ source activate mayavi_env

  1. Go to cloned repo path

(mayavi_env) $ cd SOURCE_PATH

  1. Execute

(mayavi_env) $ python meg_visualizator.py
