docs: remove decommissioned Headroom block from CLAUDE.md - #142

Headroom (local proxy + auto-doc-writer) has been fully decommissioned elsewhere on this machine. This strips the "Headroom Learned Patterns" block it auto-wrote into CLAUDE.md so the file no longer references a tool that no longer exists.
