This PR replaces the hardcoded demo weather data in the Wear OS application with actual data fetching from the Open-Meteo and Nominatim APIs. It introduces a WearWeatherRepository that manages the API calls and maps the responses to the domain model WearWeatherData. This allows the Wear OS app to display real-time weather information, including temperature, condition, humidity, wind speed, and location name, making it functional for standalone use.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1026729308907874400 started by @singhaditya21

- Replaced demo data in WeatherScreen.kt with real data fetching using WearWeatherRepository.
- Implemented WearWeatherRepository to fetch weather data from Open-Meteo API and location name from Nominatim API.
- Created OpenMeteoApi and NominatimApi interfaces with Retrofit.
- Created OpenMeteoModels and WeatherCodeMapper for data handling.
- Added User-Agent headers to API calls to comply with API usage policies.
- Verified Retrofit and Gson dependencies are present in build.gradle.
- Verified INTERNET permissions are present in AndroidManifest.xml.

Closing as a duplicate of #27, which implements the same Wear OS real-weather fetch more completely (+242 vs +224 across the same four files). Consolidating on #27.
