Using a CDK Overlay in a scrolling container can be tricky. Since this is not well documented by the CDK. Adding this under pattern since it is not a component.

Verify the utility class contract instead of removed inline visibility styles.
Use utility classes for host visibility, positioning, overflow, and stacking so the directives do not inject inline styles that violate strict CSP policies.
Allow the empty-state content container to grow beyond its available height so centered content remains within the scrollable area. Cover constrained-height rendering with a browser regression test.

icon size is now 64px as per figma specs
Remove the tabindex attribute when automatic content overflow is disabled.
Replace split header action and collapse controls with standard tertiary ghost icon buttons. Adjust split layout expectations and visual snapshots for the standard control size. Closes #2520
Allow consumers to provide dynamic root selectors for micro frontend integration. Add a Shadow DOM-specific theme entry point as an alternative to theme.scss.
