Because paths are represented differently on different operating systems, the function "is_system_header_or_std" was returning false for header files on certain computers that did not represent paths with a "/" at the front, thus causing the system to return numerous extraneous errors on the header files. I fixed this bug by creating a separate line of code to keep only functions defined in the target file being analyzed.
