I build and own product features end to end — from ambiguous requirements through technical design, implementation, testing, demos and production support. Currently a Product Engineer at HashData, working across four platforms: a government ERP, a special-school administration system, an AI-enabled business platform, and a multi-tenant support desk I led the architecture for.

Most of what I ship day to day lives in private repositories. The public work here is the long tail — personal projects, experiments, and the bootcamp work that got me started.

What I do:

• Product engineering — turn incomplete requirements into implementable designs; weigh trade-offs across frontend, backend, queues, database and AWS before writing code
• Full-stack delivery — Laravel/PHP + Livewire/Filament, React/Next.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse for analytics, REST APIs, RBAC, multi-tenancy
• AI & cloud — Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Agent Runtime, S3, IAM, Lambda; async ingestion and queued pipelines
• Quality — functional and regression testing, Laravel Dusk + Pest browser automation, defect isolation, post-deploy validation
• Technical SME — product demos, client onboarding, and translating system behaviour into language non-engineers can act on

These are closed-source products, so the descriptions stay at the level of what I owned and delivered rather than how any of it is built.

KiraDesk — HashData · lead developer & product SME Led the technical architecture of a SaaS customer-support platform and acted as product SME for the team: embeddable support widgets, ticket lifecycle, support-team routing, escalation handling and an AI-assisted knowledge layer. Kept architectural decisions consistent as the platform grew.

GovERP — HashData Public-sector ERP. Depth in the School Fee Exemption module across several delivery phases — requirements, validation rules, workflow changes, document generation and permissions — plus demo and client-onboarding readiness.

EduPace — HashData Special-school administration platform. Product workflow design and module delivery: requirements analysis, validation, UX and workflow changes, testing and production readiness.

Zealo — HashData AI-enabled business platform. Took on independent delivery when team allocation changed: enterprise and contact-us flows, automated acknowledgement and trial communications, subscription and package logic, and demo readiness — while surfacing product and specification gaps along the way.

LinkLens AI — personal project, in development An AI-powered LinkedIn automation SaaS I'm building solo — content generation, scheduling and account management. Private for now.
