Keep model details in the popover layout so they sit beside the List/Pad menu instead of painting over the canvas, and draw keyboard focus inside the pad so the global offset outline no longer forms a second ring. Co-authored-by: Sambit Biswas <sambitcreate@users.noreply.github.com>

Integrates the four approved pull requests on the current
mainbaseline and releases their combined result as Aiden Agent 0.39.0.Included exact PR heads, in requested order:
c7fdc660c682a9f9925cdb82fe4ee548The cross-PR resolutions preserve queued-message response holding alongside deterministic browser tool scenarios, retain both Settings preference families and strict validation, and register every queue, Settings, and browser test gate. Browser runtime dependencies and the packaged Playwright license are retained.
Local combined validation passed: focused queue/Settings/browser suites, TypeScript, lint, production build, full release-equivalent
npm test, branding/release policy, and live release-consumer checks.Closes #94
