What changed: - Added the Technical Sales Representative (Technical and Scientific Products) bundle. - Registered the bundle with measured evaluation metadata and canonical download URL. - Included source-aware role, workflow, deliverable, evaluation, reference, and changelog files. Why: - Processes the next reviewed unpublished queue candidate into a public-ready OKB bundle. - Gives agents a cautious technical-sales workflow that separates source facts, local evidence, assumptions, and confirmation boundaries. Verification: - Ran python3 tools/validate-bundle/validate.py --root . with 0 errors and 0 warnings. - Ran python3 tools/build-downloads/build-downloads.py --check with 0 non-canonical download URLs. - Confirmed website registry parity after sync. Notes/Risks: - Evaluation scorecard is measured at baseline 16/36 and OKB 31/36. - Branch-based promotion is used because direct main promotion was not explicitly requested.
