This is a commit back from xrock_gui_model/bin/xrock-resolve-ports to change back to rock-instantiate. Don't know if this is needed but it has been flagged as a fix by @malter Signed-off-by: Moritz Schilling <moritz.schilling@dfki.de>

I have removed the
require 'typelib'line but added proper method calling to fix args/kwargs handling inrock-instantiate.The commit messages will contain helpful info in case somebody experiences issues with typelib.
@malter and i could not figure out/reproduce the original issue which triggered the
require 'typelib'change.
