• add safe, previewed bulk recovery actions for completed collection imports
• categorize and paginate large result sets instead of rendering tens of thousands of rows
• add non-destructive archive and restore controls for completed import history
• preserve source files and require explicit confirmation for every bulk mutation

BigRedOne validation

• exercised the recovery scopes against a disposable migrated copy of the 184,190-file diagnostic database
• dismissed 38,383 stale Mylar references, skipped 707 probable cover files, and skipped 42 unusable files with zero rows left in those scopes
• verified 9,603 safe conflict groups, 97 overrideable oversized files, and 350 retryable source-inspection rows
• verified archive and restore preserve all 184,190 import rows

Validation

• make ci-full
• 10,630 Python tests passed with coverage above the 90% gate
• accessibility, Chromium, Firefox, Docker build, container security scan, and smoke tests passed
