Adds Linux libc-aware CLI artifact selection so Alpine/musl runners request musl builds instead of glibc binaries, while unsupported or unpublished artifacts fall back to the pinned source build. CI now smokes the available Linux artifact set across glibc and musl target names, and the README documents Alpine runner prerequisites.
