Pins the Action example, source fallback, and signed release matrix to Postil CLI v0.7.2 with immutable commits and archive digests. Reviews publish explicitly, bind event runs to the triggering head and base commits, preserve bounded coverage in the full envelope, and fail closed on operational or envelope disagreement.
