Restore the linked event-phase documentation
This link targets docs/figures/cpu-gpu-event-phases.md, but that file is not present in the committed tree (and the same missing target is linked again at line 185). Readers following the new terminology section therefore reach a 404 instead of the promised plain-text phase diagram and rendering instructions; add the file or point both links at an existing document.
