Remove duplicate dictionary card from profile

Summary

• remove the duplicate Open Dictionary card from the profile
• keep the dictionary control in the Words tab
• remove the obsolete dictionary key from profile reorder persistence
• cache-bust the updated Mini App JavaScript

Verification

• RED test reproduced one dictionary control inside the profile
• profile reorder suite: 11 passed
• affected Mini App suite: 71 passed
• full suite: 1060 passed, 3 skipped
• Node syntax, compileall, and git diff --check passed
