Embed the coordinator in Department Campus

What changed

• moved Главный координатор identity and status from the floating sprite caption into the Центр управления room header
• kept the coordinator at native pixel scale, added restrained floor contact/occlusion, and toned the sprite to the room palette
• preserved a real management-room crop at the 390 px layout
• made the read-only project inspector show Координация instead of the internal MAIN MANAGER identifier
• kept the header status synchronized with verified coordinator events and reset it honestly to ожидает задач

Why

The previous caption followed the sprite and made the coordinator look pasted over the generated room. On narrow screens, the shared campus background also cropped the coordinator away from the management room.

Impact

The coordinator now reads as part of the room architecture on desktop and mobile. The surface remains read-only, retains exactly seven canonical zones, and keeps the existing keyboard and reduced-motion contracts.

• local desktop and 390 px browser smoke: seven zones, no horizontal overflow, no floating coordinator caption, no legacy visible copy, and no console warnings/errors
