Polish menu controls for build 5

Summary

• replace the verbose Off/Start and On/Stop labels with accessible play and pause icon controls
• replace the visible Battery and Temperature labels with native SF Symbols while preserving full VoiceOver descriptions
• use battery symbols that follow the current 0/25/50/75/100% charge range
• move Advanced under the Liddddd submenu and remove the redundant automatic heat-stop copy
• bump the app build number to 5 and align README and deployment documentation with the current repository
