- Add repository onboarding, protected-directory handling, project-rule retention, and documentation bootstrapping to the developer playbook.
- Add explicit and automatic plans archiving with configurable retention and collision handling.
- Replace the read protocol with catch-up workflows across AlignFirst, alcode, and installation guidance.
- Refine alcode review and agent-question guidance.
