- Upgrade OpenClaw packages, plugins, configuration, and synthetic channels to 2026.8.1.
- Read agent activity from session transcripts and archive per-cell transcript artifacts.
- Adapt test scenarios, rubrics, timeouts, documentation, and the developer playbook.
