Remediates the affected BSV SDK dependency range disclosed in GHSA-5vmp-9hjc-rfwp by raising direct SDK constraints to >=2.5.0, refreshing lockfiles, and ensuring transitive SDK copies are also remediated. No application version, release tag, or deployment configuration is changed.\n\nValidated a clean install, client/server production build, and 29 Vitest tests. The resolved graph contains only @bsv/sdk 2.6.0. Raises the Node floor to 22 to match the remediated SDK.\n\nAdvisory: GHSA-5vmp-9hjc-rfwp
