Mounting systemd cgroup v1 when the user has not enabled cgroup v1 will cause lxc to be downgraded from cgroup v2 to cgroup v1. Enabling cgroup v1 is not mandatory for modern systems, users of older systems should mount it manually. Signed-off-by: Coia Prant <coiaprant@gmail.com>
