The existing random shift tests have only a ~1.6% chance of hitting shift amounts that are exact multiples of LIMB_BITS (0, 8, 16, 24), where bit_shift == 0. Added a deterministic test that pins the shift amount to 8 and checks correct output for SLL, SRL, and SRA.
